Mia Yim returned to WWE on last night's edition of Raw and aligned herself with O.C. a/k/a The Club, making her the foil for Rhea Ripley in their feud with Judgment Day. (WWE)

In this interview AJ Styles says John Cena surprised him: "I've had a lot of tough opponents throughout my career. I will say that a guy that surprised me with how good he was in the ring would be John Cena. John is not known for being a technical mastermind in the ring, but he's pretty good. I had some of my better matches against this guy. I didn't realize what I was getting myself into, there's a little bit of everything. I had no idea. That's one of those things where I had a lot to learn. Some guys may not look the part, but they definitely... His mind for how everything needs to work and transition-wise. He's just good. He knows what he's doing. It's one of those things were you thought, 'I'm the superior wrestler in the ring,' but once you get in there with John Cena, you realize, 'Well, okay, I didn't know that. Let's keep going.' He's pretty good."

Brian Pillman Jr. credits the people in AEW who have helped him out: "Ricky Morton has been so great to me. I've worked with his son a number of times. Especially in the tag wrestling scene, he's always been a good resource. Arn, who -- I've done a few dates with Brock. Me and Brock did the Four Horsemen and I really loved that dynamic. Arn is somebody that's just a genius. He's very active in the scene today in the ways you wouldn't realize. Whatever you do, just find Arn. He'll steer you the right way. Your dad was friends with Arn.' It was like her dying wish, 'Find Arn.' The key to salvation is Arn Anderson. He's like the Obi-Wan."

It's ratings news time! AEW Rampage did a 0.14 18-49 demo and 455,000 viewers, up from 0.12 and 378,000 the week before. WWE SmackDown did a 0.48 and 2.138 million, well up from 0.23 and 835,000 (on FS1) previously. (SBD)

Austin Theory joined the infamous ranks of people who held and failed to successfully cash in a Money in the Bank briefcase and lose on last night's Raw. What's worse is that he didn't even cash it in for a world title. He tried to cash it in on U.S. champion Seth Rollins after Bobby Lashley put Rollins through the announce table, but Rollins still got the win thanks to Lashley returning to destroy Theory too. Theory tried to get back in the ring before being counted out, and although he did, Rollins hit a curb stomp for the pin. (WWE) The prior four MITB holders to lose after cashing in are Braun Strowman in 2018, Baron Corbin in 2017, Damien Sandow in 2013 and John Cena in 2012.

There will be a women's WarGames match at Survivor Series. Bianca Belair, Asuka and Alexa Bliss will be on one side facing Bayley, Dakota Kai, IYO SKY, and Nikki Cross on the other side. (WWE) Obviously the first team will be searching for two more partners and the second needs one more.

Speaking of Nikki Cross, she defeated Dana Brooke for the 24/7 Title on Raw last night, only to throw it right into a garbage can moments later. (WWE)

Chris Jericho explains why he called out Lamar Jackson on Dynamite: "he thing about Lamar Jackson which is great is like, I know football but I don't live in Baltimore so I'm not very familiar with the Ravens. And Lamar was there earlier, and asked to take a picture with me. He's a big fan of wrestling, a big fan of Chris Jericho. So when I saw him in the crowd, I was like, 'Oh, this is great! We're friends now, we took a picture together. I can say this and he'll get a little laugh out of it. But no one else knows that we just spent 10 minutes prior.' They think, 'Oh, Jericho's just, he's gonna call out Lamar Jackson.' And what it does is get tons of mainstream publicity for AEW, tons of mainstream publicity for Lamar Jackson, everybody wins."
