Marvin Jackson's lawsuit against WWE for injuries he suffered at WrestleMania 38 has been sent to arbitration. He argued he wasn't bound by the clause that says disputes will be settled by arbitration on the tickets because he did not purchase the tickets himself. Judge Mark T. Pittman did not agree. "Because the Court finds that Jackson is subject to the Arbitration Agreement and there is no real dispute by Jackson's injury falls within the Arbitration Agreement's scope, WWE's motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED. This action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE in favor of arbitral proceedings to be instituted by Jackson against WWE, as provided for in their Arbitration Agreement. See Alford v. Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., 975 F.2d 1161, 1164 (5th Cir. 1992) (upholding dismissal with prejudice of claims when all the party's claims were subject to arbitration). A final judgment will issue by separate order." (PWI)

Chris Jericho deleted his tweet about being assaulted at Mandalay Bay, which seems to signal their dispute has been settled.

Kenny Omega says his career doesn't have much time left: "Time is running thin on the Kenny Omega clock. I can guarantee anyone that sees me perform live that there is a reason for that performance, and I work to make every one special. I wanted this one to be unique and very fun for people who tune in and people who are there live. And I know how competitive Jon is. This will be a grueling, physically demanding and violent cage match."

Jon Moxley has some thoughts on Kenny Omega: "Kenny has been pushing me since day one in AEW. And now I'm far better than I was then in 2019, especially now that I'm not scared of dying of a seizure in the ring. And substance abuse issues are never really over, but it's in the rearview. Mentally, and physically, this is the best I've felt in a long time."
