A second man has been charged in the cyber bullying that led to Hana Kimura committing suicide. (WO) The previous man charged was fined 9,000 yen ($80) for his crimes, which immediately struck most people (including me) as nothing more than a slap on the wrist, so no word on what the second man will be levied with. In the interest of fairness it should probably be the same but in the interest of justice they should BOTH be charged more.

After a long battle with throat cancer Bobby Fulton's situation has improved by a small amount thanks to a surgery to open up his throat and allow him to eat soft foods. We're glad to hear it!
