WWE is bringing back The Great American Bash again for NXT! The show will feature several bouts including Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez challenging Toxic Attraction for the NXT Women's Tag Team Titles, Grayson Waller fights for the North American Championship from Carmelo Hayes, Tiffany Stratton vs. Wendy Choo, Diamond Mine battle amongst themselves over the NXT Tag Team Titles, Bron Breakker will defend his NXT Championship against Cameron Grimes, and more! Join us for a live recap of NXT tonight starting at 8 PM ET and continuing through the entire broadcast. The NXT UK Tag Team Champions Briggs & Jensen along with Fallon Henley are hosting The Great American Bash with a great American barbecue! Ikemen Jiro is chugging a beer, all the partygoers including Indi Hartwell and Nikkita Lyons all give opinions on winners for tonight's matches, Duke Hudson enters the pool trying to look suave, and Sanga does a cannonball into the pool. Inside the arena, the fireworks pop off for the first title match of the night!

* NXT Women's Tag Team Championship: Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade vs. Toxic Attraction {C}

The NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose doesn't have a match tonight, so she can focus her attention on this match as she comes down to ringside along with the tag champs. Cora Jade and Jacy Jayne start the match, Cora rolls her up for 2, blocks a neckbreaker, knees and kicks are blocked, she hits a basement dropkick and gets a 2-count. Gigi Dolin tags in with forearms and a kick, Cora hits a European uppercut, Roxanne Perez tags in, the referee kicks Cora out the ring, and Jacy gets in a cheap shot. The champs are in control as we take our first commercial break.

Picture-in-picture goes on during the first break. Jacy is beating down Roxanne in a corner, gets a 2-count, and teases Cora. Gigi tags in to continue the beating, Jacy tags back in for double team attacks, hits a cannonball, gets another 2-count, teases Cora again, hits a running senton and covers for 2. Gigi tags in, 2-count, Roxanne fights back, and Gigi headbutts her.

When we come back ful-screen, Roxanne rolls Gigi up for 2, Gigi clotheslines her, hits rapid kicks to the side of the head, and Mandy Rose taunts her from ringside as Gigi rakes her face. Gigi gets a 2-count, Jacy tags in to chop her, puts her in a surfboard stretch, and Cora cheers her partner on. Jacy and Roxanne both hit each other with forearms and silumtaneous pump kicks for a double-down. Gigi and Cora get the hot tags, Cora hits a running hurricanrana, enzuigiri, high knee in a corner, 2-count, and Gigi hits a short-arm forearm smash to tag out. Cora gets a 2-count on Jacy after a forearm, Roxanne tags in for a missile dropkick into a Russian legsweep, 2-count, Cora tags in for a double superkick, covers, Mandy Rose pulls the referee out the ring, and the ref EJECTS Mandy from ringside! Cora rolls up Jayne, the ref has to get back in, Cora gets a near-fall, Roxanne gets the tag, and Jacy hits a neckbreaker. Gigi tags in, hits the STO, covers, Cora breaks the count, Jacy throws Jade out the ring, and Cora gets back in to tackle Jayne out the ring. Roxanne plants Dolin with Pop Rox and gets the 1-2-3!! WINNERS and NEW NXT Women's Tag Team Champions: ROXANNE PEREZ & CORA JADE!

Congratulations to the NEW champions, Cora and Roxanne! Speaking of champions, Bron Breakker was in the parking lot earlier getting asked about his shoulder by a cameraman, and he says his shoulder's fine. Vic Joseph and Wade Barrett talk about Bron defending his title tonight.

We cut backstage to Tony D'Angelo talking to Legado Del Fantasma, and he shows photos of Santos Escobar laid out unconscious. He will give Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro one more chance next week or they'll end up like Santos.

After a commercial break, we get a video of Pretty Deadly talking about themselves as usual, but at the mention of beer they are disgusted that Briggs & Jensen are the NXT UK Tag Team Champions.

* Wes Lee vs. Trick Williams

The NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes come out with Williams to be his corner-man. Williams overpowers him at the start, backs him into a corner, Lee almost lands on his feet from a high hiptoss, does a drop toehold, and Williams spawls to a corner for water. Both men duck roundhouse kicks, Lee does a headscissors, dropkicks him, and Hayes is there to cheer on Williams and gives him his water again. Lee hits a running uppercut, Williams hits a pumphandle powerslam, covers for 2, Lee comes back with an armdrag, chops and kicks combo, and a rolling kick to the head. Hayes causes a distraction, Williams rubs his hands in liquor, rakes Lee's eyes, tosses the bottle to commentary, and hits the discus pump kick for 3! WINNER: TRICK WILLIAMS!

Vic Joseph smells the bottle and says it smells like rubbing alcohol. Wes Lee is struggling to see as he gets back to his feet.

Tiffany Stratton is demanding the make-up artist for some powder, so Wendy Choo shows up to throw powder in Tiffany's eyes! We go to picture-in-picture to see Tiffany attacking Choo backstage with anything she can find. They brawl backstage with Wendy shving her in a wheelchair into equipment boxes. Tiffany throws a trash can at her, Wendy throws her into a garage door, they continue to fight towards the entrance and eventually brawl down the rampway. Wendy throws food at her, tosses a hotdog at her, Tiffany throws her into the barricade, but Wendy still fights back. They get in the ring and the referee calls for the bell.

* Tiffany Stratton vs. Wendy Choo

The match is official now, Tiffany rolls out the ring, Wendy brings her back in, Oklahoma Roll for 2, rolls her up for 2, and Stratton puts her in a side headlock. When we come back full-screen, Stratton hits a shoulder block, Choo hits a Thesz Press with punches, Tiffany exits the ring again, then slams Choo's hand on the ringpost for grabbing her hair. Stratton finds her opening working over the left hand, Choo ducks a swing, sunset flip, Stratton rolls through and hits a double stomp for 2. Stratton bends her hand, rips off a nail, Choo battles back, delivers a belly-to-belly throw, stomps on her hands, boot to the chest, cartwheel forearm smash, and hits a diving sleepy crossbody. Stratton delivers a pop-up powerbomb for a near-fall, Choo goes for a full nelson, Stratton counters with an armdrag, Choo counters a powerbomb with a hurricanrana, and hits the full nelson slam for 2.5! Choo puts her in the sleeper hold, Stratton grabs the injured hand, Choo delivers a suplex, and covers for 2. Stratton blocks the sleeper, lands on her feet from a German suplex, stomps on Choo's hand, dropkicks her into the turnbuckles, hits the corkscrew springboard splash, and gets the 3-count. WINNER: TIFFANY STRATTON!

We get comments from the new NXT Women's Tag Team Champions. They are so happy to be champions together, and Roxanne feels so amazing that she wants to cash in her Breakout Tournament contract on Mandy Rose next week!

Bron Breakker is working out in his locker room, shows signs of strain in his shoulder, and Cameron Grimes shows up to tell him that he'll do whatever it takes to win the championship tonight. Breakker: "Wouldn't have it any other way." Breaktime.

Apollo Crews heads to the ring when we come back. Crews says he would asks his kids every night what they thought lately, and they have lost interest until he returned to NXT. He looks down the camera and says "Daddy loves you." Crew admits that NXT is diffferent than the last time he was here, and that got the wheels in his head turning wondering what would happen if he stepped into the ring with the likes of Tony D'Angelo, Nathan Frazer, Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, Cameron Grimes or even Bron Breakker. Before he can continue, he's interrupted by Giovanni Vinci and he claims that he would outclass him in the ring and in style. Apollo challenges him to get into the ring to show him, but Giovanni says he isn't dressed to compete and instead challenges him to a match next week. "That gives you seven days to come up with a good excuse to your children."

Ivy Nile gets interviewed backstage about her thoughts on Diamond Mine's implosion, and she defends the group as having healthy egos. "When we say Diamond Mine is forever, it's not just a catchphrase; it's real." A loud rabble-rabble from the other women get louder than the interview, so Ivy finds out what it's about. After the argument between Tatum Paxley and Kayden Carter ends, Ivy tells Tatum Paxley to learn how to get herself out of these messes and to meet her in the dojo tomorrow morning.

Grayson Waller jokes about Carmelo Hayes signing memorabilia last week, and the only thing he plans to steal is the North American Championship. Carmelo Hayes comments that he is special will retail his title in a few moments. Breaktime. When we come back, we get a vignette for JD McDonagh and he'll be in NXT 2.0 next week. Backstage, Bron Breakker gets checked out by the trainer and he refuses the medical tape.

* NXT North American Championship: Grayson Waller vs. Carmelo Hayes {C}

They lock up, Hayes with a side headlock, Waller reverses the headlock, both complain about pulling hair, both fake handshakes, both catch kicks, Waller rolls him up for 2 grabbing the tights, Hayes rolls him up with the tight pulled for 2, and they both punch each other with the same ideas. Hayes rolls off his back, clotheslines him, Waller ducks the springboard, Hayes blocks the rolling stunner, and they're at a slatemete. Waller hits a discus forearm, gets on the ropes, Hayes kips up, hits an enzuigiri, kicks him in the back, and hits a springboard legdrop for 2. Waller hits an electric chair back suplex, Hayes rolls out the ring, Waller hits a sliding clothesline on the floor, and we take a commercial break.

We get picture-in-picture here to see Waller throwing him back into the ring, beats him down, hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, 2-count, Hayes kicks him in the head, tornado DDT, covers for 2, Waller traps him in a head scissors over the ropes, gets a 2-count again, suplex, diving elbow drop from the middle rope and gets a 2-count.

Waller puts him in a seated abdominal stretch when we come back, switches to a rear chinlock, Hayes fights back, counters the electric chair, hits a tilt-a-whirl facebuster, 2-count, and applies the crossface. Waller counters for 2, traps him in the triangle, Hayes reverses for a 2-count, superkicks him, and Waller answers with a crescent kick. Both men are down in opposite corners, they punch each other again, back and forth, Hayes hits the springboard clothesline, Waller with a dropkick to the leg, spike him on his head and gets a near-fall. Hayes fires back, Waller blocks a tornado DDT, hits the stunner, Hayes rolls out the ring, Waller throws him back in, and Williams steps in front to block the charge for the rolling stunner. Wes Lee wipes out Trick Williams at ringside, Hayes blocks the rolling stunner with the lungblower, hits the diving legdrop, and gets the 1-2-3! WINNER and STILL NXT North American Champion: CARMELO HAYES!

A QR code shows up on the screen, and the website simply says "8:10:11" on it. Xyon Quinn gets interviewed and he complains that nobody's eyes are on him, mainly Apollo Crews. "NXT 2.0 is about the future, and the future of this place is Xyon Quinn."

Diamond Mine are hyping up backstage, they all show respect, all except Roderick Strong. "Damon, let's go!" After the break, Mandy Rose gets interviewed about Toxic Attraction having a rough night. Mandy says Roxanne will realize she made the biggest mistake of her life and calls her a failure like her friend Cora Jade.

We get a video from Chase University, Bodhi Hayward is falling asleep in class saying his roommate doesn't sleep, and Thea Hale says they are as close as brother and sister. Andre Chase kicks out a student for upstaging him, Thea suggests they go to London, Bodhi doesn't think it'll happen, but Andre likes the idea.

* NXT Tag Team Championship: Roderick Strong & Damon Kemp vs. The Creed Brothers {C}

Damon Kemp and Brutus Creed start the match... well, Roderick Strong wants to start instead and locks up with Brutus to mat wrestle with him, Brutus mat slams him, Strong puts him in a side headlock, and Brutus stands him from a shoulder block. Julius Creed tags in, Kemp is back in, Julius counters a hiptoss with a neck suplex. Kemp delivers a German suplex as Julius was mouthing off to Strong, and now Strong tags back in for a suplex, but Julius blocks it. Kemp tags in, shoulder thrusts in a corner, chinlock, Julius picks him up to slam him, tags Brutus in and suplexes him onto Kemp. Brutus gets a 2-count, Julius tags in, fireman's carry, Brutus with a fireman's carry into the turnbuckles, Julius gives him a back body drop, dropkicks him, Kemp falls out to the floor, Strong throws him right back in, Julius dumps him out the other side, Brutus tags in and hits a diving cannonball to the floor!

We get picture-in-picture again, Strong looks on as Brutus brings Kemp back into the ring, Julius is in now, hits a neckbreaker, and puts him in the chinlock. Srong is able to tag in, hits Julius with hard chops, wild swings, they scrap amateur-style in the middle of the ring, Julius powers him up, Kemp tags in, delivers an exploder suplex with bridge for 2, Strong tags back in, knees and chops, Strong works over the left arm, Kemp tags back in, hits an elbow drop and puts him in a chinlock.

When we come back full-screen, Julius gets to his feet, Kemp takes him back down, Julius again gets back up, Strong and Kemp keep tagging in and out, Julius delivers an exploder suplex and makes his hot tag. Brutus takes Kemp down a few times, Strong tags in, hits crossfaces to Kemp over the ropes, disposes of Strong, and Strong slaps Julius to anger him. Strong hits Brutus with the jumping knee to the jaw twice, tells Julius that it's his fault, Kemp tags in, puts him in a chinlock, hits a fallaway slam, running shoulde thrust, slingshot spear, and covers for a near-fall. Brutus counters a scoop slam with an inside cradle for 2. Strong and Julius get hot tags, Julius is ready to keep Strong down, body slams him, German suplex, belly-to-belly, and hits the rolling mat slam. Kemp tags in, Julius leapfrogs over him, hits the rolling mat slam, connects with the sliding lariat, and make the cover for 3! WINNERS and STILL NXT Tag Team Champions: THE CREED BROTHERS!

The Creed Brothers are cool with Damon Kemp after the match, but they still have tension with Roderick Strong. We get a vignette for A Kid saying he's studied all mathematics, and his name is now Axiom. We get a video package to highlight Grimes challenging Breakker for the NXT Championship.

After a commercial break, Robert Stone complains that Von Wagner isn't on the card for The Great American Bash. Solo Sikoa shows up to tell them to stop complaining, Wagner steps up to him, and they have to get separated. Next week on NXT 2.0, Mandy Rose defends her NXT Championship against Roxanne Perez, and Apollo Crews takes on Giovanni Vinci.

* NXT Championship: Cameron Grimes vs. Bron Breakker {C}

The main event is underway, Breakker is stronger, Grimes is crafty, Breakker puts him in a side headlock, Grimes reverses on the right shoulder, and Breakker releases, goes back to the headlock, does a gator roll into a dead-lift suplex, but Grimes counters with an inside cradle for 2. Grimes goes for the right shoulder, Breakker hits the corner splash, Grimes tries to go after the shoulder again, but Breakker hits a big clothesline before our final commercial break.

We get picture-in-picture for the final time tonight, and both men approach cautiously. Grimes kicks him in the shoulder, Breakker sends him with a hard Irish whip into the turnbuckles, puts him in a front facelock, Grimes counters with an armbar, and Breakker battles out.

Breakker delivers a delayed vertical suplex when we come back. Grimes avoids the military press, dumps him out the ring, hits the PK, and a running cannonball off the apron then stomps on the shoulder. Grimes gets a 2-count back in the ring, attacks the arm, steps on it while making the cover for a 2-count, then Breakker plants him with a spinebuster! Both men are down, they trade punches, hits shoulder tackles, counters a leapfrog with a powerslam, ducks a kick, Grimes superkicks him, hits the flipping slam, and covers for a near-fall.Grimes drops Breakker's arm over the top rope, goes up top, Breakker cuts him off, hits the FRANKENSTEINER and covers for 2.9! Grimes side-steps him in a corner, locks in the octopus stretch, Breakker counters with him on his shoulders, Grimes escapes, throws him shoulder-first into the turnbuckles, hits the CAVE IN, and covers for 1-2-KICKOUT! Grimes gets on the ropes, wants to go "To the moon" but Breakker SPEARS GRIMES IN MID-AIR, and covers for the 1-2-3!! WINNER and STILL NXT CHAMPION: BRON BREAKKER!

Breakker is on the ramp to close out the show with his NXT Championship, but he gets blindsided by JD McDONAGH! JD plants Breakker through the table with a Saito suplex and stands over the fallen champ!
