AJ StylesIn this interview AJ Styles talks about what the World Heavyweight Championship means: "Is it a secondary (title)? Well if the Raw championship is held by Roman, the SmackDown championship is held by Roman, then how can you argue that it's not? We had to make a new championship because Roman holds them all. What happens if he decides to wrestle for the World Heavyweight championship? It is what it is and we got what we got. If we make the best of it, and if and when Roman does challenge for it, we beat the brakes off of him, whomever it might be, then we'll see what title's secondary."

Dakota Kai's injury is a torn ACL that will require surgery. (WO)

From WWE: "Nathalie Mamo, host of WWE's exclusive Arabic digital series, WWE Al An, is set to serve as WWE's official Social Media Ambassador for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this weekend in anticipation of WWE Night of Champions. Throughout the week, you will be able to find Nathalie across WWE's official digital and social media channels as she covers her experiences interviewing Superstars, visiting the one-of-a-kind WWE Champions City and, of course, taking in the action at WWE Night of Champions at the incredible Jeddah SuperDome. In a post to social media Matt Cardona announced the return of Zack Ryder and Z! True Long Island Story.

Here Kip Sabian discusses why he and Penelope Ford rushed their wedding: "We got engaged, and then the idea was pitched to us, 'Do you guys want to do a wrestling wedding?' 'Yeah, sounds great.' As a wrestler, as soon as you're presented with TV time, you're probably going to want to take the TV time. We thought we would have plenty of time to get married, but the timeline of the wrestling wedding got shot up. Don't know of the reason why, but I guess there were changes in plans for stuff down the line, so they had to move it sooner. I'm pretty sure we had maybe three to four weeks to put together the wrestling wedding. I'm very big on bad luck and omens. I didn't want to get pretend married before we got really married because, to me, it could be a bad omen for our real marriage. We had to rush to get that done. We didn't want a big wedding anyway, we wanted to put our money into our house as opposed to our wedding. We did a courthouse wedding, but that was almost canceled. That was two days or the day before we got married before the TV wedding. That was almost canceled because there was a snowstorm. The night before we got married, they called us up and said, 'hey, we can't do it, the roads aren't clear.' We're panicking. The next morning, we get a call, 'If you get here within an hour, we can do it.' We rushed to get ready, we let our family know, we rushed through the snow to the courthouse to do it. Two days later, we got pretend married and Penelope nearly broke her face on the cake because it was so hard."

In this interview John Cena says everything he said to Austin Theory before WrestleMania was discussed ahead of time: "Austin is great and easy to work with. We wrote that together. He was in every step of the process. There comes a point where sometimes people need creative solitudes so they're like, 'I'm going to go away and write my thing, come back, run it by you, and see if it's okay.' Then, there are some guys who are like, 'see you out there.' I can dress for weddings or funerals, just tell me what color suit to wear. I respect everyone's process. I do know, that from all my experience, if you do not have something to care about, you do not have something. My job is to make them care. This is not a process I just do with Austin Theory. That's what I love about WWE. Fans can see through the BS if you don't believe in your character. It's what I said to Austin Theory. 'You are young, you are athletic, you will work for this company, you will do interviews. I don't believe what you do when you're out there. I don't.' I said it to him personally before I said it to him publicly. I'm serious. In a room, with Austin Theory, I said, 'The reason I came back to Boston is because you can't do this yourself yet. You cannot carry a WrestleMania promo yourself yet. If you fail, we waste the equity that I'm willing to give. In that match, if I get hurt, I hold up production, which puts 300 people out of work. Let's do this right. Let's get some equity here.' Then you start thinking about the angles, what's the most important thing, what's our story? 'I don't believe what you do,' that's what I'm going with."
