John Cena gave an interview to Men's Fitness magazine you can read here. Among other topics Cena discusses his own workout regimen and double standards in steroid testing. Sadly he does not "shoot" on said double standards the same way he "shot" on The Rock.

ECW's rating is in and they scored a 1.2 cable rating last night. (WO) When your main events are won by countout, I wouldn't really expect anything better than that.

Matt Hardy has posted some cryptic comments on his personal blog - you be the judge what this means but to me "said individual" sounds like Jeff Hardy.

Said individual is fine. I don't want my thoughts exaggerated or misconstrued at this delicate time. I was at one past time concerned. I am not currently concerned. People will never stop being human. And great people will never stop being great people. Even with surmountable speedbumps in their path--whether they're forced to involuntarily cross them or even if they accidentally built them. Timing can be either fantastic or disastrous. Sometimes timing ends up correctly or incorrectly defining an individual, regardless of if it's right or wrong.

You can read Hardy's full blog entry here.

Due to high school basketball in the Washington DC area, Smackdown will be preempted on both WDCW and Direct TV Channel 385 this Friday night. The show will air on Sunday at 10:00 PM instead. (PWI) All I can say is BEEN THERE, DONE THAT since Smackdown was pre-empted the last two weeks in a row in Omaha for high school basketball.

Vince McMahon will be having both his son Shane and his son-in-law Triple H speak on his behalf at Friday's ceremony where he gets a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. WWE.com has an article about the ceremony here. Somehow I doubt Trips willl be telling Vince to SUCK IT!!!

We've got some news on new wrestling books coming out if you're interested. Ted DiBiase's autobiography titledThe Million Dollar Man will be released June 10th. Gorgeous George: The Outrageous Bad-Boy Wrestler Who Created Pop Culture by John Capouya is scheduled for a September release. An Andre the Giant biography is slated for later this year and books by Tito Santana, Chris Kanyon and Larry Zbyszko are also planned for release this year. (PWI)

Tommy Dreamer gave an interview to the Speed Channel show "Pinks." WWE.com posted excerpts from the interview here.

WWE is now working with Second Wind Dreams, a group similar to the Make-A-Wish Foundation except geared toward the elderly. Channel 14 news in Charlotte ran a story about an 82-year-old woman who will get to meet both Shawn Michaels and HHH at an upcoming house show in Fayetteville, NC. (WO)

Maria news abounds! WWE's WrestleMania Fan Axxess tour will be in Nashville, Tennessee this Saturday and Sunday. Both Maria and Val Venis will hold an autograph session there on Saturday running from noon to 2:00 PM local time. Considering Maria is there if you're planning to go for an autograph I'd arrive and get in line early! It's reported she's also holding an autograph signing tonight at The Element in Hollywood, CA from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM local time so if you were going to go I'd put down the mouse and leave now! And in our final bit of Maria related news WWE was No. 1 in sports on the Yahoo buzz chart yesterday, while Maria was No. 9. (WO)

Last but not least for what it's worth MultiChannel.com that based on the strength of Raw, USA Network won the cable ratings war for the 10th straight week in a row.
