Joey Ryan has lost at least one of his many court battles, as his lawsuit against Pelle Tsichlis, aka Pelle Primeau, was dismissed by the US District Court in the Central District of California. Primeau's lawyer successfully argued that the case was filed in the wrong jurisdiction instead of in the state where he resides -- Pennsylvania. (PWI)

Both AEW and NXT suffered on Wednesday night due to the political strife in Washington, D.C. ShowBuzzDaily.com reports that AEW's New Year's Smash did a 0.25 18-49 demo and 662,000 viewers, down 38% and 32% from last week's 0.40 and 977,000. NXT's did a 0.16 18-49 with 641,000 viewers, up 33% and 9% from last week's 0.12 and 586,000 viewers.
