Jim Ross has mentioned many times on his blog that he'll be opening a BBQ restaurant, and now the official word is that the grand opening for Jim Ross' BBQ restaurant will be on June 27th. (PWI) Not so coincidentally his blog has been updated again today and you can read the latest entry here plugging orders for his sauce and jerky direct from WWE ShopZone.
The final rating for last week's edition of Smackdown was a 2.4 with a 4.8 audience share. I can't explain the #'s any more; at this point Smackdown is a better show than both Raw & ECW combined so why they keep slipping fuck-all if I know. Maybe there's a lot of bitter Undertaker fans who stopped watching when he went down. (PWI)
John Cena and Ron 'The Truth' Killings apparently had a confrontation of sorts this past Monday morning around 7 AM at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina. Cena apparently saw Killings at the airport and approached him. Cena was upset with Killings over negative comments Killings had made about Cena during a few promos he put on YouTube. Cena apparently stared him down and wanted him to say something in person but the two merely exchanged glances before going their separate ways. Damn shame, this could have been shoot fight of the century. Somebody get Dana White to put them in an Octagon. The dark match main event for next Monday's Raw in Tampa is scheduled to be Great Khali vs. John Cena. Smell the workrate! (PWI) And for what it's worth the Vengeance PPV in June is being advertised as "The Night Of Champions" show that Vince McMahon keeps talking about. (PWI)
