SHAMELESS PLUGS: First off, for those who missed it because of last night's technical difficulties, Ring the Bell will be posted later this morning. Join Killa Kev, Dan Berg and Seth Drakin as they cover WrestleMania 27 from start to finish, as well as a few other topics.

Also this evening at 6:00 PM ET is another fine edition of Glove Up or Shut Up, the best MMA talk in all of Internet podcastery with hosts Stevie J and Peter H. We've got Strikeforce Challengers 15 and Bellator 39 to talk about, as well as the latest news from UFC, The Ultimate Fighter and more!

Chad Simplico (aka "Chaos 'n Order") has sent in a write-up of his WrestleMania 27 experience. Later this week we'll have a review of the WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony, including photos, from Frank Vaughn (aka "Nikes the Sneka Pimp").

AngryMarks TV has more great video for you to watch including the debut of some new programming: WAR Wrestling and Les Thatcher's Heartland Wrestling Association from Ohio, NWA Mountain State from West Virginia, and The Nose Bleed Seats, covering wrestling in the St. Louis, MO and southern Illinois areas.

WWE published this press release online yesterday:

Superstars Fined for Chair Shot

Pursuant to WWE's Concussion policy, the stunt of using a folded metal chair shot to the head is prohibited. Triple H and The Undertaker have both been fined for violating this policy at WrestleMania XXVII.  WWE penalizes through fine and/or suspension for violation of this policy, which is unchanged and still in effect.

In other WWE news, WWE sent out an e-mail to promote their Raw World Tour show in Sioux City, IA at the Tyson Events Center on May 28, 2011, bell time is 7:30 PM. The pre-sale code is TYSON. Pre-sale tickets go on-sale today at 10:00 AM until Friday at midnight, general public ticket sales start on Saturday starting at $15. WWE Ratings: The April 2nd edition of AM Raw drew a 0.72 rating, 859,000 viewers. The 8 PM ET Hall of Fame broadcast on Monday was 2.36 / 3.36 million. WWE Raw was 3.8 / 5.6 million viewers. The debut of Tough Enough was 2.51 / 3.32 million, and the subsequent replays for the next two hours were 0.97 / 1.14 million and 0.56 / 515,000. (PWI)

PWInsider's Mike Johnson reports that Ric Flair has not one, but two lawsuits pending against him over his no-shows over the last two years. First is the off-again, on-again dealings with HighSpots.com. While the two parties reportedly came to a settlement awhile back, word is that Flair did not fulfill his obligations and HighSpots is now pressing forward with their lawsuit. The second comes from Ring of Honor for advances paid to Flair to appear as their "ambassador", and then pulling out of events.

Steve Austin stated he was offered a spot on ABC's hit show "Dancing With the Stars", but he turned it down because he has "two left feet" and "so-so rhythm". Austin also stated that while the show isn't for him, he is supportive of Chris Jericho (now going by his real name of Chris Irvine) and feels he will go far. (AP)

We have also posted video of Chris Jericho's Week 3 performance on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars". This week Chris, now performing under his real name of Chris Irvine, gave a tribute to his mother, who passed away several years ago.

While Nicole "Snooki" Polizi told WWE.com that she would be interested in a future offer to work with the company, yesterday she told TMZ.com that she wouldn't be interested because she is too tied up with "Jersey Shore" and other projects. Bummer.

CHIKARA has another press release for the King of Trios 2011 tournament being held April 15-17. For the first time ever this event will be available to watxh LIVE via the Internet, if you can't make it to the show (support your indie wrestling, buy a ticket, buy a t-shirt!)

Lekeisha Oliver of the Nashville Examiner sends us news about the "Tribute to the Fairgrounds 2" fundraiser card for the Make-a-Wish Foundation on May 14th at the Nashville Fairgrounds in Nashville, TN, as well as news about Ultimate Championship Wrestling's "Night of Legendary Honor" fundraiser for the family of Richard Paul Middleton, set for Saturday, April 9th in Cave City, KY.

Dave Lagana, former WWE creative team member and currently a member of Ring of Honor, just sent us two new podcasts, Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling Episode 36 with Evan Bourne, and Formerly Creative WrestleMania 27 with former WWE creative team members Seth Mates, Jensen Karp, Alex Greenfield, and Andrew Goldstein.

As announced on Monday, Bellator 43 will feature a super-fight between Bellator Heavyweight champion Cole Konrad will face veteran Paul Buentello. We now have a press release from Bellator with more details about the event.

MMA Junkie reports that Chael Sonnen is most likely out as one of the coaches on The Ultimate Fighter 14 after his meeting with the Nevada State Athletic Commission did not go well. The meeting was called mainly because Sonnen made a statement to the California State Athletic Commission while trying to get his suspension reduced last year, where he claimed that he told NSAC executive director Keith Kizer, who was assisting with some shows in California, was aware of Sonen's treatment for hypergonadism and that the two had talked about it. Kizer insisted that this never took place. Sonnen's explanation for the statement left NSAC officials baffled. Sonnen was informed that if he wanted to apply for a seconds license then he would have to face a formal hearing and answer more questions and scrutiny regarding his legal issues as well as criticism of referees. In an interview on Monday, UFC president Dana White told MMA Junke that Sonnen has "a ton of problems" and that the slot remains unfilled.

UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez was interviewed by Danny Acosta. He talks about the slow road to recovery from his torn rotator cuff, and expects to be cleared to fight in either September or October. Velasquez is looking forward to the title eliminator fight between Brock Lesnar and Junior dos Santos at UFC 131 in June. He also comments on the Strikeforce acquisition and expects to see future challengers from there.

Speaking of which, UFC 131: Lesnar vs. dos Santos is officially set. We have the breakdown of the fight card so far, including fights featuring Shane Carwin, Joey Beltran, Kenny Florian and Krzysztof Soszynski.

UFC also reported yesterday that the scrapped Cub Swanson vs. Erik Koch bout from UFC Live 3 on Versus has now been rescheduled for UFC 132 on July 2nd at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, NV. The card will feature Dominic Cruz vs. Urijah Faber as the main event.

UPDATE 11:10 AM: We now have the published Strikeforce Challengers 15 payouts & suspensions list from the California State Athletic Commission. The show 214,000 viewers for a 0.69 ratings share for Showtime on Saturday night.

I'm not sure if it will draw that many more buys, but TNA Wrestling issued a press release regarding the debut of TNA Impact en Español on MTV Tr3s this Friday at 11:00 PM ET, with Hector Guerrero and Willie Urbina calling the action.
