In this interview the former Sin Cara talks about requesting his WWE release: "We went on to continue the tour, and I remember we were going to Austria. November 11, 2019, 7 p.m. Europe time, 12 p.m. Mexico time, that's when I put my release on my social media. And it wasn't because I wanted to talk bad about anybody. If you read my release, all I'm saying is how I feel and the truth. I don't have to lie and have to tell you more or less about what I had experienced in the company. I'm very grateful to this day to have worked there for 10 years. Not everybody can say they worked for the company that they wanted to work with or achieve their dream there for 10 years. They Sin Caramay say, 'Yeah, we helped you travel the world. We pay you.' Yeah, but my body was broken during that 10 years too. I don't have an ACL anymore. I dislocated my shoulder. A lot of things, which is fine. I understand that it's part of what we do, but when I requested my release that's what I was feeling during that time. Before I put out my release, I remember that I prayed. I called a few friends. Some of them are pastors and they gave me guidance on if I was making the correct decision for my life and for my career. And everything pointed out that it was the correct decision, and I know that they didn't like that for me to put it out there in public, but how else could I really let them know how I felt if they didn't really want to listen to me? I had already talked to a lot of people. I was trying to reach out to Vince. They said that I had to do an appointment. I was like, 'I'm not gonna do an appointment. I've been here for 10 years, and if he can't give you five minutes of his time, then I'm not worth anything to him. Why do you want me here then?' It was just a very sad situation for me to try to just work really hard to put my ideas out there and see if I could just let him know that I wanted to really earn my pay. It was terrible being at television and just being in catering sitting down. It was terrible. It was an awful feeling, and I know that a lot of the guys have experienced that. I'm not saying that it's just the Mexicanos or Latinos, but it is."

Here Jeff Jarrett says the Mickie James "trash bag" incident may not be what it seems: "Obviously I've known Mickie her entire career. Incredible talent. You know, that story broke and without knowing all the details, it took in my opinion... how the bag got there. Cosmetically it didn't sit well with a lot of folks. But also know there's a lot of discussion in the world we live in with social media and clicks. I completely understand it. But without... look, there's a lot of things that aren't always what they truly appear to be. I don't know who shipped it, how it was shipped, what was in that bag, what was in the contents of that bag. There's so many questions, what if? But I know one thing it made great headlines last week and a lot of discussion. Mickie's a future Hall of Famer without question. But it was a unique situation, difficult for both sides but I think it's water under the bridge at this point."

Franky Monet talks about her WWE history while conveniently skipping her entire tenure as Taya Valkyrie: "Right before the CBBF Nationals, which I won, I was bartending and Shad Gaspard and others were in town for Raw. They came into the bar and I was serving them all night. We had wrestling theme night and I was dressed as female John Cena. Shad was like, 'You look like you could be a wrestler.' 'Oh my god, I totally want to be a wrestler.' I was jacked. He wanted my information to pass it on. The next day, I told him I worked at a gym. [Shad], JTG, and some guys came to the gym to work out. I gave him an envelope with bad-quality 8×10 fitness photos. A few weeks later, WWE called me. There was contact and Shad was the one who did it. After the Arnold, which was six months later, they contacted me again. My first tryout with WWE was right after I competed in the Arnold Amateur. I had no real wrestling background, but they contacted me and invited me to a tryout. After the tryout, I found Lance (Storm)."

Mercedes Martinez explains why she returned to NXT: "I have to always put forth what is great for my career now. I can't look in the future. I don't know what could happen in the future. I have to take the opportunity and what is best for Mercedes Martinez's career at this moment. With RETRIBUTION, I took the opportunity but it wasn't the right opportunity and it didn't feel right in my heart to be there. With the RETRIBUTION members, I praise them and wish them all the best. They're doing what they have to do and take the opportunity to kill it. For me, on a personal level, it wasn't the right opportunity for me. I took it, it felt off, and I wanted something for right now so people can see what Mercedes Martinez can do now. Longevity is the name of the game. With RETRIBUTION, as much as I loved the opportunity and I'm blessed to have it, it wasn't for me and we all agreed."
