So, I do want to apologize to PROGRESS and the fans for not being able to make it this weekend. I really wanted to but my health comes first and I have to just take a little time off. Once I'm cleared, I'll definitely be back and I really look forward to being back and working with PROGRESS and performing for you guys. So, please keep me in your prayers. I'd really appreciate it. On his latest podcast Matt Hardy says the AEW lockerroom isn't worried about the Discovery and Warner Media merger: "There's zero, I don't know of anyone that has been concerned about it. I haven't seen any kind of worry or concern. It's just business as usual and for the foreseeable future, I continue to see it as business as usual. Especially because the Dynamite show is doing great, it's in the top five every single week, it's a live program which people love and are really behind. You have to remember it's only three years old, which is quite a statement that it's in the top three to top five every week."

Here Liv Morgan talks about how she got her WWE tryout: "So I had heard about Joe DeFranco and his training systems, his gym, he trained professional athletes. At the time, he was training Triple H. So I grew up a huge wrestling fan since I was five years old, a huge WWE fan. So I went to this gym, and I pretty much told Joe DeFranco, 'I love wrestling, I want to be a wrestler,' and so he was kind enough to let me work out at his gym all week. I guess he was impressed with, you know, this little blonde, 5'3" girl that had never worked out before that was kind of keeping up with the NFL players he was training at the time. Like he'd throw me in cardio drills with them, and I didn't even know you know that I'm training with these top-tier athletes. But he was impressed, and he was kind enough to pass along my information to the head of WWE, like tryout scouts, and they flew me in for a tryout and I got signed. It was just like the most lucky, meant-to-be, 'right place at the right time' thing that has ever happened to me in my entire life."

Juice Robinson says he may do something with IMPACT in the future: "Yeah. There's a lot of people going through the door at IMPACT. In and out. Some guys stay for a while. I kinda went for a little while, left and I think I would bet that I would be back for sure in some capacity. We have a great relationship. They're really good people. I love working for those people. I love going away for those weekends. So, yeah. I think just stay tuned. I'll be there. I'm sure."

Eric Young has priced himself out of WWE's range: "I mean I'm always interested in making money. I don't think they don't want me back though. Besides, my price would be too high for them. They wouldn't be able to afford it. Obviously, there are tons of guys there that I would love to work with. For example, Seth Rollins, with whom I had the chance to work when he was still very young. I worked with him ten or twelve years ago in Iowa for an indie show. There's a ton of crazy, crazy talented people there. I would jump at the opportunity, but I don't think they can afford me to be honest."

Southern Underground Pro "New Direction" results are below. (FF)

* IWTV Independent Wrestling World Championship Match: AC Mack def. Billie Starkz
* ACTION Championship Match: Kevin Ku def. Brandon Williams
* Isaiah Broner def. Ron Bass Jr.
* Noah Hossman def. Chase Holliday
* Daniel Makabe def. Hoodfoot
* Adam Priest def. Billy Tipton
* Jaden Newman def. Dillon McQueen
* SUP Tag Team Championships Match: Violence Is Forever def. Suplex Science

Satnam Singh on why he chose AEW over WWE: "When the opportunity came up about 4 to 5 years ago if I would've said yes, I would be A big, huge, giant wrestler. I had given trials for WWE as well, and I liked it very much as well. I liked AEW as well. AEW is like brand new, it's only been a couple of years, and it's really fire. I thought that if I go to AEW, I would be the first again. The first wrestler from India. I will make more history for India in AEW. If I go to WWE, that would be amazing, but amazing why? Because they already have Indian people over there. They have the Indian wrestler. Why don't I go start there, where they have no Indian guys, and create history again after reaching there. Not for me, for the Indian wrestlers, for everyone."
