In this interview Raquel Gonzalez talks about beating Io Shirai and puts her over as well: "I'm very humbled to be part of that—three new champions. Since my beginning in NXT, I've always looked up to Bianca, as a wrestler and a human being. She pushed me to up my game, and the same goes for Rhea. Those are two powerhouses. So for me to start it off, then see Bianca win in the main event, and then see Rhea win, it's an honor to be grouped with two phenomenal athletes. Io is the best in the world. She must know that, but she's still so humble. She's out there, she's creative, she's different. I love working with her, and we're both of the same mindset to create something that was worthy of an NXT TakeOver main event. I told her she's so crazy for the things she's willing to do. Jumping off the cage at WarGames with a trash can over her head. Jumping off that skull last week. And she said, 'You're the crazy one - you take it!' We work really well together, and I was grateful to share the ring with her." DAZN interviewed her too.

A preview for this week's New Japan on Roku is below.

Here Rhea Ripley talks about seeing fans again at WrestleMania 37: "Just stepping out at WrestleMania, and seeing the crowd go absolutely ballistic, we've all missed this. I was really, really trying to keep myself together. But I was standing next to Edge and he nodded at me, with tears in his eyes, and that broke me. Then I made eye contact with one of the fans, and I couldn't help myself. I started baling my eyes out, it was so special."

Speaking of live fans here's what AEW's Nick Khan had to say about their WrestleMania week house show: "If it could be done in a safe way, we had to get it done. And I think ultimately, thanks to the great work of all the folks here, we were able to get it done. If you recall, WrestleMania last year was two to three weeks into the pandemic. We had to cancel last minute and we did it from a studio. It was certainly a different experience. So we wanted to make sure that the fans and the people watching at home got the WWE experience that they're used to on the biggest event that we have."

Here Matt Jackson talks about the Young Bucks morphing into heels: "It's like when you're that unsigned band and you're working hard on the underground scene and you've got this great cult following and then finally that band that everybody is rooting for, they get picked up and they sign to that major label. While they're still putting out great music and probably selling more music than ever, I feel like sometimes those bands feel fraudulent and don't feel like their former selves. Maybe they've lost that edge or maybe they've lost that confidence - that feeling of people rooting for you because you're no longer the underdog. Especially with us, because we're executives at this company - we're executive vice-presidents of AEW - and we told everybody that we helped put together the tag-team division, so it's really hard for people to look at us as those same punk-rock Young Bucks that we were years ago, the ones that spat in the face of tradition - the ones that broke all the rules. It's hard to break the rules when you're the ones making the rules now."

NXT's first week on Tuesday did 805,000 viewers, up from 768,000 last week. The demo was the exact same as last Wednesday - a 0.22 in 18-49. (SBD)

Ivelisse Velez claims she was released from AEW after complaining about mistreatment.

In this interview Chris Jericho talks about working with Mike Tyson: "I love working with Mike. I've been working with him for ten years, probably a half a dozen times at this point. You never know what you're going to get with Mike. I said to him last week 'Mike, you're the best at being Mike Tyson. So just be Mike Tyson.' There's no real planning with Mike. He just kind of does what he wants, which is why we like having him. Especially on a live show he does what he wants. He goes all over the place. Last week Mike was going to come down and make the save. It was like 'Mike's going to run in and he'll...' And I was like 'No no. Mike doesn't run in.' He'll never run in cause he's never run in to a ring in his life. He's a boxer; he walks to the ring with swagger. And when he gets there, maybe he'll throw a punch, maybe he won't. He might stand there or he might knock you out. We kind of were planning on expecting the unexpected. Cause that's what you get with Mike."

D-Von talks about how he's doing after his stroke: "I'm back at 85-90%. It's incredible how fast it took me to turn around because it only happened four months ago. Most people that have strokes, it lasts a long time. Even after I retired and became a producer backstage, there is always that notion in the back of your mind that Vince might call you, so you have to be in the best possible shape. I had to make a couple of appearances on Raw and SmackDown. Thank God I stayed in shape, I think it helped speed up the recovery. I'm just trying to get my size back and be me again. WWE has allowed me to be home and rest and take it easy."

Alex Hammerstone talks about being MLW's Openweight Champion: "I'd be put in a situation where, alright, go out there and give them hell. I wrestled guys like T-Hawk and Laredo Kid. All these guys who come from outside companies and didn't necessarily have a background in MLW but were main event caliber talent. It was very much the workhorse title. It was very much go out there, steal the show, go out there and do your thing. Give them hell. Not a lot of wires put on me. Not a lot of direction of how I had to carry myself. It was, 'Hey, you set the tone, do your thing, tell us what this title is going to mean.' That being said though, as time has carried on, it's almost become to the point where there's almost a feeling in the company where it seems like there's two heavyweight champions, and it's kind of like something's gotta give at this point. And I don't like being called number two. I don't like even being called 1A. So I'm getting a little bit impatient of settling the score of who's the top dog?"

Speaking of Hammerstone here's the latest MLW Fusion.

TJP vs. Bu Ku Dao and a Court Bauer appearance are set for next week. (MLW)
