Bryan DanielsonIn this interview Bryan Danielson confirms WWE was in talks with NJPW: "I don't know how far along the talks went and I don't know even if I was the start of them, for sure, but one of the things when I was talking to them when WWE was trying to re-sign me was, I said, 'I want to be able to work in Japan.' They were trying to come up with an agreement to where I would be able to go and do that. It was definitely something that was talked about. I don't know where it went or anything, all I know is now it seems like AEW has a really great relationship with New Japan. So, I feel like it couldn't have gone that well."

Roman Reigns headlined again at the WWE house show in El Paso, Texas. Full results are below. (wInc)

In this interview Lio Rush says he wants to be the first black world champion in AEW: "Representation, it changes lives. I didn't have too many good examples of someone who can set the blueprint for somebody like me. At the time, when I was a wrestling fan, there wasn't a short, Black, tattooed, dread-head guy who likes music from D.C. So the path that I was going, I was creating. I think that has opened up doors for a lot of people, but I want to be a world champion. I think I'm more than capable. If I'm not ready for something, I'll say I'm not ready for something. But I'm ready. I've been ready. I want to take that step. I want to be that guy that everybody is looking at and say 'Man, he did it. And he did it through the face of adversity.' Because I've had some ups and downs in my career, and I've showed time and time again that I'm not someone who's going to just lay down and give up on my passion and my dreams. I think that's a good role model, just in life. Wrestling aside, to see someone like myself move the way that I move in life and inspire the people who look like me is a beautiful thing. I want to be that. I want to be that for everybody, and I think that I can be that. I think I have the mic skills, I think that I have the in-ring capability, I think that I'm a pretty personable and likable person. And I think I'm real. I think I'm honest. This is a glass panel right here, I don't hold anything back and I think that's what a champion is and I want to be the first African-American world champion in AEW."

Chelsea Green talks about her level of confidence: "I feel like I've always had that attitude. I definitely lost that kind of passion and the confidence for a couple of years when I was signed. But before that, this is exactly the same thing I was doing before. I was trying to make moments for myself, and those moments translate over to social media and to the dirt sheets. And then the fans think you're a star when you might not have done anything. I did nothing as the Impact Knockouts Champion. I did diddly fucking squat. But people were always talking about the moments I had as the Hot Mess. And then I went to Lucha Underground, and I did two weeks there. I did a total of four days, and people still talk about the match I had with Pentagon. It doesn't matter if you do ten years or two days, you just have to make a moment of that time that you have in the ring."

Kenny Omega will defend the AAA Mega Title on December 4th against Hijo de Vikingo at TripleMania Regia. (FF)

Here's a new IInspiration a/k/a IIconics interview.

Adam Scherr f/k/a Braun Strowman talks about his post WWE career: "You know, the first little bit, it was scary, because that's all I knew for the last eight years of my life. That's all I knew. But, it's slowly now starting to get where - I'm four months, I guess it is right at four months post-WWE and stuff. It's nice kind of transitioning back into not being so stressed out about stuff. Not having to worry about memorizing scripts, traveling, flying all over. In 2018 or 2019, I wrestled in 198 matches. I flew right at 700,00 miles, and was just gone all the time. A big shout-out to Marriott. I love your hotels. You all don't pay me, but you should. I checked my Marriott app, and in five years, I slept in a Marriott 765 nights. So, living out of a suitcase for five years, to now having a chance to kind of step back into normal life. I'm spending time with my family and my loved ones, my girlfriend, my friends, getting to work on my house that I've been building in Wisconsin and just doing day-to-day stuff that I missed out on. I'm having time to take a step back and reflect on how unbelievable that opportunity was and the career that I had with WWE, all the things that I was afforded to do there, the world that I got to see, to travel around the world. I've wrestled on every continent on this Earth. In five years, I stamped four passports full of VISAs. I've won the WWE Universal championship. I was two-time Raw Tag Team champion. I was a Money in the Bank winner, Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner, Greatest Royal Rumble winner, Intercontinental Champion. It's just, doing all that in such a short amount of time and now having the opportunity to take a step back to go, 'Wow, holy cow. That's incredible.' And now, here having an opportunity to sit down, talk and do meet-and-greet with the fans and stuff and sharing experiences - knowing how much people lean on my character and stuff like that. I met a young lady earlier today, and I actually teared up talking to her, because she talked about how I've got her through so many things in life. And, she said seeing my strength, through my character, helped her get through her day-to-day stuff in life. That, at the end of the day, that's what this is all about. I have so much respect for WWE. I can't thank them enough for giving me such an unbelievable opportunity and a slingshot headboard into life, to be able to help so many people around the world. I'm looking to continue doing that heading on out."

Here's a new Carmelo Hayes interview. One with Jorge Masvidal and JDS is below.

SmackDown and Rampage TIED at 0.24 in the 18-49 demo last Friday night. In total viewership SmackDown finished at 866,000 while AEW did 578,000. Technically SmackDown wins 18-49  with 1,000 more viewers than Rampage, but for it to even be that close is a win in itself.  (Wrestlenomics)
