Chris JerichoIn this interview Chris Jericho talks about his program with Eddie Kingston: "One that I am looking forward to now that will happen is the story we're building with Eddie Kingston in AEW. That's a guy from day one, the moment he walked in, I said 'That's a superstar, he's gonna be a huge babyface. I like his style it's very hard-hitting.' He doesn't look like a typical wrestler, he just looks like a tough guy at the bar, but his promos are above and beyond. That's why I kind of pick and choose who I'm going to be working with, and also it has to fit in with plans that Tony Khan has and what the guys have. But the Eddie one was really something cool to me. I also deal in long-term stories, so nothing is set in stone, but that is one I'm really looking forward to that will happen."

Shane McMahon is expected to be slotted as a heel on the Raw brand from now through WrestleMania 38. (PWI)

In this interview Patrick Clark f/k/a Velveteen Dream talks about the allegations against him before his WWE release: "Bullshit. 100% bullshit. I'd like to throw this in there as well, Josh Fuller was the one that when he decided to show up on social media with his bullshit allegations, he started the hashtag Fire Velveteen Dream. That's what it cost me. An investigation was done by WWE, our COO Paul Levesque, better known as Triple H, went on record and said there was nothing that WWE found that would incriminate me or cause any concern for the company, a company who sells to children, and I'm being accused of soliciting sex for minors. Come on. WWE found nothing. They even tried to put me back in a program with one of their top stars and then after the Fire Velveteen Dream hashtag blew up, they were doing the digital audience and someone showed up, in their place instead of a person it said #FireVelveteenDream. WWE gave me time, trying to distance me from the travesty of it all, and then they brought me back on a smaller scale to work with one of their mid-card guys. I got a couple months out of that, but #FireVelveteenDream was still trending. Every time I went on TV, it would begin to trend. WWE, in the middle of cancel culture, found itself at a loss. Money talks and they have shareholders. Even if they found me to be innocent, now, I'm affecting the bottom line, at least the bottom line they have with me, the money they can make with me, the way they can utilize me on TV. That's what it cost me. It cost me my career."

Raw highlights and new WWE related videos are available below.

In addition here's the latest episodes of AEW Dark Elevation, a new Being The Elite, and an Ethan Page vlog with Danhausen.

In this interview Bobby Lashley talked about what facing Brock Lesnar meant to him: "This was so much deeper than a match. My kids were in the front row, and I wanted to teach them a lesson about enduring. That's something we talk about a lot. It's the person who endures that wins. The match was a lot like life. I couldn't escape Brock's offense. He's going to take you to Suplex City, he's going to hit hard. That's no different than life. I wanted to test myself and take his punches. I wanted to face him head on, take his best, and beat him in the end."

Last week's Rampage did 601,000 viewers, up from 594,000 the week before and their best number since Oct. 29th. The 18-49 demo was 0.25, up from 0.24 and the highest since Oct. 1st. (Wrestlenomics)

SmackDown did a 0.56 18-49 demo and 2.217 million viewers, down from 0.64 and 2.255 the week before. (Wrestlenomics)

The Miz talks about his relationship with Vince McMahon: "My and Vince's relationship is very, very good. Like, if I ever need anything or if I need to talk to someone, or I have like, 'Hey, I don't know if this is right. Like, we can have a conversation.' I can sit down with him, he will listen to me and then I'll say my piece and then he'll think about it for like, three minutes. There will be three minutes of silence. And then he'll answer and it's a really thought-out answer. And he really thinks about how things go, everything involved in the show. Because he cares. And so for me too, when AJ Styles first came in, people are like, oh yeah it was me and him. And he was so good. Man, like, I knew right away, 'Oh he's going to be something.'"

Speaking of Dark there will be more tapings at Universal Studios on February 5th and they're free to the public on a first come, first served basis.

Matt Hardy says Jeff Hardy passed his WWE drug test: "Whenever my brother ended up being released, he had taken a drug test. Usually, these drug tests come back in 10 to 14 days. Those 10 to 14 days had been up and he never got a rest and he was curious as to where his result was. He knew he had passed his drug test because he knew he hadn't been doing any drugs and he has been clean, he's been clean the whole while he's been there. There was an issue where they said, 'Jeff Hardy had this erratic behavior' and he 'jumped over the guardrail' or whatever. Hello, he's Jeff Hardy, he's a weird dude. That's kind of what he does. The erratic behavior is why they gave him a drug test and sent him home. He addressed it with me and, as he was saying, he knew at that point... working for WWE is a very stressful job. I am not going here to bury WWE, I love WWE, Vince McMahon, everyone who is there. I wouldn't be who I am and I wouldn't have this life right now. I have great appreciation and I'm very grateful for everything I've done for them and every opportunity they've given me. It's all good, but it's also a very stressful environment. Anyone who has worked there knows that. I feel Jeff was stressed out in many ways about several things and he confessed to me that when he went over that guardrail, he knew he was done. He was literally done with the match and he felt done."

Killer Kross f/k/a Karrion Kross recalls making a pitch to Triple H: "My first conversation in person with Hunter I just said, 'look, I would like to know your opinion on this. This is something that I have been developing for many, many years. And I can adjust this to fit the WWE machine. You would know better than I would if this would monetize.' I tried to appeal to the business sense of it. Because I look at it like this, every single pro wrestler has really good ideas. But there's a difference between good ideas and great ideas. Good ideas, everybody has got them, but great ideas make money. So I asked him, 'what do you think about this? Would you mind taking a look at this? I know you're a busy guy.' He looked at everything I sent him, and he said, 'I really think we can do something with this. Absolutely.'"

Bad Bunny trained "for several weeks" before his Royal Rumble return. (PWI)

Scarlett (Bordeaux) talks about what surprised her about the WWE Performance Center: "I didn't expect…there were a few things that surprised me. On the good side, the women's locker room was one of the best women's locker rooms I've ever been in. NXT, the women's locker room, everyone was super supportive of each other. After the women's matches, we'd be standing by the curtain, applauding, hugging each other for doing a great job. It was a great environment in that way. The thing that surprised me though, I thought the training would be a bit different. I had some good training and I had some bad training. I thought it was going to be a very organized system and they would have had a perfect way to get anyone from zero to become a great wrestler, but maybe that's not the trainer's fault. A lot of times, you take people who are professional athletes, football players, models, and it's really hard to make these people good wrestlers if they don't actually love and care about wrestling. Maybe the trainers get a hard time for that. I thought they were going to be able to turn anyone into a great wrestler and I don't think that's possible after being there. Some of the best training I got was on the independent scene. Everyone who is in WWE would be better for it if they spent a little time training on the indies. You get something different from training on the indies. There was a lot of great trainers Scotty (2 Hotty), (Brian) Kendrick are amazing. There are a lot of really good trainers, but I'm so happy I spent all the time on the indies instead of going straight there and didn't train from scratch."

Here's what happened on Main Event this week. (wInc)

* Veer defeated Akira Tozawa
* Liv Morgan defeated Doudrop

Matt Cardona says he hid his smile at GCW's The WRLD: "There were times in that match where I just had to turn away from the camera because I felt like I was smiling because I was having so much fun in there. I said it last time, Mikey Whipwreck brought me to ECW One Night Stand 2005, and I've always wanted to wrestle in that building. I never thought I would have that opportunity. To be there it was everything I hoped it would be and more."

Trevor Murdoch has a message for Cardona after Cardona criticized NWA as being old school and boring: "While Matt Cardona was trying to figure out for the last 10-and-a-half years how to get a 70-year-old man to love him, I was out traveling the world. Hitting Japan, India, and wrestling, doing what I love. But this guy again comes in and wants to bury me on everything. He wants to talk shit about a company that has got 73 years of heritage. He's not going out here talking shit about me, but he's talking shit about Harley, he's talking shit about Ric Flair, he's talking shit about Colt Cabana, he's talking shit about Nick Aldis. We have the most prestigious world title in the history of this business, and I am carrying it. That's the validation I need."

Speaking of the NWA here's tonight's Powerrr lineup. (FITE)

Alex Hammerstone talks about MJF's feud with CM Punk: "I think MJF is the man. Listen, CM Punk is great, I am not going to sit here and bash him or say anything bad about him. But MJF is on a different level right now, you can tell every week he gets better. Not just on the mic, but in the ring. MJF is so phenomenal, he's one of the very, very best doing it right now. Every time I watch him it's just awesome and it puts a smile on my face, and I am happy to see it."

X-Pac is coming back to the ring for GCW's Welcome to Heartbreak.

Josh Barnett's Bloodsport 8 will be part of GCW's The Collective 2022.
