Davey Boy Smith Jr. vs. KTB has been added to Bloodsport 6 on April 8th in Tampa.

A big announcement has been made for the 500th episode of Ring of Honor Television. (ROH)

HUGE MAIN EVENT FOR 500TH EPISODE OF ROH TV ANNOUNCED

The Briscoe brothers have been in Ring of Honor since Day One, so it's only fitting that they take part in the main event on the 500th episode of “Ring of Honor Wrestling.”

Jay and Mark Briscoe are the undisputed greatest tag team in ROH history, but for the landmark episode, they'll square off in a one-on-one match.

ROH's 500th episode premieres on Best On The Planet, ROH's free 24/7 streaming channel, on Thursday, April 15 at 8 p.m. Eastern before it airs elsewhere that weekend.

Jay and Mark haven't been on the same page in months, so the family patriarch, Papa Briscoe, told his sons they need to settle things between them before they team up again.

Settling a sibling rivalry Briscoe-style will undoubtedly be a wild, can't-miss showdown and a worthy headliner for such a historic event.

In the other big match on Episode 500, ROH Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham defends the title against longtime friend and fellow Foundation member, two-time former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal.

Prior to the show, ROH presents the 500th Episode Special from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern on Best On The Planet, featuring 10 of the greatest matches in the show's history, including: World's Greatest Tag Team vs. Kings of Wrestling (the main event of Episode 1 in 2011); ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe vs. Matt Hardy; Steel Cage Warfare: ROH vs. S.C.U.M.; The Young Bucks vs. reDRagon vs. The Kingdom in a Street Fight; as well as matches featuring AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Cody.

Best On The Planet is available on the Live TV section of the STIRR and PLEX apps, which are available in all major app stores.

The latest STARDOM results are below. (STARDOM)

* Hina def. Lady C via pinfall.
* Momo Watanabe def. Mina Shirakawa via the Tequila Sunrise.
* Saya Kamitani pinned Unagi Sayaka.
* Odeo-Tai (Natsuko Tora, Ruaka, Konami, Saki Kashima & Rina) def. STARS (Mayu Iwatani, Saya Iida, Starlight Kid, Hanan & Gokigen Death) in an elimination match. Gokigen Death must join Oedo-Tai now, and has been renamed to Fukigen Death.
* Wonder of STARDOM Championship Match: Tam Nakano def. Natsupoi
* World of STARDOM Championship Match: Utami Hayashita def. Bea Priestley. After the match, Priestley put Umati over and praised Momo, calling her "my best friend." She thanked STARDOM and Japan, saying it was her last match there.
* Goddess Of STARDOM Tag Team Championship Match: Giulia & Syuri def. Maika & Himeka to win the titles. Syuri pinned Maika.

In this interview Joe Koff says a ROH HOF has been discussed: "It's a matter of how, who, when, but most importantly why. We're getting that part answered. I like the part of 20 (years), it's a good number and maybe a place to begin. I definitely think we should have it and I'd be proud of it. I would have to defer to other people other than myself because I'm only familiar with the talent I've worked with. I was not a regular Ring of Honor watcher. There are wrestlers that were in Ring of Honor at the time that I know had some historical perspective but I never saw their work until I saw it in the archive material. One of the important things in a Hall of Fame is who we bring in as a nominating group. We'll put a lot of thought behind it and however it's presented and whenever it's presented, it will be fabulous."

Here Jimmy Korderas talks about Charlotte Flair missing WrestleMania 37: "It's a huge loss because in that women's division, you can make the argument that she is the pinnacle of that division. Obviously, the women's division in WWE, on the top end, is very good. It's one of those situations. It's something you're dealing with, this pandemic, this illness. It's not like, 'Okay, 14 days and we're ready to go!' You don't know. It's such a question mark. Is she ready to go for the tapings? Maybe not but you can always, last minute, insert her and make it a big surprise if she's ready to go."
