Carmelo Hayes says Shawn Michaels trusts him implicitly: "Still using bullet points, but I'm big on trying to say stuff that I would truly say. So, a lot of the stuff that you hear is 100% from me with their direction. I've been lucky enough to where they've trusted me to say what I want. That's really the direction they're going now, truly. They are trusting guys and giving guys, especially in NXT 2.0, they're trusting guys to say what we would say because we're trying to reach a different demographic now. They can't really tell us... Shawn has said to me straight up, 'I don't know what cool is, so I trust you to tell me what cool is.' That's the biggest thing that I've been able to take away from that. I said, 'Okay, trust me, I'll do my part to reach that demographic.'"

The latest episode of Rhodes to the Top did 340,000 viewers. (SBD)

In this interview Rikishi talks about being ribbed by the late Curt Hennig a/k/a Mr. Perfect: "It couldn't have been a better place for him to do it than in front of 70,000 people. I believe we were in Australia. We were in Brisbane or Sydney and it was a big, huge coliseum we were at. I worked against Kurt, and Kurt comes with his towel. I'm thinking that he threw his freaking towel out of the ring, but by the time I come to give the Stink Face, he turns around and sticks that damn towel right up the crack of my ass. He would just sit there and just laugh and laugh about it and have a good time. That's how the old school cats were back in the day. Normally somebody would get hot, like, 'Hey, you fucked my shit up in front of people. This shit ain't funny.' For us, it was like, 'Alright, you're one up. I'll catch you the next time.' You know what they say; 'You give a rib, you better learn how to take a rib because you don't know what type of rib you're going to get.'"

New Ring of Honor videos are below.

The pre-sale for AEW Dynamite in Duluth, Georgia on Dec. 1st begins this Friday with the password AEW770. (PWI)

3:00 PM ET. The stream for AEW Dark tonight at 7 PM ET is below.

Here Bianca Belair talks about customizing her gear for Saudi Arabia: "I already wear long pants as it is, though we'll definitely be having long sleeves and just making sure that we're within the bounds of everything, but I'm definitely going to still show up and look like the EST that I am. We'll definitely customize our gear, but I'm excited for it. It's not something that's an inconvenience, plus I get a new look."

Filthy Tom Lawlor talks about his approach to pro wrestling: "If you watch a lot of my matches after, it's simple stuff like if I hit a move and the opponent kicks out, a lot of times I'll immediately go to a hold. I'll transition into a hold. I very rarely make covers without cradling or grabbing an arm like I'm going to move to the next thing. Because that's what I would do in a realistic situation. One of the things I realized pretty early on when I started back on the scene in wrestling was that there's all these guys that can do high flying, all these guys that can do creative spots on the mat, big head drops, and stuff like that. But I can't do that stuff. I can't go out there and do a backflip. I wish I could. But I can't. So I have to do stuff that's different and one of the things that's different, if you watch guys make covers, you want somebody to believe you're trying to win this contest, you've got to actually act like you're trying to win. You've got to put your weight on them. You gotta cradle them. You've got to try to pin them. Do you have any idea how hard it is to try to pin someone for three seconds? It's very hard. You'd be flopping around like a fish even if they're on dream street. That's one of the things I think I do that's better than what most people do because it's more realistic. So if I could pinpoint one thing, that would be probably it."

Here Josh Alexander picks the next person he thinks should be X Division champion: "I think everybody has eyes on Trey Miguel. He's the fan pick and the overwhelming favorite, if I had to pick anybody, just because he's been around the X Division so long and is so consistent, so good, and has never had that run. Chris Bey is coming out and has had that run, Rohit Raju has had that run and Maclin is completely tearing everybody apart and I know he's hungry and he wants to go out there and have the best matches he can and get noticed. My money would be on Trey. I think he deserves a little run there and hopefully they can continue what I started and the X Division will be even bigger than I could have made it."

Billie Starkz talks about her dream opponents: "Millie McKenzie, number one always. I just love her wrestling style. I'm so picky. Trey Miguel, I would love to be in the ring with him. I think he's so wrestling smart and just an amazing human, too, and I've never been in the ring with Joshua Bishop yet and I feel like I would have so much fun with him even though I feel like he would just be tossing me around half the time."

Here Marina Shafir talks about start and stop pushes in WWE: "It was something that I talked a lot with Roddy about, like getting a feel. I was getting put in these positions and I needed to understand why I was in those positions. I was feeling very insecure because it was a lot of start and stop. I was cleaning up a lot of the things that were sloppy. Asking different questions. Seeing a different light or seeing a different perspective on wrestling itself. The start and the stop, I tried not to get too much into my head about, but I would get insecure. Roddy was there to remind me, 'If you keep putting your nose to the ground and keep busting your ass. It's timing. A lot about this is timing.' When everything is lined up how it should be, you'll know. Everything was lined up how it should be and now we're here."

Here's another Carmelo Hayes interview.

Heath (Slater) talks about getting injured right after he signed his Impact contract: "It was so crazy, and I always joke around with the boys and production people and I always tell them last year that when IMPACT signed me, it was probably the worst investment that they ever made. Just because I only did a handful of shows with them then we talked out a deal that I was happy with and they were happy with. I literally signed the deal, then a few hours later at Bound For Glory, I got hurt and it was just done. I'm just like, 'oh shit, you've got to be kidding me!' But no, it felt wonderful being back because it's been a long road this past year, with how the world is today and with me having five surgeries at once. So, it was a rollercoaster of hell for me this year, but hard work pays off and I'm just blessed and glad that I have a good support team that helped me through everything or I would've lost my damn mind."

Nora Ringwald b/k/a Molly Holly talks about being given the Holly gimmick: "Dave Hebner came up to me backstage and said, 'Molly Holly.' I was like, 'I don't know what you're saying.' He's like, 'Molly Holly, Molly Holly, Molly Holly.' I don't know what he's talking about and he just walked away. I was like, 'I don't know what he's saying.' Maybe a half an hour later, Stephanie McMahon came up to me and she said, 'Hey, we're going to have you be a Holly cousin. You've been great with Hardcore and Crash.' It was Stephanie who explained why Dave Hebner said those two words together."

Here's a new Becky Lynch interview and one with Bobby Lashley.

Daniel Garcia is reportedly under a full time AEW contract even though that's never been officially announced. (FF)

4:00 PM ET. A documentary about RVD debuts on Reelz on Nov. 13th. (PWI)

5:00 PM ET. This week's Raw did 1.592 million viewers, up slightly from 1.583 last week but still their sixth lowest audience ever. The 0.39 18-49 demo however appears to be the lowest rating EVER in the show's entire 28 year run on television. (Wrestlenomics)

Here Trey Miguel talks about the importance of the X Division: "(It) is one of the most essential attributes of Impact Wrestling because, as you've seen, it literally was the catalyst to Josh Alexander becoming the number one contender challenging for our biggest pay-per-view's main event this year. I remember when Austin Aries turned on Option C, that being one of the most mind-blowing and pivotal moments in wrestling history to me because it was like, 'Wow this can be whatever you want it to be,' this could be a means to something else, or it could be your golden egg. It's my golden egg. I don't look at the X Division as a means to becoming a world champ. The X Division is my World Championship. I think it skyrocketed Josh, I think it gave Josh the opportunity to show the world, Impact Wrestling, AEW, WWE, NXT, anyone inside of the wrestling world, what we offer and what we're about."
