This week's it's ROAD RAGE from Richmond VA as Jay Briscoe defends the ROH Title against BJ Whitmer.

Match 1

Jay Lethal Cedric Alexander and Caprice Coleman beat Matt Taven Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly in a six man tag team match when Caprice pins O'Reilly following OVERTIME on O'Reilly.

Match 2

No Disqualification Match

Kevin Steen vs Jimmy Jacobs

Steen and Jacobs trade shots on the floor and Steen tosses Jacobs in to the barricade and they brawl around the ring. Steen rolls Jacobs in to the ring just to allow the referee to ring the bell, and then tosses Jacobs back out. Steen tosses Jacobs in to the barricade and beats him down but Jacobs catches Steen coming and chokes him down and the referee calls for the bell, Steen and Jacobs have to broken up. Steen gets the microphone and says he knew with all their history this was going to be a fight, Steen basically challenges Jacobs to continue the match with No Disqualification rules and tosses a security guard over the top rope on top of Jacobs and we go to commercial.

We come back with Steen using a shoe and landing a series of shots on Jacobs. Steen tries to go back in to the ring and Jacobs uses the ropes to his advantage and spears Steen off the apron to the floor. Jacobs rolls Steen back in to the ring and works him over and lands a series of shots and chokes him with a rope. Jacobs sends Steen to the floor and lands a big suicide dive to the floor. Jacobs climbs to the apron but Steen catches him and powerbombs him on the ring frame, and then rolls Jacobs back in to the ring and lands a big swanton bomb off the top rope for a near fall. Jacobs comes back and lands a series of shots and gets a chair and nails Steen across the back with it 3 times. Jacobs goes for the contra code but Steen crotches him on the ropes and then ties him to the tree of woe and lands a big cannonball in the corner, but Jacobs hooks on to the head of Steen and lands the contra code for a near fall.  Jacobs goes to the outside of the ring and gets one of the barricades and brings it in to the ring. Steen goes for a package piledriver but Jacobs hooks the leg and sweeps Steen on to the barricade. Jacobs goes for a chair shot but Steen low blows him and then hooks in the PACKAGE PILEDRIVER and scores the win.

Winner: Kevin Steen. Good little brawl of a match and Steen defeats an S.C.U.M member as we head to Best in the World.

Next week's Ring of Honor will be a special 1 Hour show dedicated to the Briscoes as we head to their big title match at Best in the World between Jay and Mark, we will get more in to the rest of the Best in the World card on June 22nd a little later on.

We go to Kevin Kelly who hypes up Best in the World. We go to ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe who tells us to come to Baltimore to watch him whip Mark's ass.

Main Event

For the ROH World Title

Jay Briscoe vs BJ Whitmer

Jay and Whitmer have a couple of intense lock up and end up on the floor. Jay and Whitmer trade shots on the floor and Whitmer sends Jay in to the barricade but Jay comes off with a big boot to the face. Jay sends Whitmer back in to the ring, Jay whips Whitmer in to the corner but Whitmer catches him coming in and lands a series of shots and sends Jay to the floor and lands the big dive to the floor on Jay and we go to our final commercial break of the hour.

We come back with Whitmer locking in the chinlock but Jay escapes the hold. Jay and Whitmer trade forearms and shots. Jay goes for a Death Valley Driver but Whitmer escapes and goes for the O'Connor Roll but Whitmer catches Jay with a big power slam for a near fall. Whitmer whips Jay in to the ropes but catches Whitmer and lands a second neck breaker for a near fall. Whitmer comes back and lands a Dragon Suplex for a near fall, and then lands a spinning suplex, followed by a big fisherman's suplex for a near fall. Whitmer sends Jay in to the corner but gets caught and suplexed over the top through the timekeepers table from Jay to Whitmer.

Jay rolls Whitmer back in the ring and lands a big neck breaker for a near fall. Jay hooks the arms and lands the JAY DRILLER for a near fall. Jay lands a series of kicks to the head finally sending Whitmer down and locks in the Dragon Sleeper and referee Todd Sinclair steps in and the match is over.

Winner and still ROH World Champion: Jay Briscoe. Very good title match, a  good effort from Whitmer but Jay gets the win heading in to BEST IN THE WORLD.

Best in the World card hype.

This is a pretty good line up I can see SCUM winning the titles but then losing the STEEL CAGE WARFARE the next night for TV Taping, and I will be back in a few weeks with more Ring of Honor TV.
