Samoa JoeIn this interview Chris Jericho says he's like to see Samoa Joe come to AEW: "Obviously, the one name that stands out as an established main event heavyweight champion guy is Samoa Joe. Those guys have three months before they can go anywhere. But I'd love to see Joe in an AEW ring at some point. That's another dream match if you want to go there. I've never. I think we had one little, three minute shitty little match on Raw and it was just kind of thrown away. And I didn't want to do it because I said this is a pay-per-view match, but that's the WWE style. I think Joe and Jericho, Joe and Omega, Joe with Cody, Joe with put name here is a money match."

Here Dark Side of the Ring co-creator Jason Eisener talks about season three's Plane Ride From Hell episode: "It's always been a story that's been on our radar since the beginning. If you are a fan of wrestling and a fan of wrestling history, you've had to have come across the Plane Ride From Hell story, and it's always been the story that has been kind of talked about as if it was just crazy locker room antics or Martin Scorsese's Wolf of Wall Street, over the top. We didn't know before how it could really span across 45 minutes for an episode. But with season three, this episode is so demanded. All the wrestling fans have wanted to see us tackle the Plane Ride From Hell story. So being able to really talk to some of the people who were there, not only just the wrestlers but people who worked on the flight. So when you hear a different side of it, the Plane Ride From Hell really lives up to its name. It really does sound like a hellish experience."

In this interview Jeff Jarrett talks about his relationship with Undertaker: "I mean, it goes without saying, Mark... we go back to the late '80s at WCCW and the Von Erichs, and then he came and wrestled as Master of Pain in the USWA era but he arrived at the WWF two years before me, maybe a little bit longer than that. But I've got a lot of fond memories, his character development, and persona. There's a cool story that in... I want to say Memorial Day of '95, Memorial Day of '95. I can remember, this was back when we had answer machines, not cell phones but answering machines, that Memorial Day RAW popped a number. I wrestled The Undertaker. But what made that match so fun... It was a TV match but I don't know eight, 10, 12 minutes - but a lot of action. I mean, it was going. But what made it so fun and compelling and just a lot of moving parts was The Roadie was in my corner and obviously, Paul Bearer in his and they interacted and I can remember the magic moments. When we came back to the dressing room, me and Mark both said 'Well, that was a lot of fun.' When you talk specifically about Undertaker, who has had a long a run as him, basically uninterrupted? Nobody. Nobody. I mean, he came on the scene in 1990-1991, I guess was first year and through this year at the very top."

New WWE related clips including last night's NXT highlights are below.

It appears that WWE has set a date of July 18th for Extreme Rules, and that it will take place in the ThunderDome at Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. (PWI)

Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) is going to a two hour live format starting this Thursday at 7 PM ET on FITE, and after each live show they will tape additional material for future shows. (PWI)

In this interview Scott Stanford claims the original plans for WWE Network were a lot different: "The WWE Network was originally supposed to be a TV network like YES Network or MSG. The powers that be decided to go with streaming. Had it been on television, we were talking about me doing a Scott Van Pelt type show, like a morning show. All the bells and whistles studio show with the news of the day, bring in John Cena, all kind of stuff. Once it became a more on-demand situation, the ideas changed and went out the window. That's what I think would've happened, a SportsCenter-type scenario, but WWE. I still think it would be pretty cool."

MJF doesn't like hearing that he's "great for his age": "It is a constant chip on my shoulder because people like to say 'He's great for 25. Deep down I know that that means. It's a crutch. Realistically, if I came into this industry and I was 30, or whatever age people deemed 'normal,' they'd be saying I was great or even the best. But because of the fact that I am 25, because of ageism, you don't hear that."

This week's Raw did 1.872 million viewers, up from 1.774 last week. The 18-49 demo was 0.53, also up from 0.49. (SBD)

MLW will have a "big payoff" to the Azteca Underground storyline tomorrow night. (PWI)

Ortiz would like to see trios titles in AEW: "There are so many people on the roster and having a belt like that or a tournament or whatever they decide to do, it would be beneficial to get the spotlight on guys that haven't had the opportunities to showcase what they can do. If you keep up with Elevation or Dark, you'll see a small part of what some people can do, but all we need is more time. If people have more time, you can truly see how talented our roster is. Implementing that would be awesome and beneficial for the workers."

A new interview with Nick Aldis can be found below.

The latest episode of AEW Dark is below.

WWE has filed a new trademark for the name "Asher Hale" on April 30th. (HBN) As it turned out that's WWE's new ring name for Anthony Henry, who debuted on NXT last night.

Via social media Fred Rosser f/k/a Darren Young let it slip that WWE is working on an "Untold" documentary for The Nexus and that he had been filmed as part of it.
