An update on Zack Sabre Jr. and Tanga Loa is below. (NJPW)

Official stipulation for ZSJ vs Tanga Loa as tag stakes raised

Future tag challenges on the line May 3

Zack Sabre Jr.May 3 sees night one of Wrestling Dontaku and a pair of singles matches between the members of Dangerous Tekkers and the Guerrillas of Destiny. Tama Tonga and Taichi will face off in the second ladder match in NJPW history with the Iron Fingers From Hell hanging in the balance; one or the other will take the cursed fingers and earn the right to forever cast them away. Yet Zack Sabre Jr.'s singles bout with Tanga Loa will also have consequences at play.

After ZSJ pinned Tanga Loa at Sakura Genesis on April 4, Loa stated that Sabre would be unable to challenge he and Tama Tonga for the IWGP Tag Team Championships again unless Sabre could defeat him one on one. Last night at Korakuen, Loa again raised the stakes, and an official stipulation has been set.

Should Zack Sabre Jr. defeat Tanga Loa in Fukuoka, Dangerous Tekkers will be granted a future tag team title opportunity against the Guerrillas of Destiny. However, if Loa should win this match, Dangerous Tekkers can never again challenge for the IWGP Tag Team Championships.

With the very future of the Dangerous Tekkers tag team at stake, what will happen on May 3? Find out live on NJPW World!

In this interview Chelsean Green credits Lance Storm for getting her career started: "There are a few people in my career, as a pro wrestler, that I like to thank. One is Lance Storm for starting my career. Two is Billy Gunn for believing in me after Tough Enough. Three is Gail Kim for truly believing in me at IMPACT and really pushing me to be the best version of myself. Now the fourth person I would add to that list, from WWE, is Paul Heyman and I don't know what I did to get so lucky, but I will never forget cutting a promo in front of Paul Heyman at the Performance Center and he said to me, in front of everyone, 'Wow. You live up to all of the hype. To every single positive thing that I've heard about you. You lived up to that and you blew me out of the water,' and I could have cried. I don't cry. But, I could have cried. That was really the start of my relationship with Paul Heyman and it just got better and better throughout those two years."

4:00 PM ET. Calvin Tankman teases an alliance with MLW's Injustice: "That was something that was kind of forged well before MLW even thought about signing either Myron Reed and myself. We've been close friends since we were six months into the business. We were both working at IWA Mid-South when we were first breaking our teeth, and so we've kind of kept close to each other because Louisville and Indianapolis, that's an hour-and-a-half drive. So we were always around each other. Always at shows together, always hanging out and so when my guy needed help, I'm the first one there. We'll see for sure what happens, but they're definitely two like-minded individuals. Myron's a dad too. Family-oriented and Jordan's just a good dude to be around. Always fun but when it's time to get to business, and it's time to knuckle up and there's a problem, they're the first ones to have your back. If I was going to completely join a faction, that's probably the one, but we'll see what works best for both of us going here on out."

Roku is acquiring ALL of former streaming platform Quibi's content, including the WWE series Fight Like a Girl. (Roku)

The Cruiserweight Classic from 2016 is now available on Peacock.

A video previewing Impact Rebellion is below.

A new Rhett Titus interview is available below.

Here Brian Myers talks about Tony Khan: "Oh, he's awesome. So, the first time I ever got to talk to him was on my podcast. We interviewed him about the new action figures and that conversation was about action figures, but of course, it was all over the place because he's a legit wrestling fan. Just like me and Matt. So, we were shooting the shit about everything in between and it was so fun. I was like, 'Oh, this guy's great.' He didn't seem like the boss of this million-dollar wrestling company. He was so fun and easy to talk to. Especially since we had something so in common. It was awesome. So, yeah, it's cool for me to see Tony."

NXT's second week on Tuesday night did better than the first, doing 841,000 viewers (up from 805,000) and a 0.23 18-49 demo (up from 0.22). (SBD)
