Matt Riddle's legal team filed a motion on December 3rd in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Eastern Division) to dismiss Candy Cartwright's lawsuit (real name Samantha Tavel) for numerous reasons including  the lawsuit due to a number of reasons, including failure to meet the federal requirements for a pleading that goes beyond speculative (shades of Trump there) plus jurisdictional issues. The ShowBuzzDaily.com report on this week's Raw is not good for WWE. The show did a 0.51 18-49 demo and 1.736 million viewers, declines in both categories over a 0.52 demo and 1.741 million viewers a week ago. At least they can claim it was only a SLIGHT drop.
