It's the biggest party of the summer, and this year it takes place on a SATURDAY this time! Not only that, but we have fans back in attendance! This is one of the biggest SummerSlam ever as Goldberg returns to challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship. Not only that, but John Cena looks to gain his 17th world title reign as he faces Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship! Join Nickolye for the live results on Saturday, August 21st starting with the pre-show at 7 PM ET/6 Central on social media, and the main PPV at 8 PM ET on Peacock (USA) and the WWE Network (worldwide). Hit F5 or refresh as often as you like for the latest updates!

The Kickoff begins with the live panel discussing the upcoming SummerSlam card.

The Miz and John Morrison pull up in a water truck, they say it's a surprise for the WWE Universe, and it's be the wettest celebration in SummerSlam history. "And it'll be AWESOME!" We go to the ring with Mike Rome standing with Raine Cruz, the winner of the TikTok ring announcer contest, and Raine is the guest ring announcer for the Kickoff match.

* "Mr. Money in the Bank" Big E vs. Baron Corbin

The story of this is that Corbin ran off with Big E's Money in the Bank briefcase just because he is down on his luck. Big E is desperate to get his hands on Corbin and get his briefcase back as Corbin slowly walks to the ring clutching the case for dear life. The bell dings and Big E goes right on the attack. Corbin hits a shoulder block, Big E gives him an overhead belly-to-belly suplex, a back suplex, and gets a 2-count. E crashes on the apron as Corbin moved out the way, so Corbin wants the ref to count him out after shoving him into the ringpost, but Big E gets back in at the count of 8, so Corbin throws him shoulder-first into the ringspot three times. "It's my briefcase! I took it, it's mine!" We get a shot of the briefcase resting on the announce table as Corbin delivers a sidewalk slam for 2. Big E puts him in the stretch muffler, Corbin hits Deep Six, gets a near-fall, grabs the briefcase, Big E goes after him, Corbin goes back for the briefcase and runs off, but Big E cuts him off with a tackle into the barricade! Corbin gets on the apron with the briefcase, Big E spears him through the ropes, takes the straps down back in the ring, hits THE BIG ENDING, and gets the 3-count! WINNER: BIG E!

Raine Cruz announces Big E as the winner, and we get a shot of Logan Paul applauding Big E, with a CHORUS OF BOOS for Logan. Quit trying WWE, nobody likes Logan Paul. The Kickoff panel talk about the rest of the show until the top of the hour, and the PPV is underway at 8 PM ET/7 CT!
