This week on Ring of Honor TV it's the finals of the Top Prospect Tournament as Matt Taven faces Tadarius Thomas. Also in our main event it's a big 6 man tag as Michael Elgin and The American Wolves battle Roderick Strong Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly.

ROH World Champion Kevin Steen starts the show. Steen says that Ring of Honor has gone through a lot of changes in the last few years. Steen says that when he won the ROH World Title last year he was not proud of being Ring of Honor Champion. Steen says that he never wanted to kill Ring of Honor but he didn't like what Jim Cornette was doing to the company. Steen says that people can call him whatever they want but they can't say he doesn't love Pro Wrestling because he bleeds Pro Wrestling. Steen says that Jay Lethal gets a title shot because he was the man who got rid of Jim Cornette. Steen says that he's beaten Eddie Edwards, Davey Richards, Roderick Strong, Michael Elgin, El Generico and a lot of others and Lethal can't beat him.

We go to Veda Scott who hypes up the 11th Anniversary Show this weekend and brings in Cedric Alexander and Caprice Coleman. Alexander says that SCUM better bring every trick they have because they are going to send it in to overtime. Alexander says that SCUM wants to downgrade Ring of Honor but he and Alexander worked hard to get here and SCUM is going to find out what happens when people work hard and does the right thing and he and Alexander are going to put SCUM on workman's comp, A good promo from Coleman and Alexander

To put over the big tag team grudge match coming up at the match at the Anniversary Show in Chicago Ridge.

Match 1

Top Prospect Tournament Finals

Matt Taven vs Tadarius Thomas

Well after 6 weeks of this tournament and here's how we got here. Taven in the last two weeks we've seen Taven knock off ACH and last week knocking off Silas Young, Then on the other side of the coin 3 weeks ago it was Tadarius knocking off Antonio Thomas and then last week it was Tadarius knocking off QT Marshall. Now we will find out who not only will be TOP PROSPECT but who will challenge for the TV Title at the 11th Anniversary Show.

Taven and Thomas lock up. Thomas goes behind but Taven goes for the side headlock and Thomas reverses. Taven early on lands a springboard crossbody but Thomas rolls through for a near fall. Taven locks in a side headlock and we see Truth Martini comes to the ringside area as both men land quick arm drags. Taven forces Thomas in to the corner and lands a series of shoulder tackles targeting the ribs of Thomas and lands a big backbreaker and then a big gutbuster for a near fall. Taven hooks the head and lands a big suplex and lands a twisting senton off the ropes for a near fall. Taven whips Thomas in to the corner and Thomas gets a quick sunset flip and a quick cradle for a couple of quick near falls and Taven catches him with a kick to the head.

Taven goes for the Irish Whip but gets reversed and Truth Martini hooks the leg of Taven and both men seem confused by this. Thomas lands a series of shots and lands his wacky inverted bulldog move on Taven for a near fall. Thomas goes for a big suplex but Taven escapes and then goes for a spin kick but Thomas ducks and referee Todd Sinclair in the face and everything breaks loose. Truth Martini tosses the boot to Thomas but he intentionally drops the boot. Thomas goes for an O'Connor Roll but Taven drops down and Truth Martini plasters Thomas with the BOOK OF TRUTH and Taven scores the cheap fall for the win, and is now apparently aligned with Martini.

Winner: Matt Taven.

Jay Lethal comes out to the ring and gets the microphone. Lethal says that he's glad that Kevin Steen has suddenly had a change of heart and now loves Ring of Honor World Champion and wants to be an honorable champion, but also thinks Steen is full of SHIT. Lethal says that Steen is the master of mind games and the mind job he did on Davey Richards before their title match was amazing. Lethal says that there aren't going to be any distractions for him and on March 2nd Ring of Honor will be forced to acknowledge one of them with the other Ring of Honor World Champions including Samoa Joe, CM Punk, and Bryan Danielson. Lethal says Steen thinks he can't beat him but Lethal knows he can.

We go backstage to Veda Scott who is with Roderick Strong Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly. Strong says that he is 2-0 against Michael Elgin and he is going to prove why Elgin is breakable and he is UNBEATABLE. Fish says that they already defeated the American Wolves in the Tag Team Gauntlet Match. O'Reilly says that the American Wolves have been running their mouths but we are going to find out if their bark is worse then their bite.

Main Event

Michael Elgin and The American Wolves-Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards vs Roderick Strong, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly

All 6 men start brawling as the bell rings and it spills to the floor with Eddie unloading on Fish with vicious chops. A second referee Brian Gorie comes to the ring and gets these guys to get in the ring to the boos of the crowd and we go to commercial before we can get any real action.

We come back with Elgin squashing both Fish and O'Reilly in the corner and the Wolves whipping Fish in to a powerslam on O'Reilly and scores a near fall. Elgin hooks Fish and gets him up in the British Bulldog-esque vertical suplex and drops him straight down to the mat and makes the tag to Davey. Davey lands a series of shots and whips Fish in to the ropes and gets reversed and O'Reilly catches Davey from the outside and O'Reilly takes out the leg of Davey and makes the tag to Strong. Strong and Davey trade forearms and Strong answers with a big dropkick and then tags to Fish who lands a slingshot senton for a near fall and the heels beat down Davey as we go in to our final commercial break of the hour.

We come back with Fish and O'Reilly double teaming Davey but Davey stops it and makes the hot tag to Eddie. Eddie soars in with a missile dropkick and then forces Fish in to the corner and makes hamburger meat out of the chest of Fish with a series of vicious chops to the chest. The Wolves send Fish and O'Reilly to the apron land a series of kicks to the back and then land the double suicide dive to the floor taking out Fish and O'Reilly on the floor. Elgin tosses Strong in to the corner and just tees off on him with a series of shots and pulls off an impressive wheelbarrow suplex/electric chair on both Fish and O'Reilly. Wolves from either side of the ring land the double team, Wolves and Fish and O'Reilly duke it out but the Wolves get dispatched. Strong gets Elgin in the corner and lands his kick to the head followed by a knee strike and the SICK KICK for the near fall. Strong in the end lands his suplex in to a backbreaker finish and scores yet another pinfall victory over Elgin.

Winners: Roderick Strong, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly. Very good main event especially in the last 7-8 minutes of the match. Strong gets yet another pin over Elgin but can he get two straight falls this weekend at the Anniversary Show in Chicago Ridge.

Next week on Ring of Honor Nigel McGuinness will confront both Matt Hardy and ROH World TV Champion Adam Cole. ROH World Champion Kevin Steen will appear, and in our main event it will be TITLES vs TEAM as The Briscoes defend their tag titles against Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team and if WGTT loses they will no longer be able to team in Ring of Honor.
