5:00 PM ET. Lenny Leonard will induct LuFisto into the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Renee Paquette says Nikki ASH needed to turn heel: "I feel like this is what needed to happen, I don't know it's what everybody saw coming. I think people thought maybe it was going to be Rhea Ripley to be the one to split the group up. But Nikki A.S.H., honestly when she started this character I was like, 'hmmm, not sure what we are doing here.' I was really on the fence about it. But I love Nikki I think she's so great. I know how creative she is. I know how much she loves what she does and has such a passion for professional wrestling. So for her to take a character like that and run with it and truly see people jump on this bandwagon. I think was really, really cool."

Here's the lineup for 205 Live tonight. (WWE)

* Valentina Feroz vs. Ivy Nile
* Guru Raaj in action
* Andre Chase addresses the WWE universe

Hikaru Shida says what most of us had already guessed -- the injury angle with Serena Deeb on Dynamite was so she could return home to Japan for a while.

ROH plans to only have the men's world title, women's world title and tag team titles be defended going forward. The pure title, trios title, and the television title will all be retired. (WO)

Adam Scherr (f/k/a Braun Strowman) has a mental health app now called Diskuss: "You see this image that I portray in real life, this outer shell, but I'm an onion. I got layers. Everybody. Everybody has layers. I went through a lot of bullying when I was a kid because I was a fat little kid. A little husky kid. I didn't understand why and then I had a reading disability when I was younger, so that was another thing. We didn't have a lot of money growing up. My family, we just didn't. So I would wear different clothes and oh, you're poor and getting picked on. That's stuff I think everyone has to deal with. The unfortunate thing is, bullying is never going to go away." It sounds like he has plenty of good reason to be behind a mental health app, and if it's not just to put money into some developer's pocket, I'm all for it.

Lita, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins will all be on SmackDown tonight. (WWE)

WWE is considering rebranding the Elimination Chamber as the "WrestleMania Chamber." (WO)

Jake Something's contract with Impact expires in February. (FF)

Here's a transcript of Jake Roberts on the DDP Snake Pit podcast and one for Kofi Kingston.

6:00 PM ET. Tony Khan talks about Adam Cole's impact on AEW ratings: "There have been some consistent people who have been big draws on the show, and hopefully that will bode well for tonight's show. We have seen good ratings in the past when Adam Cole is on the show. Especially when he's got a good opponent like he does tonight, with Trent Baretta. He and Orange Cassidy, in particular, have been a big part of this revival and, actually, Adam Cole's opponent tonight, Trent is a big part of it too. When you look back before the holidays, we posted our biggest number in a long time the week before Christmas and the match that opened the show that did so well was an eight-man tag, and it was Trent's comeback match. Now, Trent is wrestling again tonight one on one with Adam Cole."

This week's Impact did 111,000 viewers and a 0.03 18-49 demo, up from 104,000 and a 0.02 last week, and a five week high for the show. (Wrestlenomics)

WWE and UNICEF are working together on a Road to WrestleMania school drive to give $2,000 grants to eligible schools in need.

According to the police report Sunny (Tammy Sytch) threatened to kill her "intimate partner" with a pair of scissors after the two got into a fight. This was actually witnessed by a responding police officer who saw her brandish the scissors with the intent to stab said partner. The officer also said she "appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol." Yikes.

Oney Lorcan will make his first post-WWE appearance for Beyond Wrestling.
