Mon. #1 is HERE. To help out subscribe to Mistah MegaManFan or support us on Patreon. Don't miss WWE Raw highlights later tonight! With the cheap plugs out of the way here's Monday's latest wrestling news.

Via Instagram Randy Orton talked about his respect for the late Brodie Lee/Luke Harper (Jon Huber): "I knew Luke from work. I always called him Luke. Some of us call each other by our ring names, some real names. It gets confusing, but I always called him Luke. I've been in a wwe lockeroom more than half of my existence, and there is an unwritten code. Respect is at the top. You all have heard about how much we all respected Luke, about how much we all enjoyed his presence. It is a fact. I'm telling ya, on the back of a bus, traveling and away from family for weeks in a row, he was one of the ones I'd make sure to secure a seat on that bus next to. I'm not perfect, Brodie Leenever thought I was. Neither was he. But talking to him, and conversing about our families, as most husbands/fathers do on these trips at some point, I learned that he was near perfect when it came to how he loved his sons and his wife Amanda. His wife was close to my wife, and she considers Amanda one of her dear friends when it comes to the word 'friend' in this biz. You see, many times there are acquaintances, or co workers, or fellow talent, but with Kim and Amanda, I felt as if they had that female intuition thing going on and were meant to be friends. Amanda's attitude about the business her husband was in was a very positive one. It had given them everything, as it has me and my family. But often, as in most professions there are times when you get down on your current status. Luke and I often talked about the biz, and how it affected our lives, our families, and us as men. I remember him saying that he wanted to do more, and knew that he was capable of doing more. He was. Seeing him have the balls to take that leap of faith and seeing him make the decision was an inspiration to me. I was always very proud of him and out of my peripheral vision I watched him as a fellow 20 year vet and saw many things that impressed me. Not just his work inside the ring, but how he treated others in the back. I'm telling you guys reading this, that this mans character IS unmatched. I have many stories involving Luke and I, and I will always cherish them. Know that he was a great human being. I will be in that same lockeroom tomorrow and look forward to sharing stories about my friend, Luke. #RIPLukeHarper."

Jon Huber (Brodie) had been dealing with his condition for two months before his passing. He was originally only supposed to be off TV for a couple of weeks after losing the TNT title to Cody Rhodes, but he started to have problems doing his regular workouts, and then was diagnosed with his lung problem not long after that. New WWE related videos are available below.

Long time German language announcer Carsten Schaefer has announced his retirement from WWE. He wasn't able to come to any shows in the U.S. due to the global pandemic, and WWE has been using locally based German announcers for their international broadcasts instead. (WO)

From Ring of Honor: "Dalton Castle's pick for #12DaysofHonor: his match vs Cody from Final Battle 2017!"

In this interview RVD says he has not been in talks with AEW: "I'm not in talks with Chris Jericho or anyone in AEW. I'm all about the money. You know, people don't understand. Some fans are ignorants. They don't understand it's a business. Some people think that when I had the WWE belt and the ECW belt, I was in my prime, and they probably think that I wish I was still there. But now I make 20 to 30 times in one match what WWE was paying me in the lowest. I could make that much more money in 1 match than in 20 matches. Why would you want work 30 matches to make the same money that you can work one match and make money? That's something fans can't understand cause they think we just love to be in the ring 24/7."

Via Twitter Dax Harwood of FTR shared his own Brodie Lee story: "3 years ago, my wife had a miscarriage. We didn't tell very many people. We told the Hubers. During a difficult time in our lives, Jon & Amanda would text and call my wife and I just to see how we were doing. They sent flowers, cards, and care packages. That's the kind of people they are. That's the kind of people this world needs. That's the kind of person I need to be. I love you Jon. Thanks for everything. This Knob Creek is for you."

Riho's current contract with STARDOM came to a close at Year End Climax and she is now a free agent. (WO)

MLW reports that Septimo Dragon is in the hospital after a motorcycle accident. The extent of his injuries is unknown but it has to be pretty serious as his friends are trying to crowdfund whatever surgery/surgeries he needs. Our thoughts and prayers are with them all.

Wrestling legend Danny Hodge actually passed away on Christmas Eve, not Christmas Day as had been largely reported. (WO)

MLW is now officially available on Roku.

2:00 PM ET. To make a long story short http://fightful.com/wrestling/exclusives/ec3-shoots-softly-sting-brie-bella-braun-strowman-others EC3 says he modeled his current persona on 1997 WCW Sting.

A new edition of Being The Elite paying tribute to Brodie Lee is below.

From Ring of Honor: "Mike Bennett's pick for #12DaysofHonor: The Kingdom vs Hanson & Tommaso Ciampa from the ROH Winter Warriors Tour!"

5:00 PM ET. Jon Moxley shares his memories of the late Brodie Lee: "It doesn't feel real. It feels like I'm in a very vivid dream and I'm waiting to snap out of it. My brain hasn't accepted it yet. Right now, I'm completely fucking numb. The first night we wrestled each other, we shared a hotel room together later that night. That was over a decade ago. He was an incredible person. While so many of us would be all hot about some wrestling angle, he would find a way to turn negatives into a positive or an inside joke. He was the exact person you wanted in the locker room. I was so glad to be around him again in AEW. And we wrestled so many times. Whether it was on the indies, in The Shield-Wyatt war, six-mans on house shows and European tours, it felt like we were always together. When Tony Khan asked me about Brodie in AEW, I said, 'Hell yeah, I want that match.' We could wrestle each other in our sleep. He was so fucking good."

Here's a new http://wrestlinginc.com/news/2020/12/darren-young-reveals-advice-vince-mcmahon-gave-him-in-wwe-678465/ Fred Rosser interview.

In an obvious parody of UFC's Fight Island, MLW will have its own "Filthy Island" sometime soon.

6:00 PM ET. WWE's Senior VP of Programming and Media Operations, Craig Tello, announced he's leaving the company for a new role as the President of Marketing & Communications and Content Strategy for EA's competitive gaming division.

7:00 PM ET. From Catalyst Wrestling.

For Immediate Release.

One week away from the epic Si Dao Island Fight between Catalyst Wrestling Champion Colby Corino and "The Notorious 187" Homicide, Catalyst Wrestling is proud to announce their newest syndication partner, the New DuMont Network.

Carrying on the tradition of the first home of pro wrestling on the platform, The New Dumont Network will begin airing Catalyst Wrestling beginning December 29th at 9pm CST!

"The city of Houston and the sport of professional wrestling have a great and powerful tradition that dates back nearly a century," said one member of Catalyst Wrestling's management team. "To bring our show and have this epic feud conclude on Houston's television screens is a huge honor."

In addition to airing on 46.3, Catalyst will stream on the New DuMont Network's official app and website NUDU.TV.

The New DuMont Network joins The Fight Network as the official broadcast partners of Catalyst Wrestling, reaching homes in the United States, Canada, and MENA region. It also joins digital partners The GaS Digital Network, FITE, and TUBI, which will begin to air select back episodes of Catalyst Wrestling in early 2021.

Catalyst Wrestling's first IPPV, Skankfest 2019 is also available via WalMart, Best Buy, and Amazon.

This week's episode of AEW Dynamite will be a tribute to Brodie Lee, and each of the previously scheduled New Year's Smash shows will be bumped back a week as a result. (AEW)
