- Ari Sterling defeats Samir Singh (w/ Sunil Singh).

Samir Singh vs. Ari Sterling opens the show. Sterling is a new singee to the roster making his 205 Live debut, and making an impression already hitting a springboard moonsault inside the middle ropes to the floor. Despite Singh applying a single leg crab at times throughout the match, the newcomer Sterling gets the impressive upset win with a flipping kick to the back and a front flip facebuster sidewalk slam!

We go back to NXT three days ago where Santos Escobar vowed to regain his NXT Cruiserweight Championship, while the rest of Legado Del Fantasma challenged MSK for the NXT Tag Team Titles. Kushida accepted Escobar's challenge, and next week it will be a 2 out of 3 Falls Match for the Cruiserweight Championship!

- Ikemen Jiro & August Grey defeat Ariya Daivari & Tony Nese.

August Grey speaks before the match and introduces his tag team partner, Ikemen Jiro. It's a night of newbies as August Grey teams up with another debuting superstar Ikemen Jiro in the main event against Ariya Daivari and Tony Nese. Jiro wrestled this match the entire time with his jacket still on and even swiped it at them a few times. Nese hits a picture perfect springboard moonsault for a near-fall. Nese and Daivari hit a double team dominator/neckbreaker combo on Grey, but Jiro broke it up, got the hot tag, hit a beautiful Asai moonsault, and connected with a swanton bomb. After a few more dives, Jiro pinned Nese after a running buzzsaw kick to the face.
