Cain VelasquezSpeaking to Ariel Helwani, Cain Velasquez talks about his short run in WWE: "Primarily it was because of COVID. They had to just drop a lot of the roster in order to just keep their core guys in. I just wasn't developed enough. I really needed to sit down and practice that style of wrestling for a while and develop a lot more. That wasn't the case, it was more of... I just didn't get to develop in that way. They just didn't use me. I wasn't called to go in and have them use me. At one point they told me we were going to do something with the lucha guys and when that time came close, we were deep into COVID and they were like, 'We're just doing the shows this way, we just need these core guys.' They just needed me to develop a lot more and I wasn't there yet. They really couldn't use me in that way. They weren't using me enough and they were paying me too much, so they had to let me go. I understand. It's business. I don't (regret going to WWE). I think it was meant for me to go there. I'm glad I got the experience of knowing what it's all about. Knowing how the company works, how the guys work, everything. It was a great learning experience. I learned a lot from it. All I can do is take that and make it better next time if they give me another chance or just know what that is and appreciate my time."

According to Tyson Fury's wife Paris, Fury is still regularly in contact with WWE about coming in: "He is in touch with Vince McMahon all the time. He loves it. My sons are all big fans of it. For Tyson to do it is kind of like a Disneyland trip, the kids love to go and they meet all the wrestlers. To be that cool dad that can give them kids that dream, he does it. I think that's one of the reasons we've come to do this, and obviously being a young man he told me he was a fan of all these wrestlers. So he's definitely probably going to go into that again. I'm sure he will bounce into that WWE ring one of the days."

MLW has reportedly released Bu Ku Dao, Beastman, and Leo Brien. (PWI) And speaking of MLW, here's the latest episode of Alpha.

And here's the updated MLW War Chamber card.

* War Chamber Match: Alex Hammerstone, EJ Nduka, Richard Holliday, 2 More TBA vs. CONTRA Unit (Jacob Fatu, Mads Krugger, Josef Samael, Ikuro Kwon & Sentai Death Squad soldier)
* MLW National Openweight Championship Ladder Match: Alex Shelley vs. Myron Reed vs. Alex Kane vs. Zenshi vs. TBA
* MLW Opera Cup Finals: Calvin Tankman vs. Davey Richards
* Aramis vs. Arez
* Cesar's Cash Match: LA Park vs Homicide

* nZo vs. Matt Cross

In addition the MLW Openweight Title will be crowned on the November 25th episode of Fuson in a ladder match between Alex Shelley, Myron Reed, Alex Zayne, Zenshi and one more man to be determined. Hammerstone gave up the Openweight Title when he beat Jacob Fatu for the World Title. (MLW)

New WWE related videos are available below.

In this interview Carmella says she was told her looks would be held against her in WWE: "When I got signed in NXT, I remember Bill DeMott said, 'You're going to have to work twice as hard as everyone else because you're pretty ... I remember being like, 'What? That's crazy.' 'You're going to have to work twice as hard because people aren't going to respect you because of how you look'. And it just blew my mind, and I remembered thinking, 'Okay, noted and challenge accepted'. That's what I did."

Booker T has some "kingly" advice for Xavier Woods: "Royal advice. Oh man, strap in, be careful what you wish for. He's definitely in a position now to where it's sink or swim, and with that character, that role, you've got to be able to step outside of yourself and become something totally different. There again, it's wrestling, it is to be embellished, but to make the fans buy-in, you have to drive a different way. You have to make sure you don't step into those landmines that you think, 'This is going to be great,' and then all of the sudden, things turn the opposite way for you."

For what might be one of the last times, here's ROH's women's division Wednesday.

In this interview Matt Tremont talks about his upcoming match with Atsushi Onita: "Of me and his history, it's finally the one-on-one. I know AEW did the explosion match earlier this year with Omega and Mox. This is authentic FMW and Onita. This is the first explosion match from the pioneer and legend himself on American soil."

Bobby Fish talks about being the new guy in AEW: "I think pro wrestling is one of those industries where it's never goodbye forever. So there's always faces that you get accustomed to seeing daily, monthly, weekly, and then you'll go a few years and not see them because you've veered in a different direction. But those paths always seem to cross again down the road. So I feel like that's really what I've walked into at AEW and then there's obviously the new faces as well, but it's all good. I'm up for all of it, to be honest."

Tony Nese talks about joining AEW too: "This is awesome. It's been a blessing. I got invited to go and it was like, 'Hey, would you like to come down to Orlando, we know you're in Orlando as well.' 'Yes, absolutely.' I had been there earlier. During my 90-day non-compete I went there as a guest just to hang out with my friends. In that company, I have tons of friends and people I've traveled with a lot on the Independents, so I just went to visit. Everyone was super cool and super nice and it was definitely a good place and I think people liked me. Then they invited me to Orlando and it was literally like 10 minutes before they went live and they pulled me aside and were like, 'Hey, would you be cool to site out in the crowd and we keep showing you on camera?' I was like, 'Yeah, why not? TV time? I'll take it.' I just sat out there and when they asked me at first I was laughing like, 'is the house low? do you need me out there cheering or something?' Then he explained it to me and I was like, 'Oh, that's awesome.' From there, we got to discussing where to go. Honestly, it was super cool the way they treated me off the bat like, 'Hey, let's build you up as a star and bring you in as a star,' just like they should anyone else. I'm definitely appreciative of that."

Sami Callihan pulls no punches describing his ankle injury: "It was broken. I straight Sid Viscious’d myself, it snapped in half. It was gross."

Former ROH star Bandido has wasted no time getting bookings with GCW.

Darby Allin has challenged MJF to a fight at AEW Full Gear.
