The RockIn case you were wondering what the deal was with "the egg" at Survivor Series last night, it was all part of Vince McMahon's plan to cross promote The Rock's new film Red Notice for Netflix. The Cleopatra Egg that Vince had, showed off, and later got stolen is integral to the plot of the movie and he said it was gifted to him by Dwayne Johnson. Stealing it is simply an excuse for Vince McMahon to appear on Raw tonight to pop a rating, and WWE was paid by Netflix to promote the film on the PPV. (WO)

Many fans in the building were under the impression The Rock would be there due to it being the 25th anniversary of his Survivor Series debut, and the fact they ran video packages for him before and after each match didn't help, but he was never advertised as appearing by WWE. He couldn't have anyway as he's currently outside of the United States filming a movie. (WO)

Results from last night's Pro Wrestling Guerrilla show are below. (SCU)

* Aramis def. Jack Cartwheel
* Lee Moriarty def. Kevin Blackwood
* Lio Rush def. Davey Richards
* Dragon Lee def. Rey Horus and Demonic Flamita
* Jonathan Gresham def. Daniel Garcia via referee stoppage
* PWG World Tag Team Championships: Kings of the Black Throne (Malakai Black & Brody King) (c) def. The WorkHorsemen (JD Drake & Anthony Henry)
* PWG World Championship: Bandido (c) def. Alex Shelley

There was a lot of confusion backstage last night at Survivor Series over whether or not Roman Reigns vs. Big E was going first or last. (FF)

In this interview Matt Cardona says he's still finding glass in his body from a GCW match in July: "I loved it in the moment. I absolutely loved it, it was great. It wasn't until after the fact that I am seeing that pizza cutters were thrown. What would have happened if a pizza cutter sliced me up? I tell you what, there's no medical team backstage, okay? I was covered with cuts, and lacerations and was all bloody. The 'nurse,' who was backstage, she stitched me up like Frankenstein, didn't clean me up, she said the stitches were dissolvable. They were not, I got infected, and to this day, I am still finding glass in my back. I have already removed two pieces from my back since July, and as a matter of fact, last week I was getting a nice 90-minute massage and my massage therapist was using the cupping technique. She had it on that area so long that it pulled more glass to the surface. So I know there's still glass in there, I can feel it, it's unbelievable."

Here Drew McIntyre talks about the effort going into WWE 2K22: "It's been awesome and ongoing for a while. I've been filming some different stuff for it, filming some liners, doing the scans. There has really been a lot of effort into this game. I think the last one, how things turned out, they weren't great. They owned that and know that and are making sure this one is absolutely perfect. I can't wait to play because I know how hard they've been working on it and it's going to be friggin' awesome when it comes out."

From WWE: "Special Olympics and WWE (NYSE: WWE) today announced a multi-year extension of their global partnership to help create inclusion through sports. WWE will continue to support Special Olympics Unified Sports, which brings together people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding. WWE Superstars will continue to engage with Special Olympics athletes all around the globe through Unified Sports. Over the past few years, WWE Superstars have participated in Unified soccer in Italy, Unified flag football in Arizona, Unified bocce in Las Vegas, Unified soccer in UAE along with several other events, panels, and leadership conferences. Superstars have also reached out to Special Olympics athletes to encourage them in training and to congratulate them for achievements."

Even though WWE announced a documentary called Superfan: The Story of Vladimir back in April, and that documentary has already finished filming and post-production, the documentary is "just sitting there" with no current plans to release it on Peacock/WWE Network. (PWI)

MLW sent out a press release to announce an "open door policy" for free agents/wrestlers who are not signed with the company to work their shows.

Ruckus is the third inductee into the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame.

3:00 PM ET. The newest Being The Elite is below along with a BTS for Full Gear.

Here's the lineup for NWA Powerrr tomorrow. (FITE)

* Trevor Murdoch & Crimson vs. Jax Dane & Jeremiah Plunkett
* Da Pope vs. Chris Adonis
* Social Distance Match: Taryn Terrell vs. Kenzie Paige
* The Rude Dudes vs. Colby Corino & JTG

Ace Romero says he auditioned for The Voice: "I tried out for The Voice. I auditioned for that show. When I auditioned the judges were Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green, and Blake Shelton. I never made TV. I made three rounds in the crapshoot called auditioning where they weave through and they make you feel good about yourself if you do really well and then they cut your brakes off and give you a hug and get you out of the building as fast as they can. I made it three rounds and I got cut, so I never made the TV. If I had made the TV, I probably would've picked Adam Levine if he picked me. Then probably CeeLo or Blake."

Daniel Garcia is the first wrestler announced for TERMINUS on January 16th in Atlanta.

Due to his injuries Kenny Omega is vacating the AAA Mega Heavyweight Title.

Matt Taven talks about the upcoming ROH hiatus: "It's so hard, so unbelievably hard. I don't know how else to say it. You wanted something for so long and it happens, but it's not the way it's supposed to happen. Since we've been back and in the pandemic era, the things that have happened with no crowd. From my own return to Mike's return, something we had been back door planning for years happened in front of no one. For this to happen in this circumstance, not just without the crowd, but knowing we don't know what tomorrow brings is a tough one. You want to enjoy these things, you don't put too much thought into the things online, but everyone questions what's happening for the future and have their comments to make. That's been in our minds the whole time. When you're looking at your suitcase and there's this big trophy that you've been desperate for for almost six years, but when you pick it up, you think of all these uncertain things that might happen, you're playing with a double-edged sword. It's been really tough. Personally, I've been with the company for so long. People will say whatever they want about me, they always have and always will, but I feel like I've given so much and I've seen others give so much. There is such a big part of me that I feel so bad for the guys around me, knowing what's going on. They all have families and real lives and as much as people act on social media and that's real life, you put down your phone and you have to deal with all these things. It's tough for all the guys in the locker room. I loved [Honor For All] for what it was for Mike and I and such a long road to get back here, but it was tough because I know how hard everyone works in the locker room, from production to people that set up the ring. I love everyone so much and they are all my family. To see the end of the road coming up sooner than later, it's tough. At the end of that match, I knew we were one step closer to the end. I have all the faith in the world that all these guys and girls will do great things in this business, but it's always tough because when someone leaves or goes somewhere else, you don't see them as much or talk to them as much, you kind of live in this bubble and if someone isn't in that bubble with you, they are kind of on the outskirts of your life. To think the family that we've grown and we're not in the same bubble anymore, it's tough. It sucks."
