Elsewhere backstage, Toxic Attraction plan to attack Alba Fyre in a haunted house and drag her back to the arena to finish her once and for all. However, later on we see Toxic Attraction taking off in their vehicle.

* NXT North American Championship - Ladder Match: Nathan Frazer vs. Oro Mensah vs. Wes Lee vs. Von Wagner vs. Carmelo Hayes

Tonight, with the vacant title on the line, we crown a brand new North American Champion! Every man looks up at the title, then the bell dings and Hayes goes for a ladder but Lee superkicks him. The battle ensues and Wagner fights with Frazer and Mensah in the ring until he's taken out. Frazer takes Mensah down, hits a flying crossbody from the top to the floor onto Wagner, and he pulls a ladder from under the ring. Frazer and Mensah hit Hayes with the ladder, they hit Lee as well, they throw the ladder at Lee, Hayes shoves Frazer into the ladder, and Mensah dropkicks a ladder into Wagner. Frazer sends Hayes into the ladder, sets it up in the middle of the ring, clibs up, Mensah stops him, hits an exploder suplex, climbs up himself, Lee pulls him down, Mensah hits a flip kick, and Hayes stops him from climbing. Mensah comes back with a back body drop to Hayes onto a ladder, Lee drops Mensah on the ladder, dropkicks Wagner in the knee, kicks the ladder into his midsection, Wagner shoves him away and takes him down.

Wagner sets up the ladder, slams Mensah into it, hits Frazer with it, blocks a hurricanrana, and powerbombs Frazer onto the ladder! Wagner props a ladder against Lee's face, sets up a ladder, Hayes stops him, Wagner misses a clothesline, Hayes hits a tilt-a-whirl slam, gets back up the ladder, and Frazer drops him wit ha missile dropkick, then Lee legdrops the ladder onto Frazer! "Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit! This is awesome! This is awesome!" Mensah hits the axe kick to Lee, dropkicks Wagner off the apron, springboard moonsault onto Lee laying on a ladder, and now Trick Williams is at ringside to help Hayes as he kicks Mensah in the back of the head, then hits the springboard legdrop to drop him on the ladder with Williams's help. Frazer gets hit with the ladder, but drops Hayes with the inverted SPRINGBOARD SPANISH FLY ONTO THE LADDER!

Wagner choke slams Frazer with authority, Lee counters the choke slam with an enzuigiri, hits a somersault kick, and Hayes does the Cactus Clothesline to Lee. Mensah is back in the ring to set the ladder up, Trick Williams tips the ladder over making Mensah fall onto the group, and several referees check on all five men. Trick Williams and Mr. Stone are in the ring, scaling up the ladder, Williams punches him, Stone hits him with his shoe, Williams falls and knocks over the ladder dropping Stone on the ropes! "NXT! NXT! NXT! NXT!" Mensah gets back in the ring first, climbs up the ladder, Wagner is back in to pull him down as soon as he got his hand on the title, hits Mensah with the ladder, hits Hayes with the ladder, and throws the ladder at Lee and Frazer.

Wagner pulls the TALL ladder from under the ring (nearly hitting a fan) and creates the ladder bridge. Lee hits an enzuigiri to Wagner, the big man falls onto the ladder bridge, and Frazer hits the FROG SPLASH TO WAGNER THROUGH THE LADDER! That ladder bridge didn't last long! Lee hits Frazer with a crossbody from the apron, Mensah hits Lee with flying knees, Hayes drops Mensah with a springboard clothesline using the barricade, and Lee jumps off the steps with a cannonball in front of the announce table! Lee brings a tall ladder into the ring, Wagner is back up and drops him, sets up his own tall ladder, Lee scrambles up, Wagner pulls him back down, and PRESS SLAMS HIM FROM THE RING ONTO THE ANNOUNCE TABLE!

Wagner gets up the ladder, Frazer runs up to punch and kick him down, Wagner catches him, Frazer dumps him out with a hurricanrana, Wagner throws him into the barricade, Mensah tackles Wagner, and Frazer helps Mensah knock Wagner out with another ladder. Time to go for the ladder! Mensah and Frazer quickly race up the ladder in the ring, Frazer blocks a suplex, slams his face onto the ladder, they both reach up, Mensah pushes him down, Hayes tries to hit him with another ladder, lays it across a rung and the ropes, drops Mensah and throws him out the ring. Hayes climbs up the other side, Wes Lee runs up the ladder from outside, hits Hayes with a forearm to the back to stop him, they trade punches over a ladder, Lee drops his face on the ladder, climbs up the rungs, Hayes and Lee are standing on a ladder across the ropes punching each other, Lee kicks him in the head, and hits the METEORA ont othe ladder! Lee goes back up the ladder, gets to the top, and FINALLY GRABS THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!! WINNER and NEW NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPION: WES LEE!!

Vic Joseph notes that this is Wes Lee's FIRST singles championship in any promotion. The crowd chants "You deserve it! You deserve it!" Congratulations to Wes Lee!

JD McDonagh is preparing himself for the main event in the locker room. Several druids bring out a casket for the next match.

Last night in a digital exclusive, Alba Fyre challenged Mandy Rose to meet her at a haunted house. Now, Toxic Attraction arrive at the location to beat up Alba, drag her back to the arena, Jacy Jayne doesn't want to go, Gigi Dolin is all excited for it, and Mandy Rose tells them they are doing this. They take flashlights to go looking for her in the dark, a couple of creepy figures show up, Jacy knocks one down in terror, and Gigi is still excited. The front door opens and Alba calls out to Mandy. Gigi makes fun of Jacy, tells her she loves Halloween, and Mandy suggests they all split up. Jacy is first, terrified of every and anything that moves, and Alba drags her away. Gigi walks up to a table with other creepy creatures sitting there, including Chucky, and Alba shows up. Gigi and Alba have a fight, someone spooks Gigi, and Alba leaves her in a fridge. Next up is Mandy, and she kicks a cloaked man in the nuts. "Put some respect on my name!" Mandy is haunted by an organ playing some notes, Alba shows up, and they have an extended fight using Alba's bat. Alba wins the struggle, fights off Gigi and Jacy outside with the bat, says she's not like everybody else, and she drives off with Mandy unconscious in the back seat.

* Casket Match: Grayson Waller vs. Apollo Crews

The fight right at the bell, Crews dropkicks him, takedown with mounted punches, chops to the chest, floats over, and Waller superkicks him followed by mounted punches. Waller gets on the ropes for the crossover elbow drop, sits up like the Undertaker (seeing as this is a casket match, his specialty), and Crews sits up as well. The fight outside the ring, make their way to the casket, Waller kicks him in the knee, Crews blocks a suplex, Waller blocks a back suplex, so Crews hits an overhead throw. Back in the ring, Waller does a kicking combination, Crews throws him back out the ring, and hits a shotgun dropkick sending him onto the announce table. Waller stabs him with a pen from the table, throws him into the barricade, sends him into the ringpost, they battle on the apron over the casket, Crews sets him up on the top, Crews hits a thumb to the eye, shoves him back and Crews crashes THROUGH the casket! The referees don't know what to do since the lid was supposed to close to win the match, but since Crews went through the lid there's some confusion on the rules. Waller gets in the ring to celebrate, raises his hand in victory, and the lights go out.

When the lights come back on, Crews is gone, and he's at the entrance with the druids bringing ANOTHER CASKET to the ring! Crews throws him into the steps, slams his head onto the steps, picks up the top half, and Waller gets out the way. Crews hits a Samoan drop on the floor, uses the steps to hit a moonsault, and Crews asks the refs to open the new and bigger casket. Crews clotheslines him in the corner, stomps a mudhole in Waller, hits the gutbuster, rolls him towards the casket, drops him in, Waller blocks the lid, slams the lid onto Apollo's neck, throws him in, and Crews blocks the lid from closing. Crews brings Waller inside, they fight on the open casket, knock each other down, Waller scrambles out, Crews drags him back and hiptosses him onto the floor. Crews stands atop the casket, hits the frog splash on the floor, the casket is opened again, Waller fights him off, Crews hits an enzuigiri, but Waller hits the rolling stunner. Waller calls for the end like the Undertaker, sets up for the Tombstone, but Crews counters with a tombstone gutbuster, rolls him into the casket, Waller grabs his fingers through in time to save himself, punches him and jumps out. Waller goes for the rolling stunner again, Crews blocks him, Waller goes for the choke slam, Crews counters, hits the spinebuster into the casket, and finally closes the lid! WINNER: APOLLO CREWS!

Apollo Crews wins the first casket match in NXT!

We get a segment from Chase U. The students were supposed to do homework while researching Halloween Havoc. Duke Hudson is there as an "exchange student" and he answers Andre Chase's question correctly. Bodhi Hayward doesn't trust Duke, and neither does Andre, but they agree that Bodhi needs to continue to learn and study.

Alba Fyre is bringing Mandy Rose back to the arena, knocking her unconscious again as she wakes up. Backstage, Pretty Deadly are interviewed about defending their NXT Tag Team Titles this Tuesday. They are fully in love with themselves, and then the NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance show up to say that THEY are the better tag champs.

* Weapons Wild Match: Cora Jade vs. Roxanne Perez

Cora brings a kendo stick to the ring, and Roxanne brings a skateboard. The bell dings, Cora tries to fight her off but Roxanne swats everything with the skateboard in and out the ring. Jade gets ahold of the skateboard, Perez trips her, slams her head on it, and shoves her out the ring using the skateboard then hits a low torpedo dive. Roxanne brings out a table, lays it against the barricade, finds Jade under the ring, drags her out, and Cora sprays aerosol into Perez's face. Cora swings her into the barricade, throws her back into the ring, grabs four steel chairs and a trash can, slams the trash can on Perez's back as she reaches for a chair, and kicks the can on her head. Roxanne falls out the ring on her head, the ref checks on her, Cora hits her with the trash lid, and also whips her with a bullrope. Cora swings a steel chain, Roxanne moves, hits her with the bullrope, and sends her into the steel steps.

Perez hits a Thesz Press from off the steps, hits her with the trash lid, hits a running European uppercut, slams her head on the apron and sends her back into the ring. Perez takes the kendo stick, hits her with it over and over, and delivers a Russian legsweep with the stick applied for a near-fall. Roxanne hits European uppercuts in the corner, Cora blocks the Pop Rox, hits the high knee, covers for 2, drags her into position, Perez is back up to cut her off on the turnbuckles, and delivers a picture perfect super hurricanrana for a near-fall. Jade runs away from the crowd, Perez chases her up onto the balcony, they battle it out, Cora body slams her, removes the railing, Roxanne uppercuts her, forearms, Perez hesitates, and BOTH WOMEN FALL OFF THE BALCONY THROUGH THE TABLE BELOW!! "HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!"

Roxanne and Cora crawl out from the carnage of the table. They get back to their feet at ringside, Cora beats her up a little bit, sends her in the ring, looks at the pile of chairs laying there, and yells "You were never my friend!" Perez counters the DDT with a back body drop onto the pile of chairs, yells back "You were always my friend," and hits POP ROX ONTO THE PILE OF CHAIRS!! 1-2-3! WINNER: ROXANNE PEREZ!!

What a victory for Roxanne, and Booker T couldn't be prouder! We get a promo for WWE Crown Jewel airing in two weeks. Ilja Dragunov is training in the locker room for the main event, and the Chucky doll is in the locker. We get the announcement that NXT's final premium live event of 2022 will be NXT DEADL1NE live on Saturday, December 10th.

Our host Shotzi is back with her TCB tank, now dressed up as Beetlejuice! "I told you Halloween Havoc would be the most blood-curdling, terrifying and horrific night of the year. Hahahaha! And so far, we have had ladders and caskets and a haunted house. Oh my! And we've seen two women butcher the last remnants of their friendship. And there's still so much more to come! Hahahahaha! Including my co-host..." Out comes "The Super Diva" Quincy Elliott to the ring dressed as a sexy banana. they compliment each other's costumes, and Lash Legend interrupts to spoil the fun. Quincy says Lashin' Out was cancelled a long time ago and dismisses her. Lash says she's got a problem with someone from SmackDown hosting the show when it should be her, and Quincy says hearing her on the mic is worse than anything scary on Halloween. Shotzi intervenes and says she can handle this, so she attacks Lash and drops her with a DDT!

We go backstage again to Schism talking about people wearing masks and removing them to join them under their learning tree. The red-hooded figure is ready to remove their mask on Tuesday, and they will shine a light on hypocricy.

* Ambulance Match: Damon Kemp vs. Julius Creed

The ambulance is backed up to an exit, in position for the final point of the match. There's also a stretcher left at ringside. If Julius Creed loses the match, then Brutus Creed must leave NXT. Damon Kemp comes to the ring with a steel chair with "Julius" spraypainted on it. Julius heads out next throwing pumpkins at Kemp. Julius hits a springboard missile against the chair at Kemp to get this match started! Creed hits a powerslam, Kemp dives for the chiar, Creed hits a German suplex, tackles him out the ring, and throws him into the barricade! Julius delivers a suplex on the floor, they fight down the hallway already and Julius puts him in the ambulance. Kemp uses a crutch to block the door from shutting and keeps him at bay. They fight with crutches, Kemp hits him with a fire extinguisher, Creed fights back and sprays him with it. Julius walks him towards the ambulance but Kemp counters with a back suplex on the floor.

Just as Vic Joselh says he doesn't want them near the announce table, that's exactly where they end up and Kemp shoves Creed into the steel steps and hits him with the top half. They fight back again through the hallway near the ambulance as the nearby crowd cheer and jeer. Kemp slams the door into Creed to hurt and weaken him, then shoves him into the ambulance. Julius kicks the door at Kemp, they fight back through the hallway back to ringside, Julius throws him back into the ring, brings the bottom half of the steps into the ring, Kemp is back in control, and slams him with a urinage onto the step! Kemp takes a moment for an early victory pose on the step, shoves the step to the apron, grabs a wheelchair, and Julius shoves the wheelchair back into him, places him in the seat, locks a crutch across his lap, and shoves Kemp into the steel step with stomps for good measure! Kemp wakes up in the chair as Creed was pushing him, they fight it out, Creed leaps off the apron but Kemp sprays the fire extinguisher up at him.

Creed shoves the stretcher at Kemp, but Kemp shoves him back-first into the ringpost. Creed kicks away the chair, throws the ring bell at him, Kemp throws the chair, Creed whacks him with more projectiles, they fight back in the hallway again, Kemp dumps him into a laundry bin, and shoves the bin into the ambulance a couple of times. Kemp powerslams him into the ambulance, closes one door, slams the other door into Creed's fingers, and Julius still fights back! Creed hiptosses him onto a table, slams him through it, throws a chair at him, they fight at ringside again, and hits him in the back with the steel chair with his name on it repeatedly 10 times, and one more for good measure! Julius powerbombs Kemp onto the stretcher, places the steel chair on him, and clotheslines him. Julius Creed carries Damon Kemp to the ambulance, places him inside, and slams the door shut to be the victor! WINNER: JULIUS CREED!

Brutus Creed's NXT career is safe, thanks to his brother Julius Creed! Brutus Creed and Ivy Nile are in the ring to celebrate with Julius. As the ambulance peels off, Alba Fyre arrives with Mandy Rose trying to get away. They make their way to ringside with Alba throwing her into the ring and she's ready to fight, and the bell dings to make it official!

* NXT Women's Championship: Alba Fyre vs. Mandy Rose {C}

Alba is on fire stomping a mudhole into the champion, but Rose trips her into the turnbuckles to gain an advantage. Alba hits a tornado DDT, covers for 2, stomps on her some more, goes up, and Mandy pushes her down. If Mandy can make it to Wednesday, she'll be champion for a whole year. Mandy is showing her newfound rage beating her down at ringside, brings her back into the ring, hits running shoulder charges, hits a fallaway slam, and covers for a 2-count. Rose kicks her in the back, slams her down, stomps her down in a corner and chokes her on the ropes. Fyre comes back with a clothesline and both women are down.

They slug it out, Alba suplexes her face-first, Mandy side-steps her, plants her with a spinebuster, stacks the cover for a near-fall, Alba counters the finisher, hits a sit-out spinebuster, and gets 2.9! Fyre goes up top, hits the swanton, covers for 1-2-NO as Toxic Attraction pull the referee out the ring! Dragunov counters a suplex with the sleeper hold, hits elbows to the head, McDonagh chops him on the back of the neck, but Dragunov fights back with hard elbow shots.
