We're ready for another hot night of action, as "Mr. Money in the Bank" CM Punk faces Chris Jericho in the main event, but we're going to roll right into our ECW featured match!

ECW Championship: champion Christian Cage vs. "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer

The ECW Original, Tommy Dreamer, may be getting his last shot ever at winning the ECW Championship as champion Christian Cage has granted him a title shot. Todd Grisham & Matt Striker recap Tuesday's ECW where Cage was attacked by former champion "the All-American American" Jack Swagger shoved Cage off the ramp, injuring his knee, but Cage would go on to defeat challenger Paul Burchill. Afterwards Cage accepted Dreamer's challenge and made the match for tonight. Tony Chimel gives us the official introduction, and then the bell.

Both men slap hands as they circle the ring, collar-and-elbow tie-up, Dreamer puts Cage in the corner, but Cage reverses, referee gets a clean break. Dreamer with a reverse waistlock into a side headlock, Cage whips him off the ropes, Dreamer with a shoulder block into a quick cover, Christian kicks out and we're at a stand-off. Both men lock up again,  Cage with a reverse waistlock into a side headlock takeover down to the mat. Dreamer gets to his feet, punches out, whips Cage into a corner, charges, Cage ducks it, armdrag on Dreamer out of the corner, Dreamer reverses with a headscissor lock. Cage scrambles to his feet, breaks the hold, tries for an elbow drop, Dreamer rolls out of the way, snatches up Cage in an ankle lock.

Cage gets to his feet, Dreamer with a body slam, goes for an elbow drop, Cage rolls out of the way then slaps Dreamer hard into the corner. Whip out, reversal by Dreamer and catches Cage with a bulldog out of the buckle, cover and a hook of the leg gets a two count. Dreamer charges at Cage with a clothesline, Cage pulls down the top rope and Dreamer goes over, Cage follows up with a splash on Dreamer to the outside, Dreamer ducks it and Cage eats the floor! Dreamer gets on the apron and hits a cannonball dive on Cage! Cage is holding his knee and we take a commercial.

We come back and Dreamer with a side slam on Cage, cover and a two count. Dreamer ties up the left leg that Christian injured during the break, tries to fight it off, Dreamer kicks him in the knee. Cage fires back with some punches, Dreamer responds with a dropkick to the injured knee to knock Cage down a peg. Dreamer puts Cage on his shoulder, backs up for the big running power slam, covers for a pin, two count. Cage limps off to a corner and fends of Dreamer's attack with a trio of kicks, goes to the top turnbuckle for a dropkick, but the crafty veteran Dreamer backs up, sweeps the legs and powerbombs Cage! Dreamer takes the legs and tries for a Boston Crab, but Cage is able to crawl to the ropes and grab ahold, breaking the hold.

Cage rolls out to the apron, Dreamer reaches over to pick him up, Cage catches him with an European uppercut then snaps his neck backwards over the top rope. Cage rolls back in, only to be caught off-guard with a short-arm clohtesline from Dreamer as he popped back up. Both men are taking it easy as the referee counts, getting back to their feet by seven. Dreamer with a few jabs, whips Cage off the ropes for a big back body drop, goes for a body slam, but Dreamer holds on and converts it into an inverted DDT, cover, two count. Dreamer picks up Cage, but Cage fights him, goes for his own inverted DDT, Dreamer gets out, goes to bounce off the ropes, Cage catches him with the inverted DDT again, covers, two count. 

Cage tries for the Killswitch, but Dreamer drives him into the corner and tries to hang him in the Tree of Woe. Cage elbows out, climbs up top, goes for moonsault, Dreamer catches him and rolls him up into a pin, two count. Cage charges, Dreamer pulls down the top rope, Cage goes over but hangs onto the rope, using it to pop himself back onto the apron and climb to the top turnbuckle. Dreamer climbs up to meet him, they trade punches, then Dreamer with the Superplex back down to the mat, but both men go down. Dreamer crawls over... hooks the leg... 1... 2... KICKOUT! 

Both men crawl to their feet, Dreamer tries for a side headlock, Cage tries to reverse it into the Killswitch, Dreamer reverses it into an Exploder Suplex, covers, Cage kicks uot. Dreamer picks up Cage, but Cage drives Dreamer to the corner, Dreamer tries to counter with a clothesline, Cage ducks it and uses the ropes for the Pendilum kick, then goes up top one more time for a diving headbutt. Dreamer rolls out of the way and Cage kills himself on the mat. 

Jack Swagger, dressed in full ring gear, comes down to ringside. Dreamer sees him first and dares him to come in, Christian Cage clubs Dreamer from behind, then sees Swagger as well. Swagger gets up on the apron, Cage comes over, Swinger slaps Cage and draws the bell from the referee. Cage whips Swagger into the ring and pummels him, Dreamer lays in some punches, Cage lays in some punches, and together they clothesline Swagger out of the ring.

WINNER: No Contest. Swagger backs off to the ramp, Dreamer and Cage shake hands. Dreamer points to the title and says he wants another shot at the belt, Cage nods and starts to walk off. Dreamer grabs the belt and won't let him walk away, the two men trade words, then Jack Swagger starts talking smack from ringside and both men turn to face him. We take a break, recap the end of the match, and then play a promo video for Jack Swagger. 

Josh Matthews interviews Chris Jericho in the back, asks Jericho about his match against Rey Mysterio last Sunday at Judgment Day. Jericho cuts him off and says he isn't going to allow Matthews to try to twist his words, and feels disrespected. He wants to focus on talking about CM Punk tonight. Jericho says that Punk's popularity is only due to the fact that he's currently holding the "Money in the Bank" briefcase. He them babbles on about other WWE superstars not being able to lay any claim to fame because they do not measure up to the standard of greatness that Jericho has set. Off to another break.

Kofi Kingston vs. William Regal

Regal start off with a wrist lock, Kingston is able to counter it, Regal tries to whip Kingston off the ropes, Kingston cartwheels through it. Lock up, Regal with a side headlock, Kingston whips him off the ropes, Regal takes him down with a shoulder block and goes back into a side headlock, Kingston whips him off the ropes, leapfrogs over Regal, catches him on the rebound with a high elbow, cover and a two count. Regal tries to whip Kingston off the ropes, Kingston counters with an armdrag, then a headscissor, but Regal refuses to go down and throws Kingston off. 

Kingston backs off into a corner, Regal comes over and pummels him with forearm smashes and punches, then a knee to the face, back into the side headlock in the middle of the ring. Kingston tries to power out, Regal grabs the back of the hair to pull him down to the mat, then insists to the ref that he grabbed the chin. Regal puts Kingston in the corner, Kingston fights back with lefts and rights, Regal slaps the taste out of his mouth with a punch, but Kingston with a monkey flip to try to change the tide. Both men reel off with forearm shots and punches, Kingston gets the upperhand with a pair of sledgehammer punches, a dropkick, and the high standing legdrop, goes for the cover, Regal kicks out.

Regal begs off to the corner, Kingston runs up and splashes him, lays in some punches, but Regal counters with a punch of his own, followed by a backdrop that has Kingston landing on his head. Regal backs off to a corner and then jeers the fans. He charges Kignston,  Kingston pops up and nails Regal with the Trouble in Paradise, cover, 1-2-3.

WINNER: Kofi Kingston. BOOM BOOM BOOM! We go backstage and see CM Punk walking under the stadium seats as we take a commercial, playing a promo for the WrestleMania XXV DVD, available now in stores. 

We come back and go into a video package highlighting the recent scuffle between WWE President Vince McMahon and the Pepsi Center regarding the scheduling conflict for next week's Raw and the NBA Playoffs. Vince McMahon took advantage of the situation to go to the media and make an ass of himself, the Pepsi Center staff and the Nuggets for supposedly not having enough faith in the team to lock up the date for the Nuggets in case they made it to the playoffs. WWE booked the arena months in advanced and waited until mid-April before being told to go ahead and start promoting the show and selling tickets by the Pepsi Center. In the end, the STAPLES Center, owned by the Los Angeles Lakers, stepped up and offered the venue to WWE.

Announced for this Monday on Raw: Vince McMahon calls out Denver Nuggets order Stan Kronke, and a 5-on-5 "Lakers vs. Nuggets" challenge. Batista, MVP, Cena, Jerry Lawler & a mystery man vs. Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, The Miz & Big Show.

"Mr. Money in the Bank" vs. Chris Jericho

We lock up, Jericho gets the upper-hand with a side headlock, fans chanting wildly for Punk. Punk whips Jericho off the ropes, Jericho takes him down with a shoulder block. Punk leapfrogs over Jericho the next go-around and dropkicks Jericho out of the ring. Jericho tries to walk off, Punk rolls out and throws him back in. Jericho tries to bounce off the ropes to catch Punk when he gets in the ring, but Punk counters with a flying lariat to take Jericho down. Punk with a nice belly-to-back suplex, cover and a two count. 

Punk winds up the arm and kicks Jericho in the chest a few times, goes for another cover, Jericho kicks right out and then backs off into the corner, hides behind the ref and then reaches around the ref to cheap shot Punk with a slap. Jericho headbutts Punk into the corner, whips him off the ropes and delivers a stiff reverse elbow into the chest, followed by a kick to the back and a running Yakuza kick to the head. Jericho headbutts Punk into the corner, then whips him out to the opposite corner, charges, Punk leaps over, grapevines the arms in his own legs, then TARANTULA~! over the ropes! Punk leaps up to the top turnbuckle and flies with another lariat, covers, two count. 

Punk sets up Jericho for the GTS, Jericho elbows out, bounces off the ropes and kicks Punk in the side of his leg to take him down.  Jericho takes his time to pick up Punk and hanging him over the top rope, then bounces off the corner with a springboard dropkick into Punk's face, sending him to the mat. We take a break, come back, Jericho is going for a pin on Punk, Punk kicks out. Jericho pulls Punk up and puts him in an Abdominal Stretch in the middle of the ring, hammer fisting the ribs for added punishment. Punk tries to use his elbows on Jericho's exposed knee, but Jericho doesn't relent. Punk hulks up and then hip tosses Jericho out of it, tries to bounce off the ropes for a quick splash, but Jericho gets the boots up to block it, goes for a pin on Punk, Punk barely kicks out. 

Jericho takes his time picking Punk off of the mat, driving him into the corner with a trio of shoulderblocks, then a pair of arrogant slaps to the face. Punk is whipped out to the opposite corner, Jericho charges with another shoulder block, Punk dodges it and Jericho's shoulder meets the ring post. Punk follows up with a punch to the head, a pair of kicks to the leg, kick to the midsection, kick to the face, whip off the ropes and a heel kick to the face, running kneelift in the corner, followed with the bulldog out of the corner! Punk goes for the cover... 1... 2... kickout by Jericho. Punk holds his ribs, but picks up Jericho, lays in a few knees to the midsection, whips Jericho into the ropes. Jericho hangs on, Punk charges, Jericho drops him over the top rope, but Punk hangs on, scrambles to the top turnbuckle and flies with a cross-body block that catches Jericho off-guard. Punk covers, Jericho kicks off. 

Punk tries for a few more kicks to the body, but Jericho counters with a step-up enziguri of his own. Jericho talks some smack, tells Punk to get up, bounces off the ropes and Punk catches him with a kick to the side of the head! Punk goes for a cover, Jericho kicks out, Punk covers and hooks the leg again, another kick out. Punk whips Jericho off the ropes, ducks down for a back body drop, Jericho kicks to the face, bounces off the ropes and gets caught in the set-up for the GTS! Jericho wiggles out, whips Punk off the ropes and dropkicks him. Jericho tries to bounce off the ropes, Punk catches him in the GTS again, Jericho rolls out and tries to get Punk in a small package, decides instead to go for the Walls of Jericho, but Punk flips himself over and pulls Jericho into an inside cradle for a pin attempt, 1... 2... 3!

WINNER: CM Punk. Jericho is not happy with the loss, and cheapsots Punk after the match and then takes him out with the Codebreaker! The fans start booing and start a "YOU SUCK! YOU SUCK!" chant as Jericho's music plays instead.
