Tues. #1 is HERE. To help the site out subscribe to Mistah MegaManFan so we can reach 1,000 (current count: 898). If you're a gamer you'll enjoy it! Don't miss Nickolye's 205 Live Recap at 10 PM ET! With the cheap plugs out of the way here's Tuesday's latest news.

The reason Jon Moxley (f/k/a Dean Ambrose) can't work the New Japan Pro Wrestling G1 Climax opener in Dallas is because All Elite Wrestling has the exclusive rights to his appearances in the United States. They have no problem Jon Moxleywith him working NJPW events or him having contracts with both promotions, but they have "first dibs" on conflicting dates and the right to say no to him appearing on a potential competitor's show domestically. (WO)

After Raw went off the air last night Becky Lynch defeated Lacey Evans via submission.

Here's the updated NJPW G1 Climax Dallas card for July 6th. (NJPW)

A homecoming of sorts, Vega, who splits his time between San Juan, Puerto Rico and the South Bronx, is excited about wrestling in the Big Apple once again.

League officials aren’t confirming whether Salina de la Renta brokered the deal or not but Savio Vega’s emergence in MLW was heralded on her edition of MLW FUSION this past week (watch).

A perennial main eventer in Puerto Rico, Vega is one of the island’s greatest brawlers known for his explosive spinning heel kick, jumping high kick and fighting spirit. Pure dynamite in the ring, Vega proudly represents Boricuas worldwide with his leather vest and gear emblazoned with the Puerto Rican flag.

Vega lit up New York City in the mid 1990s teaming with Razor Ramon to form one of the most beloved tag teams of the era. However, many may know of Vega’s ultraviolet alter ego “TNT” who has caused havoc throughout the sport dating back decades.

One of the most decorated Caribbean grapplers in the history of the sport, Savio Vega has won countless championships in the Caribbean and has served as a general manager for Puerto Rico’s top organizations over the past few years.

Now, the barrel chested Boricua looks to reignite some TNT as he returns to his someway from home: New York City on July 25th. See Save Vega rumble LIVE. Buy tickets starting at just $20.
Some of the athletes and talent signed to compete and appear include: World Heavyweight Champion “Filthy” Tom Lawlor • World Tag Team Champions the Hart Foundation • Salina de la Renta • Ross & Marshall Von Erich • The Dynasty • Austin Aries • Mance Warner • Low Ki • LA Park • Hijo de LA Park • Ricky "El Sicario" Martinez • Air Wolf • Ace Austin • Myron Reed • Jordan Oliver and more!

News from UFC.
LAS VEGAS - UFC, the world's premier mixed martial arts organization, today announced the opening of UFC APEX, the new, state-of-the-art, 130,000 square-foot production facility in Las Vegas. The building, which contains more than 50,000 square feet of production space and over 70,000 square feet of office space, will officially open its doors today, on Tuesday, June 18, by hosting its first event, the season three premiere of Dana White's Contender Series.

"UFC APEX is going to be a massive game changer for combat sports and for UFC," said UFC President Dana White. "This facility gives us the flexibility to try new things and push the envelope on producing and distributing combat sports all over the world. We are limited only by my imagination. When you think of where we started and where we are now, it's pretty incredible, but we haven't even scratched the surface of how big this will become."

UFC APEX has built-in, advanced production capabilities with an arena space that can be configured to accommodate a variety of live events, including other sports competitions, concerts, stage shows, esports tournaments, and more. The arena can also be converted into a sound stage for use as a rehearsal space for entertainment acts booked throughout Las Vegas.

A new IP-based control room will be installed in UFC APEX in 2020 that will allow UFC to produce live events remotely from any location in the world and broadcast them in 4K resolution.

"With UFC APEX, we're future-proofing the way we produce and distribute our content," said Craig Borsari, UFC Executive Vice President of Production. "The combination of the state-of-the-art technology, with this enormous highly configurable arena space, gives us the opportunity to host other live events beyond combat sports. UFC APEX allows us to branch out into creating other forms of in-demand sports and entertainment content and distribute them anywhere in the world."

In addition to the primary arena space, UFC APEX will also feature a smaller 50' x 50' sound stage that can accommodate a variety of smaller productions, including live pre- and post-event studio shows, and original programming that can be distributed on a variety of platforms, including UFC FIGHT PASS.

UFC APEX sits adjacent to UFC's Las Vegas headquarters in the building formerly occupied by Scientific Games. UFC purchased the building in 2018 and began extensive, multi-million dollar renovations in October 2018.

The re-modeling of the building includes the following enhancements:

* 18 miles of new wire
* Two new support beams for the roof, weighing 12 tons each
* Six miles of steel studs used to construct new walls
* 1,482 gallons of fresh paint, including 300 gallons of black paint
* 170 LED Panels on four displays
* 395 new energy efficient LED-based lighting fixtures
* 46 custom 12" tall RGB LED bars, designed specifically for the louvers in the Octagon staging

UFC APEX contains 22 individual rooms, including:

* 50' x 50' sound stage
* VIP Suite
* Media Lounge
* Four Athlete Locker rooms
* Engineering room
* Production Office
* 12 General purpose rooms
* Multi-purpose room

4:00 PM ET. News from FFC.

In this interview Luchasaurus talks about how speech classes helped his wrestling career: "I would have fun with the professors there and put on these performances where I had to get up in front of the class and do these projects, and made them up like a wrestling show. And I'd have the whole class laughing. I really enjoyed being the center of attention. I enjoyed giving speeches. I enjoyed interacting in front of a crowd. I was like, 'You know what? This is like wrestling.'"

6:00 PM ET. Aerostar is okay despite taking a bad fall on his head working for AAA Lucha Libre over the weekend. (WO)

Matt Hardy and Reby Sky are expecting their third child together. WONDERFUL news!

This week's Raw did a 0.71 rating in the 18-49 demo and 2.235 million viewers, up 5% and 7% from last week's 0.66 demo rating and 2.125 million. (SBD) Of course it helps when you're not going up against game five of the NBA Finals.

Here Kenny Omega talks about what AEW learned from Double or Nothing: "I mean, you really have to take a look at the good and the bad, the positives and negatives, and you have to be very constructively critical about your own performance. Now that we're essentially running the show, we have to be critical about what we can improve moving forward. So for me, I'm a real tough critic of myself. And, so, I unfortunately always look at what can we improve moving forward. So, for me, some production issues. We can clean up some of the camera work. Some of the audio issues. I didn't like that I could barely hear my theme music. You know what I mean? But these are things that are such an easy fix. The things that we got right, were actually the hardest things on the show to get it right. We gave a full show, from start to finish, that looked completely different from start to finish. No one match appeared similar to one another. And especially the last three, four matches, they were all so visually different from one another. Different in feeling, different in atmosphere. And that's something really tough to do in wrestling because when you really dumb down the idea of wrestling, and when you think of it at the bare-bones level, it's... People think, 'Okay, it's two guys, and they're oiled up, and they're wearing Speedos, and they're grappling with each other, rolling around.' Wrestling has evolved to a point where it could literally be anything, and that's kind of what the whole idea of AEW was founded on, was that wrestling can be anything, and we can expand those ideas. We can expand the entire universe of wrestling beyond what people have come to expect and beyond what people are used to seeing, even. So, in America especially, people associate professional wrestling with one company. And that's fine. That's totally cool. We want to be an alternative to that, and we want to expand on that entire idea. So if you like what they're doing, that is great. I'm happy you love it. But, if you come over and watch what we're doing, we're going to give you not only what they're doing, but we're going to give you a bunch of flavors and types of wrestling that are much different than that. And I think, based on the first show, we're on the right track."
