Obviously the fans were hot about WWE after No Way Out as Monday night's edition of Raw scored a 4.0 rating, up sharply from last week's 3.4 rating. (WO) I'll even go so far as to say the Mayweather angle may have been a huge part of it. We'll know for sure once quarter hours are available.

Although WWE originally wanted to do a Rey Mysterio & Oscar De La Hoya vs. Floyd Mayweather & MVP match at WrestleMania that plan fell through when De La Hoya said he wasn't interested. When De La Hoya declined Vince McMahon decided he wanted to put Big Show in this angle and push his return hard. Even as late as this weekend there was talk of doing Rey & Mayweather vs. Big Show & MVP but then talk switched to using Shane McMahon in MVP's place. Since Rey is injured and unavailable for WrestleMania it will be Big Show vs. Mayweather in some sort of match and it won't be a "shoot" as they say in the biz. (F4W)

Shane-O-Mac had been pushing hard for WWE to use Floyd Mayweather ever since meeting him several months ago in Las Vegas. Shane is a big boxing & MMA fan who pushes WWE to do some sort of boxing/MMA/K-1 style match every year. (F4W)

Amish Roadkill's firing from WWE two weeks ago stems from the fact he was selling WWE merchandise at OVW house shows. That's a huge no-no in WWE as they don't want any of their wrestlers under contract selling merchandise. Someone in OVW snitched on Roadkill to the office and that's why he was let go. (WO)

Two announcements from WWE - first the Raw show on March 10th will be three hours starting at 8:00 PM, 7:00 Central. Make sure to adjust your DVR accordingly. Secondly the next One Night Stand PPV (that's such an idiotic PPV name these days) will be taking place June 1st in San Diego.

Apparently Colin Delaney has signed a contract with WWE. He was scheduled to defend a title at a 2/9 NWA Empire show but opted to vacate the title instead, at which point he said goodbye to everyone and thanked them for their support. He didn't outright say he had signed with WWE but that's the conclusion you'd have to draw from his actions, not to mention the fact he showed up bandaged up and selling his beatings from ECW. (WO)

Lance Storm has posted a new commentary on his website criticizing Undertaker's gogoplata MMA submission hold. You can read his comments here.

WWE discovered their newest diva Angela Fong while she was a cheerleader for the Canadian Football League's British Columbia Lions. Back in May, Fong appeared at a beauty pageant in Las Vegas and WWE had a scout on site who got in touch with her. (WO)

Great Khali's translator/manager Ranjin Singh is off TV indefinitely. Singh was "injured" this past Sunday at No Way Out. According to an article on WWE.com, Singh sustained a fractured patella after he was kicked from the entrance of the Elimination Chamber to the ground by Undertaker at No Way Out. Singh is actually fine as this is just a storyline and there's no word yet if this was simply a way to write his character off of television. (WO)

Nick 'Eugene' Dinsmore returned to Ohio Valley Wrestling last week to do a TV angle where he woke up and his time as Eugene was all a bad dream. He is now back to being the old "Mr. Wrestling" Nick Dinsmore again and wearing regular tights. He defeated contracted WWE developmental wrestler Andrew Vain on last week's OVW TV show. (WO)

The word is that the gender of Stephanie McMahon's second baby is a girl and that she's due to deliver this summer. (WO)

Sho Funaki suffered a nose injury at a Smackdown taping two weeks ago. While WWE.com noted the injury online the full details are that it was due to a stiff shot from Vladimir Kozlov in a dark match. Funaki needed five stitches to close the wound and may have had his nose broken to boot. (WO)

RVD wrote an article for the latest edition of Canibus Culture Magazine where he talks about marijuana use by athletes and whether it enhances athletic performance. You can check out the CCM website here.

Last (and definitely least) WWE.com added a profile on Mike Adamle here.
