Join us for the ROH "Best in the World" iPPV Recap at 5 PM Eastern, 4 Central! When the recap begins you can hit F5 or refresh as often as you like for the latest updates. Tonight's main event is for the ROH World Title - champion Jay Briscoe defending against his brother Mark Briscoe! For a full look at the card check out our ROH Best in the World 2013 preview.

5:00 PM ET. We are live on iPPV! They opened the live feed with a stream of Jay Briscoe winning the ROH World Title, and then telling Nigel McGuinness he doesn't mind having a lot of challengers, because he'll "whoop dey ass." Mark Briscoe cuts a promo on him and says he has an ego problem because while they're scooping on crap on the farm or drinking a case of beer he keeps saying he'll whoop everybody's ass, but Mark reminds him he beat Jay in his first ever match in the company. Jay says that's fine, Baltimore is just down the road from Sandy Fork, bring the whole family to watch me whoop you. Nigel books the match and that leads us to today... and a lot of buffering! Jay cuts a taped promo and says "Who you think broke his nose? Who you think knocked his teeth out?" Mark's response: "Jay, I love you boy, but I'm gonna whoop you!" Can't wait to see this!

We go live to the Du Burns Arena, and today's commentators are Steve Corino and Kevin Kelly - the latter of whom says "Nobody fights like family!" Corino is wearing a loud yellow jacket and tie and promises that Kevin Steen will go down tonight courtesy Matt Hardy. The fans are loudly chanting MAN UP as we get our opening match underway.

* 'The Prodigy' Mike Bennett (w/ Maria Kanellis) vs. BJ Whitmer

The video starts buffering during the intros and by the time it clears up the match is already in progress and Maria Kanellis has joined the commentary booth. She goes back to the apron as both men brawl outside, and then it starts buffering again. They get back in the ring and Whitmer fails on a splash in the corner and crotches himself, at which point Bennett uploads with a series of hard chops. Maria badmouths him as he hangs over the second rope in pain. The fans chant FUCK HIM UP BJ FUCK HIM UP in response - and we buffer again.

When we come back both men on commentary are discussing future endeavors, causing Corino to wisecrack "I can't be future endeavored - THEY never even hired me!" He also tells fans NOT to tweet him @KingCorino because he doesn't want to hear it. Corino is taking over this iPPV. He even makes an inappropriate joke about Maria's "time of the month." She comes back over to commentary to make some comments but she's not close enough to Kevin Kelly's mic for us to hear it. He asks her if it's about Bennett's contract... and we start buffering again. Thankfully it only lasts a few seconds this time. Whitmer stomps his boot in the corner, charges across the ring, and hits a chained suplex for a two count. Buffering.

Brutal Bob does a run in but Whitmer sidesteps him hits an exploder suplex and BJ WHITMER GETS THE PIN. Thank God the buffering stopped just in time. Maria is beside herself in frustration and starts verbally berating everybody on her team. She grabs Bennett by the arm and drags him away right behind the commentary position. Tag match next!

* American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) vs. Adrenaline Rush (ACH & Tadarius Thomas)

Everybody shakes hands to follow the Code of Honor. Corino tries to make some point about how this PPV was named after Davey Richards two years ago, he got destroyed by Kevin Steen a year ago, and now he's in the second match on the card. Actually maybe he DOES have a point. We get a comedy spot in the opening minute of the match with Davey Richards and ACH grabbing each other's legs - they agree to let go on three and don't do it - they agree again and the audience applauds... then Richards knocks him down with a spin kick and tags Eddie Edwards in. Dueling chants for Edwards and ACH, and then some buffering. I've been stuck on buffering now for at least a minute, maybe more.

5:32 PM ET. It appears everybody's feed has frozen or gone to hell. I'm seeing tweets from Larry Csonka and @TheOleMatt about it too. @TheShoreSlant is also totally frozen. I'm gonna try a refresh.

5:35 PM ET. @AngryMarks: "@TheShoreSlant @TheOleMatt Got it back just in time to see Davey get the pin." He got the knees up on a dive into him and then hooked the leg and swept to keep the shoulders down for 3.

* Adam Cole vs. Roderick Strong

Okay I'm going on a bit of a rant here but this is the problem I have with the ROH iPPV and a lot of internet PPV events in general: I have a home theater set-up. My laptop and comfortable recliner at one end, a big screen TV and speakers at the other. About 20 feet apart.

Not only do I have to hook up a laptop to the HD output each time there's an iPPV, but when it freezes constantly like #BestInTheWorld does that means I'm walking back and forth across the room over and over and over & over again to get up, fix the stream, sit down, rinse repeat.

That gets fucking old. If I want this kind of exercise I'll go to the gym. I pay for the equipment there. I don't pay for a PPV to do this. I've watched fights on DirecTV in the middle of a torrential downpour that were less choppy and blocky and more reliable than this f'n shit.

So I'm going to get up and refresh my computer for the zillionth time but seriously @RingOfHonor fuck your hat word to @ThaOShow.

5:55 PM ET. Thanks to the advice of Matt Cleary I've left the iPPV stream on pause for several minutes and pushed play. Hopefully that will give the feed enough buffered memory to last. The Adam Cole vs. Roderick Strong match is still in progress. They just hit two rolling cradles for near falls. We have a rope break off a figure four and Corino is screaming HE TAPPED HE TAPPED. We go right back to the hold but Cole kicks Strong away. We get a two count off a superkick as the fans chant THIS IS WRESTLING. Both men start brawling and throwing chops on the apron, and Strong gets kicked off through the timekeeper's table as the fans chant HO-LY SHIT!! Cole stops Strong from getting in before the 20 count AND ADAM COLE IS THE WINNER. Corino follows him out to talk to him and RD Evans takes his place in the commentary posish.

* 'Unbreakable' Michael Elgin vs. 'The Sicilian Psycho' Tommaso Ciampa

As the match gets underway RD Evans is selling hard that Ciampa came back from his torn ACL too early. Both men do a test of strength and early going Elgin seems to be winning. He's in the green singlet today and Ciampa is in grey trunks. Elgin wins a battle of headbutts and goes for the delayed vertical suplex but gets countered and reversed as Ciampa holds Elgin up for at least 30 seconds before bringing him back down with a thug. Evans: "How did he do it with that cyborg knee? The ref should check that thing. It may be loaded." A couple minutes later Elgin finally gets revenge and does one of his own. Both men spell to the floor on a clothesline and Corino has just made his way back to the commentary position and he starts plugging something about "alchemy and time travel" and "the law offices of Barrister RD Evans for all of your metaphysical needs" as my feed starts buffering again.

After I pause to give the buffering time to catch up Elgin powerbombs Ciampa into the barricade then throws him back in for a 300 pound senton - Ciampa kicks out at 2. The fans get pumped up after a couple of near falls and chant THIS IS AWE-SOME. Ciampa with forearms in the corner as Elgin tries to cover up and then Ciampa kicks knees and stomps on him. The video freezes and jumps ahead to a point where Ciampa comes off the top rope with Elgin and gets a 2 count. Elgin slashes his throat and and dead lifts Ciampa to slam him down for a near fall.

Ciampa goes out to the apron to recover. Elgin tries to knock him off with a spinning backfist but he keeps his balance. Elgin climbs to the second rope and tries to deadlift superplex Ciampa in but fails. Ciampa lands on his feet and HITS PROJECT CIAMPA BUT ELGIN GETS A FOOT ON THE ROPE TO BREAK THE 3 COUNT. That brings about another THIS IS WRESTLING chant. Ciampa picks up Elgin on the apron and KRYPTONITE KRUNCH CONNECTS. Elgin blocks two attempts at Project Cimpa, hits a buckle bomb and a power bomb, Ciampa kicks out and as he does HE HAS A TRIANGLE CHOKE ON ELGIN. He tries to power bomb his way out of it but Ciampa gets it on again. He finally gets free and hits a lariat but Ciampa kicks out. Elgin hits him with a forearm to the back of the head and a DECAPITATION CLOTHESLINE FOR THREE.

QT Marshal comes down to pick the bones, taking off his suit jacket, but he ultimately chooses to walk out with his crew - it was a big tease. Elgin and Ciampa have a respectful handshake once they get back to their feet. Elgin makes the sign of a belt around his waist as we go to intermission. Nigel McGuinness joins Kevin Kelly at commentary position as we make our way back from intermish for the second half.

* Matt Taven {C} (w/ Truth Martini) vs. Jay Lethal vs. Jimmy Jacobs (SCUM) - ROH TV Title Triple Threat

It's a triple threat for the ROH World TV Title! In the middle of ring introductions the video froze and jumped ahead to "live action." I wish the feed wouldn't make these decisions against my will. I'd rather be a few minutes behind and have it look fine than be live and have it be incredibly pixellated and choppy (which it is now). It's ridiculously bad. The audio is constant, but the video freezes every other second for 2-3 seconds. I'm going to try the @MutaZX trick again and see if it helps. I hope ROH is giving everybody a free replay because I'm going to need to rewatch this one tonight or tomorrow to actually SEE IT.

NOPE. Pausing didn't help this time. Jay Lethal goes to the top rope for a flying elbow and the fans chant RAN-DY SA-VAGE. He gets a two count. Jacobs is picked up and tossed over the ropes by Lethal, then he does a suicide dive to the outside and gets back in the ring as the only man standing. One of Martini's Hoopla Hotties (Scarlett) comes in to distract him. She gets partially out of her top either by accident or Martini's design, Paul Turner goes to get a towel to cover her up, Martini runs in to bitch at him and run interference. His other hottie Salicia comes in and Martini hides behind her until she picks up Jacobs, but Lethal superkicks her and she drops him. The video jumps ahead and we miss the finish but somehow MATT TAVEN RETAINS. Apparently the same thing happened internet wide - nobody watching the stream on Twitter saw the ending either.

* ROH World Tag Team Champions reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) vs S.C.U.M (Rhett Titus & Cliff Compton) vs Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander

As the stream is just about unwatchable at this point and nothing helps, I'm just going to report back once we get a result or finish in the match. Will send out a tweet at that time with this link for those following there. reDRagon retains with one hand draped over Cedric Alexander after Bobby Fish BLASTED him with a superkick. The video froze right after the pinfall - fortuitous bit of timing there. Steen vs. Hardy is next.

* Kevin Steen vs. Matt Hardy (Grudge Match)

McGuinness made this one no DQ by Steen's request. That backfired. Hardy hit him with two Twist of Fates through steel chairs in the ring to get the pin. They beat Steen down afterward as all of SCUM hit the ring to celebrate.

@AngryMarks: "This is how ROH looks every time the video freezes. pic.twitter.com/E4JgKTqSet."

@AngryMarks: "Buffering. A familiar sight. #BITW #ROH pic.twitter.com/8TW1FhRm31."

* ROH World Title Main Event: Jay Briscoe {C} vs. Mark Briscoe

The PPV feed has frozen about 15 times now during this match. I give up. When somebody in the venue tweets the match is over I'll share it here. I'll be watching the replay tomorrow if they upload it in a timely manner (and don't charge me a second time for it).

@DukesWrestling: "Jay retains the @ringofhonor title with 3 super kicks and 3 Jay drillers. #bestintheworld."

@CardsFan47: "@angrymarks jay wins with jay driller."

@IVPvideos: "@angrymarks Jay wins via superkicks."

@MutaZX: "@angrymarks jay retains… crap feed."
