Tables, Ladders and Chairs - oh yes! 2020 ends with the final WWE PPV on the calender with a little TLC. The Universal Champion Roman Reigns will defend his title against Kevin Owens in a TLC Match. AJ Styles challenges Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship. Sasha Banks defends her SmackDown Women's Title against Carmella. Join us for a live recap of WWE TLC tonight starting with the pre-show at 6 PM ET/5 Central on the WWE Network and continuing through the entire broadcast.  Hit F5 or refresh as often as you like for the latest updates.

Charly Caruso, Jeff Jarrett, Booker T and Paul Rosenberg host the Kickoff show and run down the card for discussion.

* Daniel Bryan, Otis, Chad Gable & Big E vs. King Corbin, Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura & Sami Zayn {IC Champion}

Corbin is accompanied by his cronies Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake, and they're now called The Knights of the Lone Wolf. Big E and Corbin start the match for their teams, they go power for power, Big E leapfrogs over him, Corbin clotheslines him, slides out then back in, and Big E catches him for a belly-to-belly suplex. The next matchup we see is Chad Gable who tagged in going against Cesaro, and they display technical wizardry with Gable scrambling for a waistlock, Cesaro catches him in mid-air, Gable does a running armdrag and a jumping headscissors. Daniel Bryan tags in and shows of his technical masterpiece with an armbreaker, kicks Cesaro in the chest, backflips over him, ducks a clothesline, hits a flying elbow, Cesaro catches his leg, goes for the swing but Bryan counters with a rollup for 2. Cesaro hits a European uppercut, Nakamura tags in and hits a running knee, Cesaro delivers a snap suplex, Nakamura covers for 2, and the King of Strong Style puts him in a cravate. Zayn tags himself in and just starts throwing punches and taunting Big E. Corbin tags in, punches to the back, Zayn tags in, smacks Big E, slams Bryan's head on Cesaro's and Nakamura's boots, tags Corbin back in, Bryan blocks a superplex and hits a missile dropkick from the top rope.

Zayn pulls Big E off the apron, then jumps over the barricade to get away from him which causes a melee. Cesaro hits Big E with an uppercut, Gable lands on Cesaro with a diving cannonball, so now the only man left on the apron for the hot tag is Otis! Nakamura is in now, Otis clotheslines him, back elbow, tosses him up and splat to the mat, avalanche splash in a corner, Gable tries to coach his friend, and Otis hits the Caterpillar onto Nakamura. Gable tags in, grabs Nakamura, but Nakamura roundhouse kicks Otis, hits a spinning heel kick to Gable, Cesaro tags in, delivers a gutwrench powerbomb to Gable, and Otis breaks the count. Otis throws Nakamura out the ring, Corbin hits Otis with a spinebuster, Bryan hits Corbin with the running knee, Cesaro hits Bryan with the Very European Uppercut, Gable hits the rolling German suplex, and both men are down. Zayn comes out from hiding in the timekeeper's area, gets the tag, Gable counters the Blue Thunder Bomb, ducks a clothesline and makes the tag. Big E is in now, Zayn slips off of his shoulders to hit the big boot, Big E drops the Urinage in a corner, hits the Big Ending, and Big E pins the Intercontinental Champion! WINNERS: BIG E, GABLE, OTIS & BRYAN!

We get a special Firefly Carol from Bray Wyatt, and it's all about the history between Wyatt and Orton years ago when Orton briefly joined The Wyatt Family.

7 PM ET. It's time for some TLC! The WWE Championship is hanging above the ring and will be the first title on the line on tonight's PPV. AJ Styles heads to the ring with his bodyguard Omos right behind him. The champion Drew McIntyre heads out next and he keeps a weary eye on both of them. This is the first time these two ever meet one-on-one in a match, it is also McIntyre's first time competing in a TLC match, we get the proper title match introductions and the first match is underway!

* WWE Championship - TLC Match: AJ Styles vs. Drew McIntyre {C}

Styles dropkicks him in the knee at the bell to get things started and stays on the attack! McIntyre kicks him off, Styles keeps the pressure him the champ, but McIntyre delivers a suplex, chops him hard on the chest, tosses him across the ring, and drops him with another hard chop. McIntyre sends him into the turnbuckles, points at Omos, gives Styles a back body drop, Styles sits on the top turnbuckle, and McIntyre gives him a chop so hard that Styles falls to the floor! McIntyre slams AJ's head on the announce table, clears off a table at ringside in front of the Raw commentators, Styles blocks a suplex, McIntyre punches him, drops him on top of the barricade, throws him across another table knocking the chairs off, then drops AJ onto the barricade again.

McIntyre looks towards his WWE Championship, brings a ladder into the ring, climbs up one side, Styles hits him with a steel chair to the back of the left leg, re-positions the ladder, hits Drew on the back with the chair, wedges the chair in-between turnbuckles, McIntyre wants to climb, Styles pulls him away, McIntyre blocks the chair, catapults him towards the ladder, Styles lands on the ladder and starts climbing. (That wasn't very smart, champ.) McIntyre clubs him on the back, Styles counters a powerbomb with a sunset flip, McIntyre rolls through and catapults AJ into the steel chair!

McIntyre is more than halfway up the ladder but Styles throws the chair into his back and chopblocks the left knee to knock him down. Styles pushes the ladder down onto Drew's noggin, hits a low enzuigiri, sets up for the Styles Clash in front of a ladder, but McIntyre counters with the Future Shock DDT! McIntyre suplexes the ladder, but AJ rolls out of the way, hits another chopblock, then puts Drew in the Calf Crusher using the ladder. Styles looks up at the championship but decides to attack the champ some more with the steel chair to the back and leg, and even uses the chair in another Calf Crusher! McIntyre counters by slamming AJ's head onto the ladder and both men are down.

Styles continues to work on the leg outside of the ring, rams a ladder into Drew's face, clears off another table, lays the champ on a table, gets back in the ring, crawls up a slanted ladder in a corner, and McIntyre throws a chair into AJ's face to knock him off the top rope. McIntyre tosses a table into the ring, hits a back elbow, Styles does a drop toehold sending Drew's face into the ladder, he slides under the table and shoves it into Drew's knee, but McIntyre catches him jumping off the table and hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex onto the ladder! Styles hits the Phenomenal Forearm! Omos slides in another ladder, AJ sets it up under the title, climbs up, McIntyre grabs his leg, military press and TOSSES HIM OVER THE ROPES AND THROUGH A TABLE!

McIntyre climbs up the ladder, The Miz runs down, punches him in the knee, John Morrison gets in the ring with the Money in the Bank briefcase, and MIZ POWERBOMBS McINTYRE THROUGH THE TABLE! Morrison tells one of the referees that The Miz is cashing in the contract for the title, and the referee makes it a -- 

* Triple Threat WWE Championship TLC Match

The Miz smiles as he climbs the ladder, Morrison exits the ring, but Omos steps in and grabs Miz into his arms. Omos casually carries Miz and dumps him out the ring through a table! Morrison hits Omos in the back with the steel chair, BUT THE CHAIR SHATTERED off his back, and Omos barely even budged! Morrison runs out the ring, Omos stalks him as he falls over, and Morrison is frantically looking for a new weapon as he's being chased away. Back to the match, all three men are down from each going through a table. Stylels and McIntyre both start pulling themselves up, Styles is back in the ring ready to climb a ladder, McIntyre is on the other side, both men start climbing, McIntyre is higher up, Styles plays defense, McIntyre fights back, The Miz is back in the ring to set up another ladder next to the first, he quickly climbs up to get a hand on the championship, McIntyre stops him, Styles falls down, Miz fights with McIntyre and slams his head on the top of the ladder, but McIntyre pushes Miz down. Styles springboards back onto the ladder, punches the champ to make him fall onto the ropes, The Miz climbs up again to fight wth AJ, but Styles stops him from grabbing the title, and McIntyre pushes their ladder over! mcIntyre hits the CLAYMORE TO THE MIZ, hops up the ladder and grabs his title! WINNER and STILL WWE Champion: DREW McINTYRE!

Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews the special counsil to the Tribal Chief, Paul Heyman, about his throughts on Kevin Owens's comments about not staying down. Heyman goes on about car crashes in NASCAR, and relates it to tonight's TLC carnage. "Someone is going to get hurt bad tonight, and that someone's name is Kevin Owens. Kevin Owens is going to get hurt at the purposeful hands of your Tribal Chief, the undisputed Universal Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns. And that's not just a predction, that's a spoiler."

* SmackDown Women's Championship: Carmella vs. Sasha Banks {C}

Carmella ducks out the ring at the bell because Sasha charged at her. Banks finally grabs her, but Carmella is quickly in control over the champ, but then Sasha pulls her out the ring and does an armdrag on the floor. Sasha brings her into the ring for a 2-count, Carmella slaps her, Sasha throws her out the ring, but Carmella's sommelier Reginald catches her. He ducks Sasha, then sends Carmella to give her a hurricanrana on the floor. Carmella throws her into the steel steps, covers for 2 in the ring, stomps her down in a corner, hits a bronco buster, covers for 2 again, and puts her in a chinlock. Sasha counters with a snapmare, hits a running meteora, 2-count, hits a knee to the face, and Carmella slams the back of Sasha's head onto the apron. Carmella brings her back into the ring for a near-fall then puts her in a surfboard stretch, but Sasha counters and hits a backbreaker.

Sasha kicks her, hits a meteora in a corner, suplex, rolls through, a second suplex, rolls through, and finalizes the Three Amigos, then she goes up top, connects with the frog splash just like her hero Eddie Guerrero, but only gets 2.5! Carmella backs her to a corner, hits back elbows, Banks kicks her in the jaw, Carmella ducks under her dive, and hits the X Factor SPIKING Sasha's head to the mat! 1-2-KICKOUT! Another cover, another 2-count, a another cover, and yet another kickout! Carmella gets more aggressive and puts her in the figure-4 headlock over the ropes, Sasha slaps her, Carmella unloads with lefts and rights, then hits the superkick, rolls her over, covers, and Banks grabs the bottom rope to break the count! Sasha pulls her into the turnbuckles, rolls her up for 2, drives her head into the turnbuckles again, Carmella fights with her on the top, goes for the super hurricanrana, Sasha counters rolling through with a sunset flip for 1-2-NO!

Carmella rolls her up schoolgirl for 2, Sasha looks for a backslide for 2, counters with a jackknife pin for 2, and Carmella reverses into the Code of Silence submission! Sasha counters, Carmella counters into a double chickenwing, kicking her in the head, and Sasha counters with a pin for 2. Sasha avoids the bronco buster, rolls her into the Banks Statement, and Reginald pulls Carmella out the ring to save her. Sasha hits him with a meteora, Carmella superkicks her, another superkick, throws her back into the ring, and covers for 2.9! Carmella shouts in her face, slaps her around, contemplates her next move, Banks traps her in the Banks Statement again, and Carmella taps out! Sasha retains again! WINNER and STILL WWE SmackDown Women's Champion: SASHA BANKS!

Backstage, the Raw Women's Champion Asuka is warming up for her match when Billie Kay shows up with her résumé. She claims that she knew Sasha would win, claims that she excels in "high stress situations" so she is available to team with her for the WWE Women's Tag Titles (seeing as she is a former champ) and also that she can speak Japanese. Asuka speaks Japanese to her, Billie pulls a "mask" out, Asuka tells her that she already filled the position and that she is not ready for her.

Charly Caruso interview The New Day before their match. They tell her that 2020 will end the same way as it began, with New Day as the Tag Team Champions.

* Raw Tag Team Championship: The Hurt Business vs. The New Day {C}

Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin have a little disagreement on who will start the match as MVP has to huddle real qiuck. The bell dings, Kofi Kingston hits a superkick, and covers for 2! Kingston hits a Russian legsweep, Xavier Woods tags in for a diving legdrop, covers for a near-fall, and MVP is frustrated outside the ring. Kofi tags in, hits a springboard crossbody, and gets a 2-count. Kingston tags out, running kick, Woods sliding clothesline, Kingston with a splash off the ropes, and Woods hits a reverse DDT. Benjamin breaks the count, Alexander kicks off Woods, Benjamin tags in, clotheslines Woods, vertical suplex, and covers for 2. MVP gives Cedric a bottle of water outside the ring to keep him hydrated.

Benjamin delivers a spinebuster for 2, Woods hits a discus forearm, sends him into the ropes, Kingston tags in, Woods dropkicks Alexander through the ropes, Kingston hits a diving stomp, and gets a 2-count. Woods and Alexander are going at it ringside, Kingston tags out, then lands a plancha onto Alexander, Woods hits Benjamin with a tornado DDT, and gets a near-fall. Benjamin hits a knee to Woods, throws him into the bottom turnbuckle, Alexander tags in, kicks Woods in the back, throws him back in, covers for 2, then puts him in a rear chinlock with the knee in the back. Benjamin tags back in and puts him in an armbar, Alexander tags in and puts him in a nerve hold on the shoulder, hits a forearm blast, but Woods kicks him in mid-air to block the Neuralizer.

Kingston and Benjamin get the hot tags, Kofi gets the upper hand, dropkicks Benjamin, jumping clothesline, knee to Cedric, Benjamin counters the Boom Drop, Alexander tags in, goes up top, Kingston rolls through to stomp on Benjamin, hits the S.O.S. to Alexander, and gets a near-fall. Alexander ducks the Trouble in Paradise, Kingston counters the Lumber Check, Alexander hits a knee strike, delivers a brainbuster, and Woods breaks the count! Alexander hits the Neuralizer and Benjamin hits Paydirt all on Woods, but Kingston is the legal man. Benjamin tags in, Kingston counters the Angle Lock, dropkicks him, they battle on the top, and Benjamin pops up for a top rope double underhook superplex. Alexander tags himself in, hits the Lumbar Check to Kofi, and covers for 1-2-3!! WINNERS and NEW WWE RAW Tag Team Champions: THE HURT BUSINESS!

Cedric Alexander clearly stole the opportunity at the finish, because Shelton Benjamin was a little perturbed. Alexander even leaves the ring earlier than the others to gloat in The New Day's faces. The United States Champion Bobby Lashley comes down to applaud his boys, and The Hurt Business have gained more gold. MVP is screaming "I told you so" into the camera.

We recap the Sami Awards from Friday Night SmackDown, including Big E winning superstar of the year over Sami, and the "leaked audio" of Sami yelling at Kayla. We go live backstage to Sami Zayn yelling at her about everything happening, but he apologizes for raising his voice and wants to know where she got the audio from, even accusing Big E of it. Kayla tells him that she can't reveal her sources, and he flips out at her.

With Lana being taken out by the Women's Tag Team Champions, Asuka was stuck without a partner for tonight. Who's her mystery partner going to be?

* WWE Women's Tag Team Championship: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler {C} vs. Asuka {Raw Women's Champion} & Charlotte Flair

Shayna and Asuka start the match, they sprawl in the middle of the ring, Shayna kicks her in the chest, Asuka kicks her back, goes for an armbar, Shayna counters, Asuka avoids the stomp, and Charlotte wants the tag. Flair steps in the ring, takes out both women, challenges Shayna to step up, but Nia wants the tag. Charlotte with a rear waistlock, Nia backs her in a corner, Charlotte puts her in a side headlock, hits a shoulder block, back to the headlock, Asuka tags in, Nia runs into a back elbow, Asuka hits the double knees and a hip attack. Nia pulls her off the ropes, blocks a sunset flip, throws her into the ringpost shoulder-first, Shayna tags in and does the elbow stomp. Shayna covers for 2 while staring at Flair, bends Asuka's hand back, and switches to a hammerlock. Nia tags in and throws Asuka around at ringside, brings her back in, Shayna gets the tag, works on the left arm, Shayna throws her down and covers for 2. Nia gets the tag, Asuka shoves her into the ringpost, hits the back elbow, crawls for the tag, Nia grabs her, Asuka with an upkick and roundhouse, lunges for the tag but Shayna pulls Charlotte down, and Charlotte clocks her with a forearm.

Charlotte gets the hot tag, chops to Jax, and Ric Flair is watching on the monitor backstage. Charlotte kicks Nia in the knee, big boot to the head, exploder suplex to Shayna, kips up, forearm to Jax, jumping knee, hits the big boot and covers for 2. Shayna pulls Nia out the ring, Asuka kicks Shayna in the face, and Charlotte hits the champs with a diving moonsault from the top tope! Charlotte puts Nia back into the ring, Nia kicks off the Figure-4 attempt, Nia picks her up, Asuka tags herself in, Nia hits Charlotte with the Samoan drop, and Asuka hits a missile dropkick. Shayna tags in, ducks a roundhouse, goes for the Kirafuda Clutch, Asuka counters with the Asuka Lock, then Shayna counters with a hammerlock. Charlotte tags back in, hits the Urinage backbreaker, into the turnbuckle, big boot to Nia, blocks the Kirafuda Clutch, Shayna rolls her up for 2, Charlotte gets in the Figure-4, bridges up to apply the Figure-8, and Nia saves the match. Asuka knocks out Nia with the running hip attack, Shayna is going for the Kirafuda Clutch, Charlotte rolls through for 2, then hits Natural Selection for 1-2-3! WINNERS and NEW WWE Women's Tag Team Champions: ASUKA & CHARLOTTE FLAIR!

Charlotte Flair has finally become a current Grand Slam champion in WWE after winning these Womens Tag Team Titles, already winning the NXT Women's Championship, the Raw Women's Championship, and the SmackDown Women's Championship previously. This also makes Asuka a double champion!

Big E is laughing with 24/7 Champion R-Truth backstage, when Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn shows up to berate him for the leaked audio of him. Big E says he had nothing to do with it, and Truth randomly chimes in with "Your lips don't touch when you say the word 'touch' but they do with 'separate.'" (That's actually something I never thought of.) Sami says E is not as smart as him, and that he is a joke ever since he went solo. Big E tells him to keep playing and he'll see him soon.

* WWE Universal Championship - TLC Match: Roman Reigns {C} vs. Kevin Owens

Owens jumps Reigns during his entrance! The bell dings to start the match as Owens beats down the champ and hits the cannonball in a corner. Owens throws him into the barricade, hits another cannonball, shoves him into the steel steps, and hits a diving frog splash from the apron. He brings a ladder into the ring, out comes Jey Uso, but he superkicks Jey then attacks him with a chair. Owens hits Reigns on the back with the chair for good measure, Jey Uso is back in the fray, he goes for a superkick, but Owens hits Jey's foot and the the knee with the steel chair. Owens puts the chair in Jey's ankle and Pillmanizes it, then he clears the announce table, gets back on the apron, and Reigns hits the driveby dropkick! Jey gets helped to the back as Reigns grabs steel steps and bashes Owens with it! Reigns relentlessly drives the steps into Owens, brings him into the ring, and even Paul Heyman looks uncomfortable with the carnage done by Roman.

The champion brings another ladder in the ring, drives into Kevin's shoulder and back and midsection. Reigns brings in two chairs, drives the chair into the sternum of Owens and one chair shot to the back. Owens fights back, Reigns uppercut him, Owens goes for a powerbomb, but Reigns counters with a back body drop through two open chairs. Reigns throws him out the ring, brings a ladder in for himself, but Owens hits him in the back with the chair, and delivers a fisherman's suplex into an open chair. Owens climbs up the ladder, gets his hand on the title, and Jey Uso yet again prevents him from going any further. Owens scraps with Jey Uso, and Reigns hits the Superman Punch!

Jey Uso brings two tables into the ring, Reigns continues the beatdown, Jey sets up one of the tables in the ring while Reigns leaned up against a corner, Owens fights off both men, superkick to Uso, and a Stunner to the champion! Owens stands a ladder up underneath the title, but Jey pulls him outside the ring, and Owens plants him with a Pop-Up Powerbomb THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE! Owens buries Jey under the table, gets back in the ring to focus on getting the title, he's literally got his hand on the title, but reigns grabs his shirt and they start throwing punches. Reigns pulls him down, blocks a kick, and powerbombs him onto a ladder, then delivers a back suplex onto a ladder on its side!

Reigns takes Owens outside the ring and choke slams him through a table, checks on his cousin, throws a swivel chair onto Owens, then hits a Samoan drop through another table! He gets back into the ring to climb the ladder, but Owens grabs him by the foot, so Reigns actually starts laughing about it. Owens can't even stand, Reigns says he's embarrassing his family while lightly slapping him, Owens slaps him harder, so Roman SPEARS HIM THROUGH THE TABLE! Owens crumbles and falls to the floor in a heap, but he's still crawling around the ringside area saying "You're gonna have to kill me!" Reigns charges at him but crashes into the barricade as Owens side-stepped him!

Owens is back in the ring pulling himself up the ladder getting a hand on the title until Reigns starts pulling him back down and throws him into the ladder. Owens superkicks him twice, pops him up, but Reigns hits the Superman Punch, then Owens hits the POP-UP POWERBOMB THROUGH A TABLE! Owens resets the ladder, goes up, gets both hands on the title, but Jey Uso is back to disrupt everything, so Owens headbutts him all the way down and hits a Stunner!! Owens yet again makes his climb, Reigns gets back in the ring, Owens has the title, Reigns punches Owens in the dick and locks in the guillotine atop the ladder! Owens falls down, Reigns stays on the ladder, and pulls down his championship. WINNER and STILL WWE Universal Champion: ROMAN REIGNS!

We get word that because Big E pinned Sami Zayn during the Kickoff show, Big E challenges Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship on SmackDown this Friday.

* Firefly Inferno Match: Randy Orton vs. The Fiend

The Fiend stands in the middle of the ringm Orton circles him, finally throws a punch, and The Fiend laughs it off. Orton kicks him and Fiend starts gigglng. Fiend blocks an RKO, uppercuts him, headbutts him, stomps a mudhole in Orton, and uppercuts him again. The Fiend headbutts him down, Orton counters the Sister Abigail and dropkicks him, but Fiend has yet to go down. The Fiend hits a throat chop, rakes his face on the ropes, hits the running body block, Orton blocks the Sister Abigail and hits his unique backbreaker. The Fiend pops back up, blocks the RKO, and hits Sister Aigail! The Fiend summons the fire and flames to surround the ringside area before going after Orton, dragging him back out the ring, slamming his face on the steel steps, and raking his face.

Orton does his best to stay away from the flames, Fiend clotheslines him on the floor, whips him on the back with a leather strap, lights a strap on fire, charges at Orton and misses. The Fiend swings a pickaxe and misses, Orton attacks him, but Fiend throws him into the ringpost and barricade, picks up a gas can and rocking chair, douses the chair with gasoline, then throws him into the steel steps and places him in the chair. Orton gets out of the rocking chair just in time as it engulfs in flames. The Fiend picks up the stairs, but Orton hits him with a literal axe handle, rams the steps at him, punches him with a steel chain wrapped around his fist, nearly gets close to the fire, and they end up back in the ring. The Fiend plants him with the Urinage, snaps his neck, tosses him back out, takes the axe handle and lights it on fire. Orton hangs him off the apron and plants the draping DDT on the floor, calls for the finish, Fiend is back up, and counters the RKO with the Mandible Claw! Fiend pushes him back into the flames, Orton turns it around, THE FIEND IS ON FIRE, he gets in the ring, and Orton hits the RKO! WINNER: RANDY ORTON!

Orton can't believe what just went down, checking on The Fiend if he's still alive by nudging and kicking the body over. He rolls out the ring, takes the gas can into the ring, taunts a motionless The Fiend, pours the gasoline all over him, takes a match out of a matchbox, the commentators plead for him not to do this, and ORTON LIGHTS THE FIEND ON FIRE!! Orton does his pose to close out the show.
