WWE has a big headache in developmental as Ted DiBiase Jr. was arrested this morning in Tampa, Florida and charged with a DUI. DiBiase was arrested at 3:30 AM after he crashed his SUV into another vehicle but thankfully there were no serious injuries. When police arrived DiBiase appeared to be impaired and was given a breathalizer test, which came back 0.138 and 0.137. In Florida anything above 0.08 is considered "impaired." And speaking of developmental the recently released Roadkill posted on his MySpace page about his release to clear up some rumors he says are not true. You can check out his thoughts here. (PWI)

The www.mediatakeout.com is reporting that Eminem is secretly training to make an in ring appearance with WWE. WWE has been considering a celebrity match for WrestleMania, but have not made any firm plans. (PWI)

On May 19th Raw will take place at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, with tickets going on sale March 15th. This show comes just four days prior to the anniversary of the death of Owen Hart in the same building on May 23rd back in 1999. (PWI)

Hollywood trade sheet Variety printed new details on the next round of WWE Films projects today. Renny Harlin is set to direct 12 Rounds, which will star John Cena. Joining the cast of the film are Steve Harris (The Practice), Aidan Gillen (The Wire), and Brian White (Stomp the Yard). Shooting begins in New Orlanes on February 25th. (411)

Sky in the UK has confirmed that WWE programming will begin broadcasting in HD starting on March 17th with RAW. The Thursday replay of RAW will not be in HD, while a new Friday morning replay will air in HD. Smackdown debuts in HD on March 21st followed by ECW on March 27th. WrestleMania 24 will also be available in HD for no extra charge. (411)
