They show that commercial for WWE 2K17 set to Petula Clark's Downtown. I cannot express my love of this commercial in strong enough terms.

After a commercial, Mick Foley is in the ring to address Sheamus and Cesaro. "Last night at Clash of Champions, Sheamus and Cesaro ended their Best-of-Seven series ended when neither man could continue the match, and the series ended in what was thought to be a mathematical impossibility, a draw. So I'd like to bring out both men to discuss this, let me first introduce Sheamus."

Sheamus hits the ring.

Foley: "And Cesaro."

Cesaro is out next.

Foley: "Now gentlemen, if I may--"

Sheamus: "Mick, Mick, Mick. How is this even a discussion? When this series started, you said that the man who was more physically dominant would get a title shot."

Cesaro: "That's why I'm here, right?"

Sheamus: "That's what you said, right?"

Mick: "Well I--"

Sheamus: "I'm talking, Foley! The truth is, we beat the hell out of each other, but you said that the man who was more physically dominant would get the title shot. If that wasn't me, what series were you watching?"

Cesaro: "The way I see it, I was in the ring ready to fight, you were doing the walk of shame."

Sheamus: "I had four people holding me back! I wanted to finish the match!"

Cesaro: "Oh, you had five people?"

Sheamus: "I'm better than you! I'm done with you!"

Cesaro: "I'm done with you and I'm on to the championship opportunity!"

Mick: "Sheamus is right! You beat the hell out of each other and I can't in good conscience say that either one of you won or lost that match, so I'm giving you both a title shot. But to be clear, these aren't seperate title shots. You will be sharing an opportunity at the tag team championships."

Sheamus: "I just came through a best of seven series with this guy!"

Mick: "You don't have to like it! But that's my decision. And should you choose to accept it, you will face the winner of the following match."

Winners and STILL Raw Tag Team Champions: The New Day

The New Day lick their wounds and celebrate as Gallows and Anderson slink off.

They show a recap of the main event last night, then the WWE.com exclusive where Stephanie walks off with HHH.

They also show the top rope gutbuster spot where Rollins sustained an injury last night. He has damage to his ribs, and is not cleared to compete tonight. Which I'm choosing to hear as will not be out for Hell in a Cell.

Backstage, Sheamus and Cesaro are arguing with Mick Foley. He says that he, Michael Hayes, and Arn Anderson all agreed that they believed in both of them last night, but he can't do an eighth match because he might lose one of them, so this is his only shot, and they can change the face of tag team wrestling. He also implies that their title shot would be tonight.

"Well, uh, last night Charlotte and Sasha proved why they are the top two women in this industry, they hold the measuring sticks, but if either of them think that the triple threat will be the last time they see me, woo, they have got another thing coming. I feel the WWE Universe and I are on this journey together, and it won't stop, until I am hugging that Women's Championship."

Backstage, Stephanie is texting, Mick walks in, gently says he looks like a fool because he believed in Stephanie, but when he left to go check on Cesaro, the bottom fell out of the main event, and the referee was too convenient. Stephanie says nothing went wrong, except what happened in the main event wasn't right, but it was Mick's fault, because making sure the main event goes off without a hitch is his job. She says the doctors could have taken care of Sheamus and Cesaro. Mick apologizes. Stephanie says that if Foley is buying into conspiracy theories, Seth Rollins must be worse, and when he gets to the arena, uncleared to wrestle, Foley needs to treat him like an asset.

Match Four: Rich Swann and Cedric Alexander vs. Lince Dorado and Drew Gulak

Picture-in-picture promo, Cedric and Swann say they're glad to be together and not against each other this week. They show a promo for Drew Gulak.

Winners: Sheamus and Cesaro

They engage in a competitive celebration.

Tom Phillips asks TJ Perkins where his mind is, Perkins says the title is a dream come true, Kendrick comes in, says the title was brought back for him, and TJ owes him his career. TJ says he owes him for that headbutt, but Kendrick says he needs to enjoy his time in the ring tonight, because the dream won't last through their next encounter.

Charlotte and Dana Brooke hit the ring.

Charlotte: "You know, Clash of Champions was once again my night! I once again defended by Raw championship and proved to you all why I am the face of the WWE Women's Division. I defied the odds and defeated two of the greatest female athletes today in this ring. I did. But that's the difference between me and Sasha, the difference between me and Bayley. I walk the walk, and I talk the talk. Now, I know what you're thinking. Every month a new competitor comes down the ramp and everyone thinks, 'Maybe this'll be the one.' But night after night, I disappoint you, I disappoint you, and I disappoint all of you. I'm not the huggable Bayley, I'm not the internet darling Sasha Banks, but I am the moneymaker, and I am the face of the division."

Sasha hits the ring. "First of all, you need to slow your role. Last night may have been your night, but that is still my title."

"If it's your title, why is it around my waist?"

"You pinned Bayley last night. I'm still owed my one on one rematch, and I want that tonight."

"First off, Sasha Wanks, you need to understand that this is my ring. As good as you are, I'm that much better. But you did earn it. I'm going to give all of you people what you want, I'm going to give you what you want, your title match."

Charlotte disrobes.

"Next week. Because if I didn't, you'd boo hoo all the way to Mick Foley and yap yap like a chihuahua until you got your way. But I'll give it to Sasha, as much as I've tried to embarrass her, as much as I've tried to break you, you keep getting back up. But I promise you--"

"No, I promise you that next, week, in Los Angeles, I will take back my WWE Women's Championship."

Sasha slaps Charlotte, Dana runs in, takes a Backstabber, Banks Statement, Charlotte breaks the hold, Sasha tosses them both out of the ring.

Seth Rollins is backstage.

After a commercial, Mick Foley asks Seth Rollins how he's feeling. He says there's nothing that's going to stop him tonight, Mick says Owens is owed his comeuppance, but tonight isn't the night. Seth reaffirms his commitment.

They show a Hispanic Heritage Month package for Pedro Morales.

Chris Jericho comes down for the Highlight Reel. On the way, they show Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson responding to Chris Jericho's trash-talking, and vowing to show up at Raw next week. "Quiet, quiet, quiet, quiet, quiet! Be quiet because tonight is the most anticipated Highlight Reel in WWE history! But first I want to address Danny Masterson and Ashton Kutcher! How dare you insinuate that you two are better friends than me and Kevin Owens? That's impossible! No one are better friends than me and Kevin Owens! So if you do have the guts to show up in Los Angeles next week, I'm adding you both to the list, and you won't like... it. Hey, I told you to shoot me from this angle, you know what? You're going on the list! Raw cameraman, list. You know who else is on the list? Seth Rollins. Hurt, again. I've been here for like 20 years, never been hurt, Rollins has been here a year and a half, injured reserve again. But tonight, I'm bringing you a man, the longest-reigning Universal Champion of all time, Kevin Owens!"

Owens hits the ring.

Owens: "It's nice."

Jericho: "The Jeritron 5000, most expensive thing on the set. You know, a wise man once said that people have been led to believe that mediocrity is excellence. That wise man was me. But last night, you showed what greatness really is."

"Thank you, Chris. Now, you would normally see me out here in a suit with my title, but this is Cincinnati. I wouldn't be cheering. I won't wear a suit for a town that spawned a living, breathing car crash like Dean Ambrose."

"He still owes me $17, 000."

"Last night, I proved why I should have been the #1 draft pick, I proved I don't just belong in the main event, I am the main event! I am the champion, and I am the man! I put Seth Rollins back on the injured reserve list, but that was just karma. For a year and a half, Seth Rollins called himself the man, he may have been the man. Look at the list of people he injured. The great John Cena, remember that? The icon, Sting, even the Demon King, Finn Balor. He may have been the most dangerous man in WWE. But I took out the most dangerous man in WWE, so you know what that makes me? The most dangerous man in WWE."

Seth Rollins comes out, security holds him back, Mick Foley comes out.

Owens: "Don't listen to these people, don't let him fight, take him back."

Chris: "Come on, Rollins!"

Owens: "Give him a little doctor's note, say he can't come in here because Kevin Owens broke him in half. Yeah, Seth. Redesign, rebuild, reclaim your couch."

Chris: "Yeah, you didn't like that, did you? You wanted to see Seth Rollins come out here and beat us up, huh?"

Enzo and Cass come out. "My name is Enzo Amore, and I am a certified G and a bona fide stud, and you can't teach that! And this right here? This is Big Cass, and he's seven foot tall, and you can't teach that. Bada boom, realest guys in the room. How you doin'?"

Chris: "Oh, we're doing just fine, thank you very much. And why wouldn't we be? We're best friends, we're on top of the world, we're the WWE Universal Champion. Everything was going just hunky dory right up until you came out here. So you know what? You're on the list!"

Kevin: "It's Enzo. You wrote Ezno. And there's two Ss in Big Cass."

Cass: "You're making a list, checking it twice for spelling errors apparently. Who are you, Santa Claus?"

Chris: "Maybe I am Santa Claus! Maybe I'll come down there and sit on your lap."

Cass: "What did you say?"

Chris: "I didn't say anything."

Cass: "Can you repeat that?"

Chris: "No."

Cass: "You definitely said you were going to sit on my lap. Aside from the fact that people sit on Santa's lap, you definitely said that."

Chris: "No, I said I was going to punch you in the face."

Cass: "You did not say you would punch me in the face."

Kevin: "How about I punch you in the face?"

Chris: "I would love to punch you in the face, but we don't have a match with you tonight."

Cass: "Well we just happen to have passed Mick Foley backstage, who informed us that yes, we do have a match. Right now."
