It's time for another episode of 205 Live on the WWE Network! WWE 205 Live recap for Nov. 27, 2020 and it's in the Capitol Wrestling Center! Who will do battle in the cruiserweight division? Tune in for all the details. Hit F5 to refresh the live recap.

As we try to recover from Thanksgiving hangovers, 205 Live is back again on Friday night. Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuinness are back for another week of commentary with a joke from Mr. McGuinness himself: "I'm a little disappointed I didn't get to season my turkey this year. Didn't have thyme/time."

* August Grey vs. Ariya Daivari

They lock up, Daivari backs him into a corner, clean break, lock up, Daivari takes an arm and tossles his hair, side headlock, and a shoulder block. Grey fakes a kick, mocks him, rolls him up for 2, running hurricanrana, scoop slam, a 1-count, bulldog, and a 2-count. Daivari drops his neck on the top rope, wraps his leg on the ringpost, sets him up in the tree of woe, kicks the left knee, and does elbow drops to the knee. Grey fights back, sends him out the ring, kicks him off, chops and punches him, throws him back in, Daivari hits a chopblock to the knee, then applies a figure-4 leglock. Grey kicks him off, delivers a belly-to-back suplex, jawbreaker, neckbreaker, suicide dive, back into the ring, diving crossbody, superkick, and covers for 2. Daivari rolls through a sunset flip to re-apply the figure-4 leglock, Grey rolls over to reach the bottom rope, Grey kicks him off again, hits an arm-lock slam, hoists him up top, Daivari blocks a superplex, hits the Persian Splash, but Grey kicks out at 2! Grey catches him inside cradle for 2, Daivari hits the Urinage slam, 2-count, hammerlock, Grey ducks the lariat, hits a climb-up Unprettier, and covers for 3! That's an upset! WINNER: August Grey!

Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza have words for Curt Stallion. Since Stallion will challenge Santos Escobar for the Cruiserweight Championship eventually, they challenge him to a match tonight.

We get a video from The Bollywood Boyz feeling good after their win over Ever-Rise last week. They ention Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari saying they just wanted to be friends and help.

* Raul Mendoza vs Curt Stallion

Joaquin Wilde is at ringside for this match in Mendoza's corner. They lock up, Mendoza with a waistlock slam, Stallion scambles for the legs, wristlock, Mendoza grabs his hair to put him in a headlock, chops him on the chest, sends him into a corner, gets tossed onto the apron, pulls his hair dropping him on the ropes, and springboards into a missile dropkick for a 1-count. Mendoza stomps on him, Stallion gets in one chop, Mendoza is all over him (while Wilde taunts him), puts him in an arm-trap chinlock, clotheslines him in a corner, snapmare, basement dropkick to the ear, covers, and pulls him up by the hair at the 2-count. Stallion slaps him on the ear, punches him, combination of kicks, discus forearm, suicide dive, throws him back into the ring, running big boot in a corner, knee to the jaw, hesitation dropkick, pulling DDT, and covers for 2. Stallion hits a jumping stomp to the chest, goes up top, Mendoza cuts him off, Stallion fights him off, Mendoza hits a cartwheel kick to the head, does a springboard hurricanrana from the top, and gets a near-fall. Stallion counters a suplex, lands on his feet from a German suplex, Mendoza rolls him up for 2, the enziguiri connects, Stallion counters a pumphandle with a rollup for 1-2-3! WINNER: Curt Stallion!

Wilde jumps Stallion from behind, but Stallion starts to fight them both off, but it's 2-on-1 and they beat him down. Mendoza hits the running gamengiri as Wilde hits the Russian legsweep simultaneously, and two-thirds of Legado Del Fantasma stand tall even in defeat. The third man, NXT Cruiserweight Champion, Santos Escobar heads out on stage proud of his boys staring at a hurt Stallion in the ring. That's all for 205 Live!
