Join us tonight for our UFC 152: Jones vs. Belfort PPV Recap starting at 8 PM Eastern with the prelims on FX! While the recap is in progress hit F5 or refresh as often as you like for the latest updates. While you're waiting be sure to check out our Glove Up or Shut Up UFC Preview, some UFC PPV predictions along with FightGameBlog and the UFC 152 weigh-in results!

8:00 PM ET. The FX prelims nearly started late, thanks to some last minute college football heroics by Colorado, but thankfully IT'S TIME to go to the Air Canada Centre in Toronto for UFC 152!! Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan are at cageside previewing tonight's fights, reminding us that both Jon Jones and Vitor Belfort were "youngest ever" when they won their respective UFC crowns. Goldberg asks Rogan about his interview with Jon Jones, and Rogan's teaser for it is that all of the controversy around Jones has if anything made Jones stronger and more confident. From there he previews the Benavidez vs. Johnson fight, noting that both guys are sensational, talented, and highly experienced. Let's kick off two hours of preliminary action from the ACC!

* Featherweight Bout: Jimy Hettes vs. Marcus Brimage

We're back at 8:10 ET from the commercials for the Tale of the Tape. You already know their weights down to the decimal point thanks to the recap above, so here's the other vitals for these two UFC featherweights: 25 to 27, 5'9" to 5'4", 71" reach each from Hettes to Brimage. Bruce Buffer does our intros. Brimage is wearing the blue trunks and fighting out of Coconut Creek, Florida. Hettes is wearing the white and black trunks and hails from Pennsylvania. Yves Lavigne is our ref. Here we go!

Hettes gets tagged a few times in the first 45 seconds of the fight. Rogan: "Hettes is standing right in front of him." Hettes tries to shoot in and Brimage practically runs over the top of him to avoid a takedown, then comes forward with a flurry after he resets. Hettes hits an accidentally low blow but both men shake it off and Lavigne sees this and doesn't stop the fight. Brimage rocks Hettes with a body shot right before the two minute mark. BRIMAGE KNOCKS HETTES DOWN BUT GETS BACK UP AT 2:30 rather than play around in Hettes guard and risk getting submitted. He starts lighting Hettes up again on the feet. Now both southpaws are landing good strikes. Brimages comes over the top with a right and pops the jaw with a left. Hettes is landing good counter strikes now. Rogan: "Now that Brimage has slowed down Hettes is opening up his boxing a bit." The ACC crowd is loving this. 10 seconds. Apparently this is the first fight tonight that will go to the second round according to commentary. Back in 60 seconds!

We're back for R2 at 8:18 and Brimage is still swinging for the fences. I've got him up 10-9 so far in the first round. Hettes gets the judo throw he's been looking for the whole fight 48 seconds in and has side control. Brimage takes a couple of short elbows but backrolls his way out of the hold and gets back to his feet. Hettes lands a jumping knee and throws Brimage down into side control yet again. Hettes goes for a guillotine but doesn't get it. He has the back and the over/under two minutes in though and could go for a rear naked choke at any time. Hettes changes tactics to go for an arm but it gives Brimage a chance to get to his knees. Realizing he could get away Hettes takes the back again. Brimage tries to use his feet to push off the cage and get up. Hettes tries to soften him up with shots to the body. 90 seconds left in R2. Brimage gets back up with 1:23 remaining. Brimage sprawls to avoid another takedown. Brimage comes forward with a flurry at 37 seconds left. Hettes tries to get a body throw to no avail. Brimage goes for a knee right before the horn but can't land it. Tempted to score that 10-9 Hettes for the takedowns and dominant positions as he attempted to finish.

We're back at 8:24 for our third and final round, whether there's a finish or not. Brimage throws a couple of good leg kicks, then another at the 30 second mark. Hettes is now ahead on head strikes thanks to the elbows on the ground. Brimage however is ahead 45-4 on body strikes. Lavigne warns them about shots to the back of the head as they trade blows. Rogan believes the fight is R1 Brimage, R2 Hettes as well. 3:30 left. Brimage cracks Hettes with left hands but Brimage has to be frustrated that he keeps coming forward after each one. Rogan: "It's all good that he's eating these shots but he has to do something offensive as well." Brimage lands another big left at 2:10 to go. Rogan: "Brimage is throwing haymakers." There's definitely a power difference between the two. 90 seconds. Brimage sprawls to avoid a takedown. Rogan says Hettes should be concerned about losing this decision with only a minute left. Goldberg: "One thing we were reminded of tonight is that Jimy Hettes can take a punch." Another good leg kick by Brimage with 30 seconds to go. Crowd is popping knowing this fight is nearing the end. Brimage lands a few more before the horn. We go to the judges!

8:31 PM ET. All three judges score it 29-28 for MARCUS 'THE BAMA BEAST' BRIMAGE. We go to break, go to a Jon Jones interview clip, and come back for a preview of our second fight before another commercial break.

* Welterweight Bout: Sean Pierson vs. Lance Benoist

36 to 24, 6'0" to 5'11" and 76" to 72" reach from Pierson to Benoist. Bruce Buffer begins introductions at 8:43. Benoist fights out of St. Louis in the red and white trunks. Pierson fights out of Toronto (and gets a HUGE POP for it) wearing the black trunks. Our referee in charge is Josh Rosenthal. Here we go!

Benoist and Pierson is another battle of southpaws. Benoist lands a nice body kick as we pass the one minute mark. He gets knocked down as he goes for more leg kicks and as he gets back up Pierson presses him into the fence, which draws a LOUD crowd chant. He comes forward with an uppercut and they clinch, with Rosenthal warning Pierson to keep his fingers out of the fence. They break apart right before two minutes expired. Benoist face is blodied up and he gets sent to the ground again with 2:43 left. Benoist uses his long legs to go for a triangle or an armbar but Pierson manages to elude both. 2:10 remains. Benoist is going for a shoulder but Pierson gets up and backs out. 1:35. Loud LET'S GO PIERSON chant, so loud Rogan says it "rings out" through the building. BENOIST GETS ROCKED BY A LEFT. 1 minute. Pierson works for knees against the fence until they break apart. This is in all likelihood a 10-9 round for Pierson.

We're back for R2 at 8:51 ET. Pierson presses Benoist into the fence 20 seconds in and is looking to pummel him. He's ahead on total punches 39-12 although Benoist is ahead on kicks 17-0. Pierson seems happy to close the distance and exchange now, and finally lands his first leg kick of the fight as we approach 3:30 left. Pierson gets a takedown and ties up the neck, so Benoist drops to a three point stance to avoid damaging knees. The action stalls there until Benoist gets back up at 2:49. Benoist lands a nice straight left. Pierson throws him to the ground or possibly clipped him with a right hook. Rogan again mentions this is our second fight with two southpaws. Pierson pops Benoist with a good left and another leg kick. Goldberg reminds us Benoist has 5 finishes in 6 victories. Pierson is ahead on significant strikes 44-37. 30 seconds. Body kick by Benoist. Pierson seems to have settled into a rhythm of outpointing his opponent. He eats a hard leg kick and shoots before the end of the round but is unable to complete it.

R3 begins at 8:57 ET. Benoist is being a little more aggressive in the first 30, and undoubtedly he knows he's behind. Pierson lands another leg kick before the 1 minute mark. Goldberg believes it's a close fight and maybe it is on the stat sheet but if Pierson wins each round it doesn't matter how close the statistics are. 3:20 remains. Benoist acts like he got poked in the eye but the ref doesn't stop it and he shakes it off after a moment anyway. 2:50. Benoist lands a good elbow. Pierson is still ahead on significant strikes 55 to 50. Pierson is landing the counter right when they exchange. He makes Benoist think about a takedown and Benoist makes him think about a jumping knee. 1:50. Leg kick by Benoist. Pierson lands a few good jabs that get the blood flowing on Benoist's face. BENOIST CAUGHT HIM WITH A LEFT AND PIERSON IS DOWN WITH 50 SECONDS LEFT LOOKING TO SURVIVE. Pierson ate a few big shots but is hanging on with 35 seconds left doing his best to tie Benoist up. PIERSON GETS BACK UP WITH 20 SECONDS LEFT BUT HE'S ON SHAKY LEGS. That could have swayed the round but did any judge give him R1 or R2? We'll find out shortly!

9:04 PM ET. We're back at the ACC and waiting for Bruce Buffer to make it official. AFTER THREE ROUNDS WE GO TO THE SCORECARDS: ALL THREE JUDGES SCORE IT 29-28 FOR THE WINNER BY UD SEAN PIERSON. Fight preview and commercial break.

* Lightweight Bout: TJ Grant vs. Evan Dunham

Tale of the Tape at 9:12! 28 to 30, 5'10" each, 72.5" to 70" reach from Grant to Dunham. Bruce Buffer does our introductions again. Dunham is out of Las Vegas in the red and white trunks. Grant is out of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia in the black trunks. Our referee for the third FX bout is Dan Miragliotta. Here we go!

Dunham is yet another southpaw but Grant is the "traditional fighter" according to Goldberg. Grant is pressing forward throughout the first minute and landing uppercut strikes and knees but Dunham is trying to keep him at range with kicks. 90 seconds gone. For about 15 seconds straight in the second minute they trade shots to the head. 2:40 left. Grant has opened a cut over the right eye of Dunham and seems to be pressing the advantage. Grant lands a left hook and Dunham mocks him by sticking out his chin. Grant with a HARD leg kick. 90 seconds left as Grant pushes Dunham into the fence and lands some big elbows and knees. Grant lands a right left combo that Rogan is exceedingly pleased with. Dunham goes for a double with 35 seconds left and gets it. Grant scoots backward and throws some upkicks. Dunham tries to get back on top to no avail. 10-9 Grant.

R2 is underway at 9:20 ET. Grant is using body shots quite a bit and Rogan is impressed by it. They start trading shots again at 4:10 left. Rogan gives Grant credit for controlling the Octagon but notes that Dunham is countering well even when he does. DUNHAM GETS CAUGHT WITH A KNEE AND HAS A HUGE GASH BLEEDING FROM HIS FOREHEAD. Dunham goes for a takedown at 2:40 and gets stuffed. Grant goes for a single leg moments later and can't get it. Both men start winging shots to the head. Rogan: "I think they're trying to get Fight of the Night." They're on their way to it if they keep this up, although somebody on the main card could steal it. (This fight was actually scheduled for the main card originally before Jones vs. Belfort was added.) GRANT LANDS TWO MORE KNEES AND DUNHAM IS A BLOODY MESS. He gets yet another knee at 1:25 left. If I was Dunham I'd be worried about a TKO by doctor stoppage at this point. He goes for a double at 0:53 and Grant nearly fights it off but Dunham follows through and starts smearing his blood all over Grant. 20 seconds left. Dunham goes for a head kick that gets checked as they break apart. Rogan: "What a horrorshow!" Horn sounds.

We're back at 9:26 but the doctors have apparently decided to let this fight continue. They are trading shots right away in the first 20 seconds and the vaseline that was holding Dunham's cut shut flies off and a big gob lands on Rogan and Goldie's desk. Grant is landing more than 60% of his significant strikes but Dunham may be ahead on total strikes over all. 33:20 left until the PPV and 3:20 left in this war. Grant catches a kick at 2:48 but opts to let Dunham go. He then follows with rights and lefts and a right to the body. Dunham goes for the takedown and Grant fends it off. Rogan: "Buckle up for flying blood." Grant lands a good combo and ducks Dunham's shots. Grant goes for a takedown that's stuffed. Grant catches a kick and this time goes for a leg trip but can't get it. Dunham grazes Grant with a head kick. Rogan: "These guys are fighting on will alone." Grant stuffs a takedown. 1 minute!! Goldberg quotes Dana White's "Do you wanna be a fighter?" speech sans expletives. Dunham gets a takedown to side control with 37 seconds left. Do these takedowns make the difference if they're statistically even on strikes? MAYBE. But if you looked at both men you'd think Grant was the winner. They raise each other's hands and hug after the horn. We go to the judges!

9:33 PM ET. Buffer to make it official. THE JUDGES SCORE IT 29-28, 30-27 AND 29-28 FOR THE UNANIMOUS WINNER: TJ GRANT. Grant remains unbeaten in UFC at lightweight! The move of the fight, unsurprisingly, is the knees that busted Dunham's face.

* Light Heavyweight Bout: Igor Pokrajac vs. Vinny Magalhaes

Tale of the Tape at 9:40 ET! 33 to 28, 6'0" to 6'3" and 74" to 75" reach from Igor to Vinny. It's time for our FX main event! Magalhaes is in the black trunks and fighting out of Las Vegas. Pokrajac is from Zagreb, Croatia and wearing the Cro Cop trunks. Our referee for this bout is John McCarthy. Here we go!

Rogan puts over Magalhaes strongly although Pokrajac has him tied up in the fence for the first minute of this fight. McCarthy calls for more action. Magalhaes trips Pokrajac to the ground and Rogan notes this is where he shines. Goldberg tells us he's won 5 straight and is 7-1 overall since his last stint in UFC. Pokrajac tries to hold the wrists but Magalhaes just backs away then jumps on top again. Pokrajac is all defense right. Magalhaes stacks him up and passes to side control as Pokrajac is warned for shots to the back of the head. Magalhaes goes for an armbar andlets it go giving Pokrajac top position with 2 minutes left. Now Pokrajac tries to stack Magalhaes up. Magalhaes is trying to sneak his legs up around Pokrajac's neck and he recognizes it and lets him up with 53 seconds to go in R1. He closes the distance and McCarthy gives him a warning - it was either for grabbing the fence or grabbing the trunks. He calls for work at 10 seconds and the crowd is restless. Pokrajac lands one good hand before the horn.

R2 is underway at 9:48. The two men tie up in the center of the Octagon and Pokrajac winds up on top against the fence but this is what Magalhaes wants as he's trying to go for a triangle or an armbar from the bottom. HE FLIPS POKRAJAC OVER AND THE ARM BAR IS STRAIGHTENED OUT FOR A LIGHTNING QUICK TAP. Both guys put this over as proof that submissions can be as fast and as devastating as a knockout, and they're right. Pokrajac never should have gone for that takedown. Apparently we're going to go to commercial before the official time of victory is announced, even though Buffer was already standing there waiting as Goldie sent us to break.

OFFICIAL TIME 1:14 OF R2 FOR MAGALHAES BY ARMBAR.

10:00 PM ET. It's PPV time!!!

* Featherweight Bout: Cub Swanson vs. Charles Oliveira

Tale of the tape: 28 to 22, 5'7" to 5'10" and 70" to 73" reach from Swanson to Oliveira. The latter fights out of Houston, Texas in the white trunks with colors. Swanson fights out of Albuquerque, New Mexico in the almost all-white trunks. Our referee is Yves Lavigne. Here we go!!

Both men are comfortable trading leg kicks in the first 30 seconds. Oliveira gets a takedown at 45 seconds and Swanson scrambles to get away but can't. The best he can do is force Oliveira to work from the full guard. He does - trying to pepper the ribs and sneak short right hands to the head. Both men stand up at 3:30. Swanson throws another leg kick and Oliveira swarms forward. Rogan puts over Oliveira's technical boxing stance. He goes for another takedown at 2:52 but isn't able to get it. Cub lands a right and a left hook to the body. SWANSON JUST KNOCKED OLIVEIRA OUT WITH A HOOK TO THE BODY. Buffer makes it official - 2:40 OF R1 FOR THE WINNER BY KNOCKOUT - CUB SWANSON. So much for me switching to Oliveira late. Rogan puts him over for his third straight win. "Thank you. He was tough man. He threw me off for a bit. My coaches have a lot of confidence in my power though." Rogan takes him through the left hook to the body, then congratulates him on another outstanding performance. Indeed it was!

* Light Heavyweight Bout: Roger Hollett vs. Matt Hamill

Hollet's entrance music is "Ruff Ryders Anthem" by DMX. Goldberg talks about Hamill retiring and unretiring from MMA to take this fight. Rogan notes that the time off healing up his injuries was the best thing possible for him. Here's our Tale of the Tape at 10:25 ET! 35 to 33, 6'1" to 5'11", 76" to 73" from Hamill to Hollett. Hollet is 13-3 and also fights out of New Mexico, by way of Nova Scotia. Hamill is 11-4 and fights out of Utica, NY in the black trunks. Our referee is Dan Miragliotta. Here we go!

Hamill comes charging forward right away but doesn't get a quick finish. One minute gone by. Hamill is outstriking his opponent so far but Hollett is hanging tough and not getting intimidated. 2 minutes gone by. Hamill covers up to avoid Hollett's strikes at 2:47. Rogan is surprised he hasn't gone for a takedown yet. The crowd is getting a little impatient with the methodical pace but if they think booing will bother Hamill they've got another thing coming. He's back Hollett up to the fence with 1:50 left then shoots for a takedown ten seconds later and gets it, working shots from the back to his head with 90 seconds remaining. Hollett is trying to cover up but this could be stopped. Miragliotta warns him about shots to the back of the head. How is Hamill supposed to hear that? Hamill keeps switching from one side to the other. Hollett sands up with 12 seconds left, throws a knee and a right and may have hurt Hamill a little in the closing ticks of R1.

R2 is underway at 10:33 ET. Rogan notes that Hollett's stance is totally square. 4:20 remains in this stanza. Hamill charges forward and gets another takedown at 3:27. Hollett gets back up at 2:33. The crowd is once again getting impatient. Spinning back kick by Hollett. Another one at 1:43. Leg kick by Hollett. Rogan things Hamill may have gasses himself out with his ground and pound in R1. If so Hollett needs to realize it and take advantage. Hollett is now ahead on significant strikes in R2, 14-10. 30 seconds left. The crowd is definitely booing at 10 seconds. Hamill gets a suplex with 10 seconds left.

Third round is underway at 10:39. If anything significant different happens compared to R1 or R2 I'll let you know. Hamill has another takedown at 4:05 though. Another at 2:00. Another at 0:37 after the stand-up. Hamill should cruise to a 30-27 decision here.

10:45 PM ET. Let's make this official. AFTER THREE ROUNDS WE GO TO THE SCORECARDS FOR A DECISION. THE JUDGES SCORE THIS FIGHT 29-28, 30-27 AND 30-27 FOR THE UNANIMOUS WINNER: MATT 'THE HAMMER' HAMILL.

* Middleweight Bout: 'All American' Brian Stann vs. 'The Count' Michael Bisping

Tale of the Tape at 10:54 ET is as follows: 33 to 31, 6'2" to 6'1" and 75.5" to 74" reach from Bisping to Stann. Buffer reminds us this fight is brought to us by Xynergy. Stann is in white trunks 12-4 Scranton, PA. Bisping is in black trunks 23-4 Manchester, England - and HE HAS QUITE A FEW FANS IN TORONTO. Our referee in charge of this bout is Josh Rosenthal. Here we go!

Bisping with a leg kick in the first 15. Stann is quick to close the distance and BIsping puts him on the fence and tries to throw knees. Stann turns him around and gets a warning for grabbing the shorts. Bisping turns him right back around and you can see both men doing a little cloth grabbing. They break apart at 3:55 after spinning back and forth on the cage. Rosenthal is a non-stop source of warnings, including one for open hand fingers. Bisping now seems content to circle on the outside and counter, and he eats a right hand for it. He's going counterclockwise the whole time, which is the one thing that has always bothered me about Bisping - he gets into a predictable rhythm. He shoots for a takedown on Stann but Stann is able to fend off a VERY strong attempt. Still Bisping gets him in the fence and blasts him with a nice elbow. 2 minutes remain in R1. Accidental low kick by Bisping but Stann waves it off. Bisping is ahead on total strikes 25-13. There's a second accidental low kick but this time it's Bisping who catches it. Rosenthal gives him a little time but he says he's ready right away. Rosenthal still takes his time restarting the fight. 1:12 remains. Stann's nose and face are getting a little bloodied. Bisping goes for a single leg and can't get it and he eats a BIG RIGHT HAND that nearly puts him on Dream Street. He's lucky he's got a minute break between rounds.

R2 kicks off at 11:03. Bisping is throwing jabs right away, moving in and out quickly. Bisping has landed 72% of his strikes AND he gets a slam into side control at 4:21. Stann gets a hand in the armpit, pushes Bisping off and sweeps to the top. Rogan is gaga about the technique Stann displayed. Bisping is going for a triangle from the bottom. Two minutes gone by. Stann backs up and then complains to the ref he got thumbed in the eye, or at least according to Rogan, who is now "not sure." Bisping puts Stann in the fence and the two jockey for position. 2 minutes remain. They break five seconds later. Stann with a leg kick. Bisping with jabs. His corner is reminding him to keep his hands up. Bisping lands a nice right. Stann with a leg kick. Stann misses with a zinger right but lands another leg kick. Stann has a mouse under one eye. Bisping shoos Stann all the way to the fence and slams him down at 0:37 left. He's in side control and may just hold this position 'til the horn - two takedowns probably win him that round. He's working for a kimura late but doesn't have enough time so he stands back up right before R2 ends. Bisping's corner said he did a "fucking great job" in R2 and I'd agree. I have him up 2-0 in rounds fought.

R3 begins at 11:09. Bisping has another takedown at 37 seconds but Stann recovers quickly this time. 4 minutes left in this bout. Rogan and Goldie discuss Chris Weidman being one of the fastest rising middleweights in the spot. Bisping continues to work the jab effectively. Stann is running out of opportunities to turn this around with 3 minutes and change to go. Rogan notes Bisping is landing more shots in volume and Stann only had one big punch in R1. Stann fights off a takedown at 2:09. Bisping lands a 1-2, Stann responds with a right but Bisping rolls with it. 1:05 remains. Stann with a lazy left leg kick. Stann goes for a combo and misses. Bisping shoots for a takedown at 45 left and gets it 10 seconds later. That should seal the deal. Stann gets back up at 20 seconds, the two trade shots, and both men hug at the horn. We await the scorecards!

ALL THREE JUDGES SCORE IT 29-28 FOR MICHAEL 'THE COUNT' BISPING when Buffer reads the scores at 11:17. Bisping puts him over as a "tough competitor" and a "son of a gun" in the post-fight interview. Rogan talks about his ridiculous cardio. "I always try to push a fight's pace. I was never particularly gifted but I wanted this bad and I train so hard. Nobody trains harder than me. Hold on Joe I'm not finished I've been out of the Octagon for 10 months so this is my time. Toronto, Canada, thank you!" Good post-fight speech from Bisping!

* Inaugural Flyweight Title: Demetrious Johnson vs. Joseph Benavidez

Tale of the Tape at 11:28! 28 to 26, 5'4" to 5'3", 65" to 66" reach from Benavidez to Johnson. Johnson is in the green trunks and fights out of Parkland, Washington. Benavidez is in the red trunks and fights out of Sacramento, California. Our referee for this scheduled five rounds if needed is Yves Lavigne. Here we go!

Benavidez lands the first kick of the fight. He misses on a sweep kick. Johnson tries to tie him up and they dance back and forth in front of the fence until 4:13. Both guys are moving a thousand miles a minute. Benavidez goes for a leg trip but isn't able to get it and they break apart at 3:30. Johnson lands a straight right hand and Lavigne gives a warning about fingers. Benavidez misses on a takedown but lands a right when he gets up. 2:30 left in the first round. Benavidez presses Johnson to the fence but he gets away at 2:04. They spin around in front of the fence again and wrestle each other for position before Johnson slips away at 1:25. Johnson is landing 71% of significant strikes so far. He lands a leg kick and a right hand. Benavidez shoots and misses again. 30 seconds. Johnson gets a takedown late in R1 or Benavidez tried to pull guard - either way he ends it on top. 10-9 Johnson.

R2 starts at 11:36. Rogan is blown away by how smoothly Johnson can evade and counter any time Benavidez tries to get close. Benavidez does land one leg kick as he charges forward but that's all. There's a low blow but Benavidez shakes it off and continues. Johnson is ahead 15-3 in body shots. Benavidez chases and lands maybe one jab. Two minutes have gone by in R2. Benavidez goes for a takedown at 2:24 and doesn't get it. Rogan: "From the Yamamoto fight to today, Johnson is getting better." 1:12 left. Benavidez lands one kick and Johnson gets behind him and lands a knee. The two break apart. Leg kick and jab traded by the fighters. 30 seconds. Johnson lands a jab to the chin. Benavidez lands a left and a right but Johnson walks through it. Leg kick by Benavidez. R2 is in the books! Much closer round than the first but I still feel Johnson took it.

R3 is underway at 11:43. Johnson is up 31-8 on kicks. Benavidez goes for a head kick but Johnson is so quick that Benavidez kicks the fence. Johnson has opened up a cut over Benavidez' left eyebrow. Benavidez lands a leg kick. Johnson comes forward with a jab. The crowd boos for a split second and Rogan is appalled. 2:15 left. Benavidez gets a takedown that only lasts a fraction of a second. Johnson is up 58-51 in significants. Goldberg doesn't even credit Benavidez with a takedown at all. Crowd is getting restless again with 20 seconds left in R3. Johnson clips his foe with a right. Johnson avoids kicks for the final 10.

R4 is underway at 11:49! Johnson has landed 56% of his strikes, Benavidez only 39%. BENAVIDEZ CLIPS JOHNSON WITH A RIGHT. He's going for a mount and a guillotine choke 1:05 into the round and Johnson is trying to do anything he can to survive. Can Johnson get out of this? Benavidez has to connect his hands together and if he can he'll get it. He can't get it! JOHNSON TRANSITIONS THAT INTO A HEEL HOOK but Benavidez gets away and gets back to half guard looking to pass. 2:44 left. Benavidez gets side control and North-South but Johnson spins out and is back up at 2:20. Benavidez would love to take him back to the ground right now. Johnson hits him with knees and winds up in side control as Benavidez goes for a takedown. Benavidez gets a warning for grabbing the cage two times in about 15 seconds. They break apart from the fence after trading knees with 80 seconds left. Johnson gets a takedown but eats a kick on the break (and delivers a punch in return). Benavidez gets takedown down again at 30 seconds and Johnson jumps to side control IMMEDIATELY throwing elbows to the body and going for a kimura. I would have said this was Benavidez round for knocking Johnson down but after all those takedowns it's anybody's ball game.

Our final round of this Flyweight Title bout begins at 11:55 ET! Johnson with two takedowns in about 10 seconds. 3:45 remains. If you judged based on who looked better and fresher in this fight you'd assume Johnson was winning based on Benavidez' face and posture but again we have no idea what the judges will see if this goes the distance. Johnson shoots again at 2:51 and gets it three seconds later, winding up in side control right away. They break and return to center at 2:20. Johnson lands a jab and avoids those of Benavidez in return. Two minutes. Johnson is not desperate so he must think he's ahead. Benavidez goes for a single and can't get it, and eats a kick for his trouble. The crowd is getting a little impatient again at 1:25. Rogan says some people just want to see blood, not technique. Benavidez charges forward but can't land a thing. 50 seconds. Johnson easily avoids a single leg then goes for one of his own but it's stuffed. 35 seconds. He avoids a spinning backfist from benavidez easily. He throws a haymaker and Benavidez avoids it. They're in the fence with 15 seconds left. Johnson lands a knee to the body and a backhand right and that ends the fight! We go to the scorecards.

12:02 ET. Bruce Buffer will make it official. Johnson is ahead in every stat category including 5-0 on the takedowns. WE GO TO THE SCORECARDS FOR A DECISION. THE JUDGES SCORE THIS CONTEST 48-47 JOHNSON, 48-47 BENAVIDEZ, AND 49-46 FOR THE WINNER AND NOW UFC FLYWEIGHT CHAMPION - DEMETRIOUS 'MIGHTY MOUSE' JOHNSON!! "I trained hard, I dedicate my life to this sport, yeah man, it happened I guess! I felt that I took him down a lot, he didn't get me down once, the judges are doing their job I'm doing my job and that's to fight. It means the world, I've still got to prove a lot of things, I'm going to go home and rest and get ready for my next battle."

* Jon 'Bones' Jones {C} vs. Vitor Belfort (UFC Light Heavyweight Championship)

Belfort pushes him back to full guard but not before eating a bunch of uncontested elbows. Jones wins the round again.

R4 is underway at 12:40. Belfort tries a head kick and it pops the crowd but doesn't land flush. Belfort pulls guard again and Jones gets a KIMURA TO FINISH THE FIGHT BY SUBMISSION - IT IS ALL OVER. We're just waiting for Bruce Buffer to make it official.
