Former TNA wrestler Monty Brown has filed a trademark on "The Alpha Male Monty Brown" for merchandise and apparel. (FF)

To make a long story short Roman Reigns says Paul Heyman will choose him over Brock Lesnar.

Tommy Dreamer says he's happy the fans still respect him: "I'm still proud that in 2021, I'm still relevant and no matter where I go out, people chant for my body of work. And when they chant for ECW, it's me saying, every bone that I broke, every drop of blood, every sweat that poured out of my body was worth it because fans, ECW's gone 20 years, and they still love and remember it. When they post stuff on the WWE Network or YouTube and social media, people are like, 'Hey, you remember this?' Just this week, 25 years ago, Taz suplexed me off the stage, and I see that my hair is a lot better than it currently is, I'm about 20 pounds lighter and it was a great time in my life."

In this interview Paul Wight says he'd like to wrestle Sting one more time: "Sting number one is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in professional wrestling. Just to know his athleticism and for me, when I started my career in 95' for WCW, he was the franchise for World Championship Wrestling and had multiple championships then and was a huge fan favorite. And then how he's adapted his career and still at 62 years old and competes like he does, just shows his commitment to taking care of himself and living the good life. I love to see Sting out there, he's a great person, a great influence for the talent in the locker room and I look forward, hopefully someday, to working with him again. That would be ideal to get a chance to work with him again."

Britt Baker says she wanted Jamie Hayter in AEW for a while: "Yeah, so when I wrestled her in England, right away we just clicked and I thought she was a fantastic wrestler. She has a really cool, edgy personality. We're kind of similar too in our dry, sarcastic humor and we just really clicked. We really got along. They were using her pretty frequently for awhile for AEW, but then with the pandemic, the travel ban, of course, everything kind of was at a standstill. But then when stuff is opening up again, you know, I was kinda nudging Kenny and Tony like 'Hey, remember Jamie Hayter? Remember Jamie Hayter?' Because she's such a fantastic talent and everybody here - literally every single person in AEW - agrees that she's fantastic and we need her here."

Here's the announced lineup for Raw tonight. (WWE)

* Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler vs. Rhea Ripley & Nikki A.S.H.
* RK-Bro Championship Celebration
* Logan Paul to appear on Moist TV

MLW's rescheduled Dallas show will now take place at Gilley's. (MLW)

Billy Corgan explains how he got Ric Flair for NWA 73: "NWA World's Heavyweight Champion, Nick Aldis had had lunch not too long ago with Conrad Thompson. Of course, everybody knows Conrad from his success in podcasting but Conrad's also a member of the Flair family via marriage. I believe it was right around the time that Mr. Flair had left his relationship with the WWE, so I think maybe there was some poking around during that lunch about, 'Do you think this is something Ric might be interested in?' So, I think that opened up the channel to talking behind the scenes about whether or not we could put it together, and obviously, it did happen, and I'm very excited. You know, there's lots of things you do in wrestling where you kind of cross your fingers and you hope for the best and it's an awesome responsibility to run the NWA with history. It's no mistake that I care about the history of the business, not just the NWA's history. There are only certain moments in life where you can put those pieces together, where you connect all those dots and Mr. Flair coming back to the NWA, specifically in the Chase, specifically on the 73rd Anniversary Show, I mean, that is an awesome thing to be able to sign off on."

Impact has announced Christian Cage vs. Ace Austin for Victory Road. (IW)

5:00 PM ET. In what has to be one of the most shockingly bad ideas in pro wrestling history, Nick Khan suggests it would be better for WWE if Raw was FOUR HOURS LONG: "From my point of view, Raw would benefit from being four hours, so we would get paid more money." Bro the show is two hours too long AS IT IS.

Here's a new John Cena interview with Good Morning America.

Hiroshi Tanahashi wants to defend the IWGP US title in the United States as often as possible: "I think the IWGP U.S. heavyweight championship is truly meaningful when it is defended in the U.S. I have a desire to go to the U.S. once a month. Sometimes, I'd even like it to be once a week."

CM Punk (Phil Brooks) says his AEW debut was perfect: "That might have been the greatest moment, the greatest night of my career. Just the entire night couldn't have gone more perfect. The way we set it up as the worst kept secret, selling out the United Center on the rumor that I was going to be there, never announced, never advertised. It shows the connection to the fanbase that AEW has, that they get it, right? They want to be involved, they want to be entertained, they want to go up to shows and have a good time. So we didn't feel the need to beat them over the head to get a TV rating. And don't get me wrong, I know executives at TNT love their ratings. But to me pro wrestling has always been about moments and getting people to feel something. It was the perfect storm, the perfect night."

Speaking of Brooks here's the latest Being The Elite.

Xavier Woods says he's had the idea for a wrestling cartoon for years: "I met this fine fellow named Jonathan Davenport years ago when I was in developmental. He's an artist, he's worked for Pixar, Marvel, he's done everything. He was doing graphic novels at the time and I was working on a cartoon. When I worked at a previous company, I wrote out full cartoons, cranking it all out, and they didn't want it. Okay, whatever. In WWE, I'm in developmental, they say we're going to have the Network and they need original content, what do you have? I re-wrote the whole show for WWE, got Jonathan to draw up characters but it looks like old school Ninja Turtles. It's like Dolph Ziggler, AJ Lee, me, Kofi, a smattering of characters. Brought it to them and they said, 'Nah, we don't want it.' One day, my wrestling cartoon will drop."

Here's how Bobby Lashley felt about the Hurt Business breaking up: "I'm comfortable with staying in my lane. In the wrestling business, I think too many people start worrying about so many other things and then they don't focus on their career. Ultimately, we have to make sure our career is great before trying to do anybody else's stuff."

WWE has filed a new trademark for "WWE Day 1." (FF)
