Mike's Limitless Wrestling Suffer No Fools Recap (@LWMaine)

Kickoff Match

Waves and Curls-Jaylen Brandon and Trayvon Jordan vs The Competition-Champ Matthews and Conner Murphy

Jordan and Murphy lock up to start things. Jordan wrenches the arm and does some dance moves but Murphy pulls away. Waves and Curls hit a nice double tea move on Murphy who is quick to tag out. Brandon catches Matthews coming in with a nice arm drag and bars the arm. Waves and Curls dominate the early going of the match working over the arm of Matthews. Matthews goes for the Irish whip on Jordan who holds the ropes and drops down and Matthews takes a dive to the floor, followed by landing a big dive from Brandon taking out Matthews. Brandon goes for something off the apron but Matthews holds the leg allowing Murphy to catch Brando with a big dropkick to the face followed by a big springboard leg drop from Murphy.

Competition land the CRANIUM CRUNCH followed by double forearms to the head on Brandon. Murphy hooks Brandon and lands a big suplex and floats over in to a butterfly lock. Competition work over Brandon for several minutes including several distractions of referee Eric Greenleaf until that eventually backfires and Matthews misses a handstand in to a moonsault allowing Brandon to make the hot tag out. Jordan comes in and cleans house of the Competition. Waves and Curls land a Hart Attack/Slingblade combination for a near fall. Competition come back and go for the T-GIMMICK on Brandon but he escapes with a double DDT. All four men get involved but the Competition quickly dispose of Jordan sending him to the floor. Competition land CORNER CHAOS on Brandon followed by the T-GIMMICK for the win.

Winners The Competition. Solid tag match a nice showcase for the Competition who walk out victorious.

Now on to our main show

Match 1

Travis Huckabee vs Matt Makowski

Huckabee and Makowski lock up and trade holds to begin things. Huckabee goes for a waistlock but Makowski escapes and lands a big knee to the chest and Huckabee rolls to the floor. Huckabee and Makowski trade shots and Huckabee gets the advantage and lands a big kick sending Makowski in to the corner. Huckabee charges but Makowski gets out of the way and lands a big kick to the chest of Huckabee. Makowski gets a takedown on Huckabee and does a little gator roll action on Huckabee. Huckabee gets back to his feet and lands a big headbutt and comes off the ropes and stomps Makowski in to the mat and goes after the knee of Makowski but misses a big knee drop, and Makowski catches him with a big spin kick.

Makowski lands a big belly to belly suplex followed by a nice double underhook suplex for a near fall. Makowski goes for a Torture Rack but Huckabee escapes. Huckabee goes for a sunset flip but gets countered and Makowski gets a pinning combination for a near fall. Both men attempt submissions but Makowski gets the edge and locks in the cross armbreaker but Huckabee is able to escape. Makowski gets Huckabee up and lands a dominator followed by a Doctor Bomb for a near fall. Huckabee comes back and lands an inverted Dragon Screw Legwhip and locks in the BEAR TRAP submission and Makowski is forced to tap out.

Winner Travis Huckabee

We go backstage to Travis Huckabee. Huckabee says that he's heard everyone talk about Matt Makowski and all those nice things you said about Makowski just scratch out Makowski's name and put his name in. Huckabee says that you can email him and he will keep in touch. Huckabee says that if you are still having trouble to rewind and rewatch it again. Huckabee says not to worry because he will be back soon.

Match 2

Davieanne and Becca vs Team Sea Stars-Ashley Vox and Delmi Exo

Davieanne and Delmi lock up, Davieanne and Delmi trade arm wrenches and Delmi eventually gets the hammerlock but Davieanne escapes and snaps her over. Davieanne goes for an O'Connor Roll but Delmi holds on and Vox tags in and lands a big running kick and Davieanne tags out. Becca goes after the arm but Vox counters and the Sea Stars double team Becca for a bit. Davieanne and Becca come back with a series of moves and Davieanne lands an inverted backbreaker on Delmi. Becca comes in and lands a big facebuster and Davieanne and Becca take turns landing corner splashes on Delmi. Becca takes a shot at Vox before landing an acrobatic slap to the face of Delmi. Davieanne and Becca double team Delmi until she can catch them both with a missile dropkick and make the tag out to Vox.

Vox catches Davieanne with a shot to the gut followed by a slingshot in to a headscissors on Davieanne. Vox goes for the REEL CATCH submission but can't quite get it applied so instead we get a rip cord headbutt sending Becca to the floor, followed by a big dive taking out both Davieanne and Becca. Davieanne and Becca land a superkick/German Suplex combination, followed by Davieanne landing the DAVI END YOUR LIFE dropkick in to the ring post on Vox. Davieanne and Becca go for a double team but we get a miscue with Becca accidently spin kicking Davieanne sending her to the floor. Sea Stars double team Becca leading to Vox landing a Swanton off the top rope on Becca for the win.

Winners The Sea Stars-Ashley Vox and Delmi Exo

We go backstage to Ethan Scott who is with Davieanne and Becca who are interrupted by Ava Everett. Ava mocks Davieanne and Becca for the loss tonight and as Davieanne goes after Ava she gets Limitless security to stand between them and then gets a chair to stand on. Ava again mocks them for losing to the Sea Stars. Ava says that she's not impressed with them but she is impressed with the Sea Stars. Ava mocks them again and leaves and Davieanne and Becca are none to happy with the words of Ava to end the segment.

Match 3

Tyree Taylor vs TJ Crawford

Crawford lands a series of shotgun dropkicks to start the match. Crawford lands a series of kicks and Taylor tries to counter but Crawford stops the counter and sends Taylor to the floor. Crawford lands a big moonsault dive to the floor taking out Taylor. Taylor tries to whip Crawford in to the apron but Crawford dives through the ropes and flips in to a headscissors. Taylor comes back and sends Crawford in to the apron and lands a back suplex on the apron on Crawford and then picks up Crawford and brutally drives him back first in to the ring post and rolls him back in to the ring. Taylor picks up Crawford and lands a HEART PUNCH and works over the ribs. Crawford goes for a tilt a whirl headscissors but Taylor counters with a big gutbuster. Taylor drags Crawford to the apron and lands a big splash across the back and then rolls Crawford back in to the center and locks in a body scissors on the mat.

Taylor goes for a powerbomb but Crawford counters and lands a series of kicks. Taylor forces Crawford in to the corner but Crawford kicks him away and lands a springboard Stunner and a springboard ZIG ZAG off the middle rope for a near fall. Crawford lands a series of shots and a Tajiri esque spin kick to the head of Taylor for a near fall. Taylor comes back with a full nelson slam on the knee followed by FALCON ARROW for a near fall. Taylor goes for another powerbomb but Crawford escapes and lands an Angle Slam for a near fall. Crawford comes off the ropes but Taylor lands a big clothesline, followed by a sit out powerbomb on Crawford for the win.

Winner Tyree Taylor

We go backstage to Ethan Scott who is with approached by Becca. Becca says that she needs to ask Ethan for a favor. Becca says that she knows that Ethan likes his scrunchies, and asks him to get an after match interview with Ava Everett in exchange for a rare scrunchie and Ethan agrees, So it appears we're planting the seeds for Ava vs Becca. More on this a little bit later on in the show.

Match 4

Kevin Blackwood w Limitless Wrestling Champion Daniel Garcia vs Robert Martyr

Blackwood lands a series of shots and sends Martyr in to the corner but Martyr catches him with a big running kick out of the corner and lands a series of shots. Martyr sends Blackwood in to the corner and lands a big forearm strike followed a big back suplex for a near fall. Blackwood comes back and lands a series of shots but Martyr comes back and lands a German Suplex followed by a brainbuster for a near fall. Martyr goes for a powerbomb but Blackwood escapes. Blackwood locks in a half crab but Martyr gets to the ropes. Martyr comes back and lands a series of shots and gets some near falls. Blackwood goes for a half crab which Martyr blocks but Blackwood drops Martyr with a vicious powerbomb for a near fall. Blackwood climbs the ropes and lands a double stomp and scores the easy win.

Match 5

Ava Everett vs Ricky Archer

Ava and Archer lock up, Archer forces Everett down and bars the arm but Ava kicks her way out. Archer does a lot of leap frogs and drop downs and lands a big dropkick sending Ava to the floor. Archer goes for a dive and misses and jams his knee on the floor. Ava tries to roll Archer in to the ring but Archer counters. Archer goes for a slingshot but Ava catches him with a big knee to the head followed by a big leg drop off the ropes on Archer. Ava goes for the reverse DDT but Archer counters. Archer lands a series of shots and a big pop up SLAP to the face of Everett. Archer lands a big slingshot spear followed by a faceplant move for a near fall. Archer goes for a superplex but Ava rakes the face of Archer. Ava goes for the Dragon Sleeper but Archer counters and forces her back in to the corner. Archer goes for a charge and misses and Ava climbs the ropes and locks in the dragon sleeper and gets the big submission win.

Winner by Submission Ava Everett

We go backstage to Ethan Scott who tries to catch up with Ava Everett. Ava says that she won her match and asks Ethan what they could possibly have to talk about. Ava notices the scrunchie in Ethan's pocket and scolds him. Becca attacks Ava from behind and locks in a submission on the floor and puts the scrunchie in her hair and takes a selfie and Becca leaves while Ava is enraged and yelling for BECCA. Seems like Ava vs Becca is being set up possibly for the next Limitless show on IWTV but more on that a bit later.

Match 6

JD Drake vs Iron Rip Byson

Drake and Byson lock up and end up falling to the floor and brawling on the floor and eventually back in to the ring. Drake and Byson trade chops but Drake catches Byson coming off the ropes and lands a big dropkick sending Byson to the floor. Drake goes after Byson on the floor and they brawl around the building in the early going. Byson sets up chairs and sprawls out Drake across the chairs and lands CACTUS RIPPER off the apron. Drake comes back and launches Byson on to the apron and lands a big forearms. Drake ties Byson to the ring post and lands some KOBASHI style chops and lands a big back suplex on the ring frame and rolls Byson back in to the ring. Byson tries to fight back but Drake catches Byson with a big superkick, followed by a diving headbutt for a near fall.  

Drake lands a series of chops to the chest and a big kick to the head, Drake goes for the Drill Bit and Byson attempts the LOVE GUN LARIAT but Drake avoids it and lands a big spinebuster. Drake picks up and violently tosses Byson in to the corner and lands a big facewash in the corner but misses a Vader Bomb off the ropes but Drake catches Byson with the BOSSMAN SLAM for a near fall.. Byson comes back but misses a charge and Drake launches him overhead with a big belly to belly suplex for a near fall. Byson comes back and lands a big frankensteiner off the top rope followed by a big chokeslam a near fall. Byson goes for the BURNING HAMMER but Drake escapes and lands a series of moves leading to the DRILL BIT for the win.

Winner JD Drake

We go backstage to JD Drake. Drake says that what we saw in the ring tonight is what happens when you work with passion or work with heart. Drake says that for anyone that's ever overlooked or dropped the ball on him THAT'S YOUR FAULT. Drake says that everyone that's overlooked him that's the reason why he he's here and he's got his eyes on the Limitless Wrestling Championship. Drake says that he just outlasted one of toughest men not just in Limitless Wrestling but the world and anyone who doubts that can go ask Rip Byson themselves and see how they fare. Drake tells Daniel Garcia that if he somehow gets past Lee Moriarty that he's going to make Garcia TAP.

Main Event

No Rope Break Submission Match for the Limitless Wrestling Championship

Lee Moriarty vs Daniel Garcia

Moriarty wastes no time with a waistlock takedown and the two trade holds on the mat and end up on the floor before they break and roll back in to the ring. Moriarty and Garcia have an intense lock up but Garcia forces Moriarty in to the corner. Moriarty does a series of moves and lands a big dropkick and goes to work on the arm of Garcia bringing him down on the mat and twisting away at the arm of Garcia. Garcia sends Moriarty in to the ropes but Moriarty comes off with a headscissors in to the octopus, but Garcia counters in to an ankle lock, and Moriarty escapes and goes for a side headlock but Garcia lands a quick back suplex dumping Moriarty on his head. Garcia waistlocks Moriarty and lands a big German Suplex and then drives him down with a waistlock takedown and locks in a body scissors and controls Moriarty for a bit on the mat. Both men go for various submission holds over the next several minutes.

Moriarty and Garcia trade forearms and uppercuts but Garcia gets a knee to the gut. Both men go for moves and it's Moriarty countering a leap frog by sweeping out the leg and going for a submission but Garcia escapes. Garcia sends Moriarty in to the corner but Moriarty catches him coming and locks in a cross armbreaker in the ropes but Garcia escapes the hold. Garcia goes for a piledriver but Moriarty counters it and locks in a submission but Garcia escapes. Moriarty locks in joint custody and Garcia appears to tap out but it apparently goes unseen by referee Nate Speckman. Garcia takes advantage of everything and locks in a guillotine choke sleeper hold and gets the submission win.

Winner by Submission and Still Limitless Wrestling Champion Daniel Garcia

After the Match. JD Drake and Daniel Garcia exchange words. Drake gets the microphone and says that Garcia just tapped out and everyone saw it. Drake says that the only thing Garcia has won is a chance to face THE BLUE COLLAR BAD ASS. Blackwood tries to get involved and Drake slaps him in the mouth. Drake gets in the ring and challenges Garcia. Garcia teases accepting the challenge but gets in the ring and throws his towel at Drake and bails out and that's how we end the show. Drake vs Garcia will take place on May 7th at The Game We Play on IWTV.

That's it for me this week a decent show overall with some set up for the next event on May 7th between Ava/Becca, and of course Drake/Garcia. Also some good showcases for new faces like Waves and Curls even though they lost, as well as a hell of a match between Drake/Byson.
