In this interview "Stone Cold" Steve Austin talks about renegotiating his royalty payments with Vince McMahon: "WWE gets you royalty checks every quarter. I remember when I first came up with that (Austin 3:16) shirt, those shirts were everywhere, and I went and had a conversation with Vince, and I said 'Hey man, I seen a lot of t-shirts out there, and I notice that my royalty check doesn't reflect that.' It became known as the Austin Deal. Vince wanted to hand-deliver this one to me because he goes 'Steve, I'm just giving this to you because I've never given out a check like this before. To anyone.'"

WWE has filed a new response to MLW's amended lawsuit that claims the lawsuit is now without any merit whatsoever. "These admissions are fatal to MLW's monopolization claim. Hoping to diminish them, MLW told the Court that Reelz would prematurely cancel its contract with MLW because of WWE and it labeled AEW and WOW 'de minimis' competitors. In actuality, Reelz extended its ten-week trial run with MLW, and MLW just announced multiple new, 'hugely important' media rights agreements with a streaming service, FITE. As for AEW, far from being a de minimis competitor, it just expanded the sale of its media rights to WarnerBros.-Discovery ('WBD') for a reported $240 million per year." The next hearing in the case is June 15th. (PWI)

Billy Corgan talks about his early experiences with pro wrestling: "I lived, when I was about four years old, with my great-grandmother, who was in her 80's and a Belgian national. My great-grandfather had been divorced from my grandmother, so I lived with them when I was about four and they used to watch wrestling late on Friday night and seemingly early Saturday morning. I mean, it's obviously a faint memory, but I remember watching it."
