- Asher Hale defeats Ariya Daivari.

Asher Hale is making his 205 Live debut taking on Ariya Daivari in the opening match. Hale hits a snap powerslam for a near-fall, hits a couple of exploder suplexes later on, hits a ripcord northern lights suplex, and gets in a tornado DDT, but Daivari still kicks out. Daivari pulls him off the top with the Iconoclasm and plants the Persain Splash, but gets a close near-fall. Hale counters the hammerlock DDT with a roll-up and a bridge to get the upset victory.

The Bollywood Boyz and Ever-Rise are all sitting in a room discussing the new crop of talent in 205 Live. We get a look back at NXT this past Tuesday where Kushida successfully defended the NXT Cruiserweight Championship against Santos Escobar in the main event.

- Tony Nese defeats Ari Sterling.

Tony Nese takes on another newcomer Ari Sterling, who got the win in his debut match on last week. Sterling rolls away from the 450 Splash, tries an Oklahoma roll for 2, hits the flipping kick to the back of the head, but was not enough to keep him down. Nese hits a hard knee to the head, connects with the sunset driver, but Sterling kicked out! Sterling delivers a falling powerbomb for 2.5, but then Nese ends with a German suplex intyo the bottom turnbuckle and hits the Running Kneese for 3.
