Tony: "Well, who am I to stand here? Here you go, buddy."

Sting: "Wait, Tony, are you kidding me? Bring it in, give me a hug. I mean, Tony, how long has it been? 25 years? I have to give you a huge thanks for my career, I don't know how many times I've thought about you yelling, 'It's Sting!' People keep coming up to me and saying how much they used to love that. Can we get one more just for old time's sake?"

Tony: "It's Sting!"

Cody: "Welcome back. I suppose I should be asking you, or thanking you, for the assist last week. But I suppose I should get to the point. I have been waiting to share a ring with you for a very, very long time."

Sting: "Cody, I'm not here for you. At least not yet. There's something really familiar about this place, something that makes me feel at home. Something really, really familiar. (points to Darby in the crowd) I look at the anals around here, a lot of things are the same, a lot really different. But the point is, I'm in the jungle. I'm at home, in the jungle, on TNT. The Stinger is home once again."

Cody: "Like I said, sir. Welcome back."

Sting: "Cody, I know that you know every single thing that goes on around this place. But you know me, and you know what I say. The only thing that's for sure about Sting is that nothing's for sure. Except this: I am signed with AEW, and I plan on staying close to the AEW fans and in this promotion for a long time. I plan on spending a lot of time right here. But the way I choose to play, Cody, is my business. (slaps Cody on the back and pulls him in) See you around, kid."

Your legacy has gone through five decades, but your name comes with pressure. Here alone, you are but the 3rd most important Rhodes. We can help you. Will you take your rightful place as Seven of the Dark Order?"

Tony Schiavone points out he definitely doesn't want to be that particular number.

Uno: "What do you say, Seven? You know what's right!"

Dustin starts to make the Dark Order gesture, but instead slaps Uno. Uno tells the rest of Dark Order not to swarm.

Shaq says he doesn't have any beef with Cody, he was just fooling around on Twitter, but he'd love to see Cody vs. Jade. As Brandi's walking off, Shaq says that Brandi could learn some pointers from Jade. She responds by throwing a glass of water on him and calling him an asshole.

Inner Circle hit the ring.

Jericho: "So it's a very serious night for the Inner Circle, this could be the last time you ever see us together in an AEW ring. The reason for that is that last week, I said that we had seven days to decide if we want to make Inner Circle the most dominant faction in history, or if we're done forever. Because this shit isn't what I had in mind when I put Inner Circle together, it's not what I wanted when I added MJF and Wardlow. But now Sammy doesn't like MJF, Wardlow doesn't like Hager, Ortiz is disgusted at all of us, Santana's so pissed off he didn't even show up to work today."

MJF: "Can I just take the floor for a second? I want to say, I love you all. Ortiz, you're my ese. But I think I might be the issue. I see what people are writing on social media, that I want to break up this group. But let me make one thing clear: I sought out this group because I wanted to be the best in pro wrestling. And this hurts me. It hurts that Sammy would betray--"

Jericho: "MJF, we talked about this months ago. We all watch Dynamite, we saw what you did. You took the towel from Wardlow, you were about to throw it in--"

MJF: "Simple misunderstanding, I had sweat in my eyes."

Ortiz: "Look, I understand something: the two of you are assets. Really solid for the group. As people, not so much. Wardlow, I love you, never change. MJF, you're growing on me. Like a fungus, but you're growing on me. Sammy, shake his hand. I get it, you don't like him. We didn't choose him, Chris did. But in life, you don't always choose the hand you're dealt. Be the bigger man. You're better than him, and you know it. Shake his hand."

Sammy: "Alright, I'll shake his hand. Chris, I trust you, you brought me into the Inner Circle. I'll shake his hand. But I tell you, one more thing, and I mean one more thing, and I'll quit the Inner Circle. One more thing. I'm serious."

They shake hands.

Jericho: "Listen, this is huge, man. I appreciate you standing up for yourself, I appreciate what Ortiz said, are we all on the same page?"

Hager: "I've got a question: why is this dude staring at me?"

Wardlow: "Staring at you? You've been staring at me since I got in this company!"

Jericho: "Why don't we just both agree to stop staring at each other?"

Hager: "I can stop staring any time I want."

Wardlow: "So can I."

Jericho: "Then do."

MJF: "I know we've got a really great main event tonight, I'm going to beat the shit out of Orange Cassidy for beating my best friend twice, which is hard to do, trust me, I know."

Jerich: "Max. You're ruining it. Let's throw it in there!"

They all throw up middle fingers in unity.

Alex Marvez interviews FTR. Cash takes the blame for losing the tag titles because he went for a high flying move, Tully says he can't take that on himself. Dax says they're still the best.

Winner: Abadon

Abadon keeps beating Price after the bell, Hikaru Shide comes out with a kendo stick, stares her down trepidatiously, then clubs her with the stick and helps Price out of the ring. Abadon sits up, Shida and Price retreat quickly.

Chris Jericho says the rest of Inner Circle will accompany MJF for his match tonight.

Omega and Callis arrive by helicopter in the parking lot. Alex Marvez attempts an interview, Kenny talks about how cool their arrival was before making a formal entrance.

Tony: "Alright, we're here with the champion, Kenny Omega, and Don Callis. Alright, champ, I have a couple questions. What about the gentleman's agreement last week? I've been in the business a long time, I've never been more disgusted."

Callis: "Tony's upset? Everyone else is upset. The fans are upset, Tony Khan's upset. Tony Khan, you're welcome, there's your first lesson in wrestling, kid. But Kenny made history by appearing on Impact on AXS TV. How long was this planned? Weeks? Months? How about years. I've known Kenny since he was 10 years old, saw him become the best wrestler in the world. Three years ago, I booked Kenny Omega vs. Chris Jericho in the Tokyo Dome, a match Tony Khan admits there would be no AEW without. You wanted the best bout machine, seven-star Omega, well, you've got him."

"You didn't see me at the start of AEW on my hands and knees begging Tony Khan to give my friends and family a job. I bided my time, for over a year. Last week, what you saw wasn't just a seven-star match, it was a performance. And you fell for it. I don't care if you at home fell for it, I don't care if Tony Khan fell for it, Jerry Lynn, but you, Jon, you fell for it. You left it all in the ring, and yeah, I used a microphone, but no one kicks out of the One Winged Angel. And you thought last week was a surprise, we're just getting started."

"They aren't ready for this. They can't handle it. You've been waiting over a year for this, give 'em what they want, do the thing."

"I must bid you adieu. Goodbye, mwah, and goodnight, bang!"

Main Event: Dynamite Diamond Ring: MJF vs. Orange Cassidy

I debated putting a (c) beside MJF, but I'm not sure that's technically what's going on here.

MJF charges Cassidy, beats him down, grabs the sunglasses and breaks them, suplex for zero, MJF with a suplex, chokes Cassidy with his own t-shirt, drags him up, Cassidy with Stundog Millionaire, drags him to the apron, Cassidy with a kick, Orange Punch, misses and hits the ring post, MJF with a powerbomb onto the apron, wrenches Cassidy's hand in the turnbuckle screw, wrenches the hand in the ring, misses an avalanche, but hits a flapjack, stomp, back fist for two, tosses Cassidy to the floor, Inner Circle swarms and attacks, Sammy tosses him into the ring post, into the ring, commercial.

Back on air, Cassidy has friends now, including Brandon Cutler and that team that faced the Bucks a few weeks ago, I've forgotten their name, Cassidy rebounds, DDT, goes up top, diving DDT for two, kicks, rollup for two, MJF with an arm drag into the turnbuckle, double underhook shoulder breaker, double underhook powerbomb for two, toss to the apron, MJF presses him to the floor, suicide senton, Inner Circle menace him, Heat Seeker on the way back into the ring for two as MJF puts his feet on the ropes, but Best Friends alert the ref, MJF grabs Jericho's bat, tries to make it look like Cassidy hit him, but Cassidy refuses to grab the bat, MJF goes to hit him, Cassidy feigns being struck, the ref removes the bat, Cassidy with Beach Break for two, MJF goes for Salt of the Earth, elbows the hand, breaks the fingers, Cassidy hits Orange Punch, clutches his hand, and covers for two, hits a second Orange Punch for two as Wardlow puts MJF's foot on the bottom rope, a full-scale brawl breaks out on the floor, Miro runs in and hits Cassidy with a clothesline, MJF covers for three.

Winner: MJF
